So Let’s Say Israel Agrees to Full Withdrawal and All Hamas’s Demands

So let’s say Israel agrees to a full IDF withdrawal, permanent end to hostilities, and all other Hamas demands in return for a full Hamas return of all living Israeli hostages plus, let’s say, all dead hostages plus, let’s even say, Hadar Goldin. (Does anyone even remember him, except for his family and me? Certainly, no Israeli government, nor even my favorite two cabinet ministers, ever mention him.) The leaders of the anti-Netanyahu Israeli Left — Yair Lapid, Benny Gantz, and Yair Golan — amplified by Israel’s legacy left-wing newspapers (Maariv and Yediot Achronot), the three leftist mainstream TV channels, and all the others who comprise the Israeli Left love the mantra: “What about ‘The Day After’?” What about the “Day After”? Here is what will happen. It is as certain as the sun rising in the east and setting in the west. No exaggeration. No hyperbole. Simple reality: The surviving Hamas leadership will gather in town squares, such as exist, throughout Gaza, celebrating and shooting rifles and rockets into the night. They will be mobbed by perfectly well-fed Arabs joining in the celebrations. They will celebrate that the Yahud (Jew) has left. They will celebrate that they survived the Yahud and his threats to destroy them or even to disarm them and force them to leave. The Yahud — gone. Hamas — still in full regalia and full dominance. They will set up platforms and stages as they did when they conducted their public hostage releases, and they will put on a show. More celebrations, more gunfire, more well-fed Arabs. The message will be clear to all Arab “innocent civilians” in Gaza: “Good thing we stood with Hamas and never joined an opposition because, one way or another, the Yahud was going to leave, and Hamas would be back in charge — taking unmitigated revenge on any and all who stood aside. Good that I stood with Hamas even though I blame them for all my suffering, even more than the Yahud. Because I knew they would outlast the Yahud and would settle scores when the Yahud leaves. The next time there is a war with the Yahud — and there surely will be — I again will stand with Hamas and will make sure they know it because the Yahud cannot or will not remove them, and we will be left to face their vengeance against those who stood aside.” The same exact message will be derived in Judea and Samaria among Arabs living within the boundaries of the Arab Entity in Judea and Samaria (AEJS). They know that Abu Mazen (Mohammed Abbas) is just about age 90 and will die soon enough, if not sooner, and Hamas will take over the AEJS, too. Having seen Hamas survive two years of Israeli devastation, they will draw the same lessons for Judea and Samaria: Hamas, one way or another, will outlast the Yahud. This lesson likewise will be grasped by the leaders of Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and of course Iran: Hamas will outlast the Yahud, and then they will settle other scores. With Hamas back in unopposed power in Gaza, they will be slaughtering Gazan Arabs all over the Strip with blood flowing down the streets. Keir Starmer and David Lammy of the U.K., Emmanuel Macron of France, Mark Carney of Canada, as well as representatives from the Irish, Spanish, and Portuguese governments, will call for calm. The U.N. will condemn Israel for not having established a functioning Arab civil government before leaving. The International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court will apologize that they have no jurisdiction over a non-signatory. The U.N. Human Rights Council will name Hamas to a seat on the Council’s executive, alongside Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, and the like. The New York Times will not publish a word about the Gaza slaughter, focusing instead on the Likud’s renewed focus on judicial reform within Israel’s Deep State, calling Netanyahu an anti-democratic tyrant. “But won’t Hamas regret having lost so many leaders — Sinwar I, Sinwar II, Deif, Haniyeh, etc., etc., etc.?” No, not really. They are best understood as a real-life equivalent of the Klingons and Romulans of the first seasons of the original Star Trek TV series. That is not a joke nor the famous Rav Fischer wit. Rather, I am as serious as a humorless analyst of international law. They somehow have evolved culturally into Klingons and Romulans. Remember them? “The glory of death!” “The glory of the kill!” “Kirk, what makes us stronger than you is that you humans value life, but we value the supreme glory of death in battle!”  To that mental deviance within Hamas, add a theological belief that those who are killed in battle against the Yahud ascend to eternal joy in Valhalla, where 72 virgins await them for eternity. They believe that. So, yes, they were slowed — but not utterly deterred — when Sheikh Yassin was blown up or “The Engineer.” Take a look at this list of Israeli assassinations. That’s a whole bunch of Sinwars, Nasrallahs, and Haniyehs, enough to fill a town. It slows them down. Deters some — perhaps many — from joining them. But it does not stop them, and it does not really depress them. They celebrate anyway. The glory of death when battling the Infidel: the Christian, the Great American Satan, the Yahud. From war/ceasefire after war/ceasefire after war/ceasefire: First Gaza War (2008-2009) 2012 Gaza War 2014 Gaza War 2021 Gaza War October 7 War We know — as a fact — that the five previous ceasefires with Hamas of Gaza resulted only in subsequent and harsher wars. So “the Day After” an Israeli full withdrawal will hardly be very helpful for the Zionist enterprise — or the civilized West. The more radicalized Arab Muslims of London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and so many other cities in once-Christian Europe also will take note.  