“Yellowstone” star Cole Hauser appeared to hint that a spin-off series was being talked about – one that could involve the romance of two popular characters, Hauser’s Rip Wheeler and Kelly Reilly’s Beth Dutton. However, Reilly also seemed to hint otherwise about spinoffs in a recent interview. “I just care about finishing [the main show] with as much care and as much passion and as much love as I can muster to put into it,” Reilly said.. “That’s what I care about,” she added. “I’m sort of prepping for that now [and] that’s my tunnel vision thing that I care about most. And what goes on beyond that?” “There are discussions, you know,” Reilly continued. “Don’t believe everything you read. It’s just nonsense. But we’re gonna, you know, let’s wait and see. I don’t have an answer right now. But we’ll see.” And as far as whether or not fans will actually get to see “Yellowstone” this year, Hauser told Country living, “God-willing — your lips to God’s ears.” Part two of the fifth and final season of the Paramount+ series is expected to finally come out in November, after the fifth season was originally supposed to return in 2023. Last year, production was halted in the second half of the season due to Costner’s scheduling conflicts — followed by the writers’ and actors’ strikes, as previously reported. Despite the end of the show, the “Yellowstone” universe is reportedly going to continue to grow with two more spinoffs planned in the future from the existing producers MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, THR reported. One of the new shows has a working title of “2024,” which will reportedly put the Duttons in the present day. The other is expected to follow in the footsteps of the two earlier “Yellowstone” prequels, “1883” and “1923,” with a current title of “1944.” However, no information about what either series will contain has yet to be released. Federal Judge Slaps Down Biden Administration’s Attempt To Dismiss Daily Wire Censorship Lawsuit

In a court order Tuesday, a U.S. District judge rejected the Biden State Department’s attempts to dismiss a censorship lawsuit brought by The Daily Wire, The Federalist, and the State of Texas. The Daily Wire lawsuit, filed jointly by the New Civil Liberties Alliance with The Federalist and Texas in December of 2023 to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleges that the U.S. State Department is engaging with and promoting censorship technology designed to bankrupt domestic media outlets with disfavored political opinions. The lawsuit, which also names Secretary of State Antony Blinken and five other officials as defendants, asks the court to declare the State Department’s attempt to interfere with domestic speech illegal and to permanently bar it from developing, promoting, or encouraging others to use technology to de-amplify, shadow ban, or restrict “the lawful speech of the American press and Americans.” The State Department’s scheme, the complaint states, is “one of the most audacious, manipulative, secretive, and gravest abuses of power and infringements of First Amendment rights by the federal government in American history.” In response, the U.S. State Department filed two motions, one to dismiss the case and another to transfer the venue of the case from Texas to D.C. However, U.S. District Judge Jeremy D. Kernodle denied in large part both of the State Department’s motions. In an order issued Tuesday, Judge Kernodle ruled that the plaintiffs “have satisfied their burden to demonstrate standing at this stage in the case,” denying the State Department’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit, dismissing only one count of the five-count complaint. Kernodle also ruled that the “venue is proper in the Eastern District of Texas,” fully denying the State Department’s motion to transfer the venue. Judge Kernodle’s ruling begins by quoting directly from the First Amendment and previous rulings reinforcing the amendment’s centrality to the Constitution. “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press,” the order begins. “This provision enshrines ‘[o]ur profound national commitment to the free exchange of ideas.’ … Indeed ‘[i]f there is any fixed star in our constitutional constellation, it is that no official, high or petty, can prescribe what shall be orthodox in politics, nationalism, religion, or other matters of opinion or force citizens to confess by word or act their faith therein.’” Judge Kernodle goes on to shoot down the State Department’s arguments for dismissal and change of venue. As The Daily Wire reported in December, GEC was founded in 2011 as the Center for Strategic Counterterrorism Communications and tasked with countering the propaganda of foreign terrorists like Al Qaeda. In 2016, it was renamed, but kept the same counterterrorism mission. Congress has made clear that “none of the funds authorized” for the entity “shall be used for purposes other than countering foreign propaganda.” Nonetheless, GEC turned its focus on Americans, the complaint alleges, using taxpayer funds to finance the development and promotion of censorship organizations such as NewsGuard and the Global Disinformation Index (GDI), which regularly target conservative media outlets such as The Daily Wire and The Federalist with the stated goal of limiting ad revenue. The New Civil Liberties Alliance’s Mark Chenoweth, who is representing the outlets, said “the federal government cannot do indirectly what the First Amendment forbids it from doing directly.” GDI’s main product is a “Dynamic Exclusion List” of media outlets that it says present a “high risk for disinformation.” It licenses the list to advertisers, who adopt it as a convenient way to avoid boycotts from the Left. That playbook was deployed last month against Elon Musk, when blue-chip advertisers were persuaded to stop advertising on the platform because the Left-wing Media Matters group claimed that big companies’ ads occasionally appeared near objectionable content. GDI says it aims to destroy “the incentive to create [disinformation] for the purpose of garnering advertising revenues.” GDI keeps its main blacklist secret, but publicly published its top 10 “riskiest” outlets, which was essentially a list of America’s most prominent and mainstream conservative media publications, including both The Daily Wire and The Federalist, as well as the New York Post, and Reason Magazine. GDI “was funded and promoted by State Department Defendants,” the lawsuit states. “State Department Defendants’ active intervention in the news media market to make disfavored media unprofitable thus had devastating consequences to Media Plaintiffs.” Also funded by the State Department is for-profit company called NewsGuard, which said it aimed to “cut off revenues to fake news sites” by coming up with a whitelist that purported to name every legitimate news site. NewsGuard ranks The Federalist as “unreliable” and The Daily Wire as “credible with significant exceptions.” GEC funded GDI in 2021 through its U.S.-Paris Tech Challenge, in which GDI was awarded $100,000. The Washington Examiner reported that the State Department-funded National Endowment for Democracy  apparently funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars more to GDI. The National Endowment for Democracy later acknowledged its “mandate is to work around the world and not in the United States,” and thus would no longer fund GDI. The State Department also co-sponsored a “COVID-19 misinformation and disinformation” tech challenge that gave a prize to NewsGuard. NewsGuard said in a press release that it planned to “help” the State Department by flagging COVID “hoaxes.” One of the “hoaxes” flagged by NewsGuard was that COVID might have come from a Chinese lab, a scenario now viewed by U.S. agencies to be likely. The lawsuit says that the government used tools developed to be used against foreign nations against political opponents at home. “State Department disinformation tools were developed… as tools of warfare… in the context of national security” and “foreign relations,” then “misdirected to be used at home against domestic political opponents,” it said. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says he is “proud to lead the fight to save Americans’ precious constitutional rights from Joe Biden’s tyrannical federal government.” “The State Department’s mission to obliterate the First Amendment is completely un-American,” Paxton said. “This agency will not get away with their illegal campaign to silence citizens and publications they disagree with.” The lawsuit argues that Paxton’s ability to enforce Texas’ anti-censorship laws were infringed by the State Department’s funding of censorship tools. “The Biden administration is illegally funding organizations with the stated goal of financially crippling media outlets whose coverage does not walk in lockstep with the government’s ideological agenda,” The