We know — as a fact — that the five previous ceasefires with Hamas of Gaza resulted only in subsequent and harsher wars with them as they learned lessons from their previous encounters and failures, and gained new insights: Build an entire Gaza-wide and Gaza-long tunnel infrastructure. Develop incendiary balloons, then rockets, then missiles, even paragliders. Get anti-tank missiles. Build more command infrastructure under hospitals, mosques, schools, cemeteries, and residential apartment structures. Focus more on taking hostages and then manipulating the psychological weaknesses of people. Weaponize local civilian hunger and the hypocrisies of Western liberal-progressive governments and the United Nations to force Israel and the U.N. to send in more-than-ample food and fuel supplies to nurture Hamas fighters and power the air conditioning, heating, and lighting in their terror tunnels. Leverage the Israeli and Jewish Left to break Israeli national will by joining with those who would destroy them to demand that Israel withdraw and cede to all Hamas demands “at any cost.” Each ceasefire planted the seeds of the next more terrible war. That is The Day After. And The Day After that. Hillary and Obama Out-McCarthied McCarthy

Joseph McCarthy’s name lives in infamy — and rightly so. The Wisconsin senator’s reckless tactics, blacklisting, and guilt-by-association smears weaponized government power to hound political enemies, leaving a stain on American history. But here’s the inconvenient truth rarely whispered in elite circles: McCarthy’s core alarm — that Russia had recruited Americans as spies and placed them deep into high levels of the U.S. government — was spot on. Decades later, the Venona Files, the once-secret Soviet cables revealed to the world after the Iron Curtain fell, exposed and named dozens of American federal officials covertly aiding Moscow. McCarthy’s methods were a disgrace, but his instincts about espionage were on point. Yet media and academia still discount his rightful concerns by caricaturing him as a boogeyman and refuse to revise the narrative even as declassified facts demand it. (RELATED: Whittaker Chambers’ Witness, 70 Years Later) Fast-forward to today, and we’re witnessing a far more insidious echo with the same Red Scare tinge: the Trump-Russia “collusion” hoax. Their playbook chillingly mirrored McCarthy’s: Inflame fears of foreign infiltration, sic federal investigators on opponents, and let the media amplify the hysteria. In 2016, as Donald Trump’s campaign surged, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton — backed by their intelligence community allies and a fawning press — unleashed vague whispers of Russian ties to torpedo their rival. Their playbook chillingly mirrored McCarthy’s: Inflame fears of foreign infiltration, sic federal investigators on opponents, and let the media amplify the hysteria. The key difference? The disinfecting effect of sunshine shows that McCarthy’s allegations had a factual basis and that Clinton and Obama had a manufactured fairy tale. (RELATED: The Historic Roots of Russiagate) The proof is now undeniable, courtesy of freshly unclassified documents released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Congress in the last week. These bombshells, including a classified annex to the Durham report, expose the Clinton campaign’s deliberate planting of false intelligence to trigger a federal probe into Trump. Far from being duped by bad intel, the Obama administration exploited it as cover to surveil and sabotage a political foe. It’s not hyperbole — it’s an abuse of power dressed as patriotism. Sound familiar? (RELATED: Five Quick Things: The Long Overdue Russiagate Reckoning) Consider the infamous Steele dossier, that salacious scrap of opposition research funded by Clinton’s team. The FBI wielded it to secure FISA warrants against Trump adviser Carter Page, despite knowing it was politically tainted and largely bunk. When Rep. Devin Nunes and investigator Kash Patel dropped the “Nunes memo” in 2018, exposing this abuse, the New York Times ridiculed them. Reporter Charlie Savage dismissed it as partisan spin, insisting the dossier was just a “thread in a tapestry” of evidence. Wrong. The DOJ Inspector General later confirmed Steele’s file “played a central and essential role” in the warrants. Nunes and Patel were vindicated; Savage never retracted. (RELATED: The Media Must Admit Their Complicity in Russiagate) Then there’s the “origin story” of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI’s Trump probe. Legacy media outlets portrayed it as sparked by Australian diplomat Alexander Downer relaying a tip from Trump aide George Papadopoulos about Russian dirt on Clinton. Compelling evidence of collusion, right? Hardly. Declassified interviews now show Papadopoulos said nothing about emails, no “dirt,” no middleman role. Even ex-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe admitted the comments “didn’t particularly indicate” Russian contact. So why the full-court press? Donald Trump went from a laughingstock to a contender. Opponents, Clinton operatives, Obama intel mopes, and a willing media bought in, overlooking an ocean full of red herrings if it meant undermining Trump. Many recent news media contortions downplay the cache as no big deal, fixating on one potentially fake email (possibly Russian disinformation) while ignoring the verified meat: Systemic FISA court deception, surveillance abuse rooted in Clinton-funded dirt, and Obama-era officials greenlighting it all. It’s journalistic malpractice, a sleight of hand to protect the powerful. If a Republican had pulled this, headlines would scream “coup.” Instead, crickets. This hoax wasn’t a mistake — it was a calculated assault on democracy. Clinton’s Fusion GPS hired ex-spy Christopher Steele to dredge up Russian-sourced smears; the FBI ran with them, spying on Americans without cause. Obama knew — briefings show he was looped in. But no accountability. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe fizzled without collusion evidence; the recently released annex to Durham’s report confirmed the fix was in. Now, Gabbard’s declassifications seal it: The real foreign interference was the hoax itself, amplified by U.S. elites terrified of Trump’s populism. History may footnote McCarthy as crude but correct on spies. For Clinton and Obama, the verdict is harsher: They out-McCarthied McCarthy, fabricating a threat to cling to power. Their enablers in media and intel escaped scot-free, but truth has a way of surfacing, and history doesn’t forget. As the Founders warned in Federalist 51, unchecked ambition demands checks — or it devours liberty. As we approach the nation’s 250th anniversary, these revelations are just the latest reminder that — in a constitutional republic like ours — an attentive and angry electorate is the ultimate check on power. McCarthy was reckless and right. Clinton and Obama were calculated and wrong. Their cover-up collapsed. And the reckoning must begin. COVID Comeback Con

Outkick’s Ian Miller finds evidence that the media are “desperately trying to bring Covid panic back.” The Los Angeles Times, for example, claimed that last summer the state was being “walloped by its worst summertime surge since 2022.” For Miller, “walloped” was a strange description of a lower test-positive rate, and deaths attributed to COVID were also “significantly lower” in 2024 than in previous years. That fact did not stop the experts from “their endless push for more useless ‘interventions.’” Variants are on the prowl, and health officials warn of “razor blade throat,” which Miller finds “an entirely made-up condition done to describe normal reactions to seasonal respiratory illnesses.” (RELATED: The Wages of COVID — Part Two) Dr. Erica Pan, director of the California Department of Public Health claimed that everyone “should have access and the choice to receive currently authorized COVID-19 vaccines, with an emphasis on protecting higher-risk individuals, such as infants and toddlers, pregnant individuals and others with risks for serious disease.” The quest for vaccination of infants and toddlers in 2025, Miller noted, came “despite the lack of testing for boosters targeted at nonexistent variants, risk of side effects, and miniscule efficacy that rapidly wanes over time.” (RELATED: Never Forget What They Did to Us Five Years Ago) This prompts Miller to recall, “the many, many pieces of misinformation laundered through the media throughout the pandemic. Media outlets are creating an atmosphere of permanent fear for susceptible members of the public who refuse to admit they were misled by Anthony Fauci, the CDC, the ‘expert’ community, and the media they rely on.” (RELATED: The Wages of COVID — Part One) Great to see Outkick riding herd on the white coat supremacists and their stenographers in the establishment media. On that beat, Miller might recall the run-up to the 2024 Super Bowl. Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs was pushing vaccines for new COVID “variants” to be conveniently taken with the annual flu shot. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the latest variant, JN.1, was “closely related to the variant BA.2.86 that CDC has been tracking since August,” and JN.1 has “only a single change” in the spike protein with BA.2.86. In other words, the “variants” are basically the same. As Americans will recall, the vaccines mandated by Dr. Fauci failed to prevent infection and transmission of COVID. According to Dr. William Schaffner, professor of infectious diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, who regards Dr. Fauci as a “genius,” the infectiousness, transmissibility, and severity are “about the same” as the Omicron variant. The “new vaccines” are “expected to be effective against the variant,” which is not the same as proven effectiveness. As Americans will recall, the vaccines mandated by Dr. Fauci failed to prevent infection and transmission of COVID, which the fully boosted Dr. Fauci proved by testing positive. “If you haven’t been vaccinated — and so many people have not yet,” said Dr. Schaffner, “there’s still time to get vaccinated, and while you’re at it, get your flu shot too.” That is the same pitch coming from Kelce, now repeated by Dr. Erica Pan and the Los Angeles Times. As this plays out, there’s another public health story the establishment media are missing. In a recent appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, former National Institutes of Health (NIH) director Dr. Francis Collins claimed that under the Trump administration, he was barred from attending “scientific meetings” and “completely muzzled.” Collins, who headed NIH from 2009-2021, failed to tell Colbert that he was the one doing the muzzling. Dr. Fauci’s rigid lockdown regime drew a challenge from the medical scientists of the Great Barrington Declaration, headed by Dr. Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford, Dr. Martin Kulldorff of Harvard, and Sunetra Gupta of Oxford. Collins tasked Dr. Fauci to bring about a “quick and devastating published takedown” of the Barrington scientists, whom he smeared as “fringe epidemiologists.” In reality, they were all as qualified as Collins and Fauci, if not more so. Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is now director of the NIH and has removed from their posts Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo, Fauci’s successor at NIAID, and NIH bioethics chief Christine Grady, who is Dr. Fauci’s wife. Grady did not reveal that connection in her 1995 book The Search for an AIDS Vaccine, and neither did the NIH when they gave Grady the bioethics post in 2012. (RELATED: The Wages of COVID — Part Three) On his last day in office, Joe Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, without indicating what crime he had committed. At this point, it is certainly possible to guess. Import the Third World, Become the Third World

In Lacey, Washington, the pines stretch high and the politics stretch left, where lawn signs proclaim “Love is Love” and “Hate Has No Home Here.” But last October, hate found a home in the form of a father’s hands around his teenage daughter’s throat — while the mother stood by and watched. This wasn’t a bar brawl or an unhinged rage. It was a methodical execution attempt — an alleged honor killing — foiled only because the victim’s high school classmates had the courage to intervene when her family did not. The 17-year-old girl had fled home to escape a forced marriage overseas. Her crime? Seeking a life of her own. For that, her father, Ihsan Ali, reportedly warned her there would be consequences — the kind imported from societies where female autonomy is a death sentence. He choked her unconscious outside her school, in front of classmates. Her mother, Zahraa Ali, helped corner her. Police were called. Charges were filed. And then, in July, a jury in blue-state Washington said: not guilty of attempted murder. Not guilty, despite video evidence, eyewitness testimony, and a trail of threats. Instead, Ihsan Ali was convicted only of second-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment. Zahraa Ali? Guilty merely of violating a protective order. (RELATED: Western Nations Are Ceding Sovereignty to Sharia Councils) Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a “family misunderstanding.” It was imported extremism. Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a “family misunderstanding.” It was imported extremism — ideology tucked into carry-ons and waved through customs under the banner of multiculturalism. A daughter’s life was nearly extinguished because she preferred a prom dress to a burqa, because she wanted to choose a boyfriend rather than be allegedly trafficked into a marriage contract inked with fear and sealed in coercion. And the system blinked. We are no longer just importing people. We are importing pathologies — rituals of repression masquerading as tradition. Forced marriage, child marriage, cousin marriage, female genital mutilation: these are not “differences” to be celebrated. They are brutalities cloaked in religious or cultural justifications that clash violently with every Western principle. According to the CDC, an estimated 513,000 women and girls in the U.S. are at risk of or have undergone FGM, about one-third under 18. (RELATED: Radical Chic Continues at Georgetown) Across the Atlantic, British authorities learned the same lesson. South Asian-heritage grooming gangs “thrived in a culture of ignorance” as officials tiptoed around ethnicity while an estimated 1,400 girls were abused in Rotherham alone. The same cultural contempt for women that fuels honor killings abroad has enabled industrial-scale abuse in the U.K. — and now finds protection in Western courtrooms. Because what happened in Lacey was not an aberration — it was a warning. In Texas, sisters Amina and Sarah Said were gunned down by their father for dating outside their faith. In Arizona, Noor Almaleki was run over by her father for resisting a forced marriage. She died; he was sentenced to 34 years. Those cases ended in death. Lacey made headlines because the girl lived — and the justice system still didn’t flinch. This isn’t about race. It’s about imported ideology. Just as extremists once smuggled sermons into Parisian banlieues, today’s radical norms ride in on visas, NGOs, and asylum loopholes. We are witnessing moral inversion — as if the Constitution were optional for some communities. (RELATED: Unseen, Unchecked, Unsafe — America’s Visa Overstay Problem) This is how civilization erodes — not with fire or fury, but with silence, sympathy, and fear of offending. Import the Third World, become the Third World — that’s not a slur, it’s a warning label. The West cannot protect its freedoms if it does not enforce them. We are not moral weaklings for demanding that all who come here leave barbarism behind. We are defenders — of women, of liberty, of Western values. If Washington State can’t protect a teenage girl from her own family, then who will? Until we find the courage to answer that, more girls will end up not just choked — but silenced for good. YouTube Child Star Launches OnlyFans, Makes $1 Million in 3 Hours

A YouTube child star became a record-breaking OnlyFans creator within one minute of her 18th birthday, generating over $1 million in three hours. The child star, thrust into the spotlight at age 9 in 2018, was popularized for her vulgar raps, explicit language, and obsession with wealth. Her mother seemed to be managing her life and social media presence. The influencer alluded to entering the sex industry months ago by posting multiple videos asking her audience if she should “drop the link” to explicit content on her 18th birthday. She even stated that her male audience had been “waiting” for the content and requesting that she make such content as soon as she was legally able to. Despite the warnings from many fans, the creator followed through. Four days ago, she posted a video advertising “the youngest link of the century,” and alerted the internet of the exact time that the content would drop. Her advertising hinged on the fact that the content was created at 12:01 a.m. on her 18th birthday. The strategy worked. In three hours, the star made $1 million from subscriptions, DMs, and donations. In another social media video, she bragged about her earnings and even thanked parts of her audience that “preordered since 2018,” when she initially started her climb to fame around 10 years old.   Her story is not unique. Over the past year, many similar stories have broken, exposing our failure to protect young girls from online sexual exploitation. Other underage stars dabble in explicit content, even visiting porn stars’ homes to film social media content. Young female stars, some of whom came to fame as preteens, openly ask the internet if they should make their own pornographic content once they turn 18. Their inquiries are not removed by social media algorithms. They make their future aspirations clear on their TikTok and Instagram accounts, which include links to external platforms with “exclusive” content that “fans” can view with a paid subscription. These platforms read like OnlyFans, but they are catered to underage girls who aren’t legal on legitimate pornography sites yet. Shockingly, these exploitative accounts are usually managed by parents, usually the girls’ mothers, who will stop at nothing to make sure their daughters remain in the limelight.  When parents turn a blind eye to or assist their children with suggestive posts, social media, and sex work companies pounce. In an Instagram post, the creator mentioned that companies reached out to her before her 18th birthday, offering her contracts to begin work after she became legal. “A whole lot of agencies… have hit me up even before my birthday,” she revealed. “They’re like, ‘We’ll give you 30 to 40 [million] to sign up with us and drop the link with us.’” Were this problem confined to pop stars and young internet personalities, it would be expected. Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, and countless other child stars have tragically spiraled later in their lives; their stories are commonplace in Hollywood. However, these 16- to 18-year-olds are influencers for a reason; they have millions of followers across their social media platforms and YouTube channels. Portions of their audiences that are not depraved men are largely young girls who look up to and envy their every move. When girls see their idols turning to sex work and making millions, they want to follow suit. In an article titled “Why so Many Teen Girls are Planning on Becoming OnlyFans Stars,” author and pediatric sexual assault nurse Heidi Olson explains the growing phenomenon of OnlyFans being an aspirational career for teens. “Girls in… high school tell each other, ‘Only ugly girls get diplomas,’” she explains, because “many of the girls… don’t think that they need to graduate from high school [if] they can join OnlyFans when they are 18 and start making loads of money.” Olson explains that numerous factors influence this belief in high schoolers. First is the incredible amount of time they spend online. Secondly, they are influenced by the content they digest on social media, which is largely pornographic material. Many high schoolers post scarcely clad photos and videos on their private accounts without any compensation, simply because such content has been normalized by their feeds. Third, children, particularly young girls, are fed the lie that sex work pays well. “Teens have been duped by OnlyFans and social media marketing to believe that they can easily make millions,” Olsen wrote. These teens end up believing that there is no point in “buckle[ing] down and finish[ing] high school when self-exploitation is being pushed as a legitimate, safe career?” As Olsen alluded to, though, these are lies. A former OnlyFans recruiter, who interviewed with the Daily Wire in May, claims that the recruiting process for new creators is deceitful. In truth, the companies should say, “Hey, do you want to sign up to do porn?” she posited. “We’ll take 20% of your income. You’re probably not going to earn a lot. You’re going to have to do some really extreme things.’” Telling young women the truth would greatly damage the industry. Ten percent of women ages 18 to 24 are currently producing pornographic content. While young girls see influencers like the newly 18-year-old YouTuber make millions in mere days, they are blinded to reality. Most OnlyFans creators make under $200 per month. While we know the number of young women involved in OnlyFans, that data excludes underage content creators who are exploited by their feeds and eager recruiters, urging them to follow in the steps of their online idols. If social media sites continue to allow underage girls like the headlining star to consume and generate pornographic content, the statistics will only increase. Trump’s Presidency Entices Apple to Invest $600 Billion in American Manufacturing

Apple CEO Tim Cook joined President Donald Trump at the White House on Wednesday to announce that the tech company would increase its investment in U.S. manufacturing to $600 billion over the next four years. The new investments aim to bring more of the company’s supply chain and advanced manufacturing to the U.S. and promise to directly create 20,000 new American jobs, not including thousands more jobs across Apple’s suppliers. According to the company’s press release, Apple has called its move to accelerate its American developments the new “American Manufacturing Program.” In addition to Apple’s own manufacturing, the program also intends to incentivize other global companies to manufacture more of their critical components, including semiconductor chips, in America. The announcement marks an increased commitment of $100 billion in addition to Apple’s initial announcement in February that it would invest $500 billion domestically, which was already the company’s largest-ever spending commitment. Back then, Cook said, “We are bullish on the future of American innovation,” and evidently, his bullishness has only grown in recent months. At Wednesday’s announcement, Trump commented, “For years, Americans have watched as many of our leading tech giants built their factories overseas and exported American jobs abroad — but under the Trump Administration, we’re doing everything possible to make this the best place on earth to build a factory or grow businesses.” The president added that “today’s announcement is one of the largest commitments in what has become among the greatest investment booms in our nation’s history.” The announcement comes after Trump has continued to implement his tariff-based trade policy designed to bring manufacturing and investment back to America, although Trump’s tariffs have also generated significant tariff revenues. As he launched a new wave of tariffs on Aug. 1, Trump iconically posted, “IT’S MIDNIGHT!!! BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TARIFFS ARE NOW FLOWING INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!” He followed up by saying that “tariffs are flowing into the USA at levels not thought even possible!” In recent months, Trump has criticized Cook as Apple attempted to shift iPhone production to India instead of the U.S., in an attempt to avoid Trump’s tariffs placed on China. Earlier this year, Trump explained that he had “a little problem with Tim Cook,” because, as he said, “I don’t want you building in India.” India was one of the countries targeted in Trump’s new round of tariffs, which began days before Apple’s announcement to invest even more heavily in the U.S. The announcement is a sign that Apple has renewed its efforts to cooperate with the Trump administration’s agenda. Despite Apple’s progressive tendencies — the company has notoriously lobbied on behalf of LGBT activists and affirmed “gender expression [as] a fundamental right” — Cook praised Trump and credited his administration for Apple’s decision to increase its American manufacturing investments. “Thank you, President Trump,” he said, “for putting American innovation and American jobs front and center.” As Cook paid homage to Trump’s presidency, he also framed Apple as a patriotic company committed to America. The CEO said, “We’re going to keep making investments right here in America, we’re going to keep hiring in America, and we’re going to keep building technologies at the heart of our products right here in America because we’re a proud American company, and we believe deeply in the promise of this great nation.” READ MORE from Jonah Apel: RFK Jr. Cancels $500 Million in mRNA Vaccine Development That Has Posed ‘More Risks Than Benefits’ Trump Administration Moves to Ban Abortions in VA Healthcare System Amid Systemic Scandal, Doctors Want to ‘Broaden the Definition of Death’ for Organ Harvesting
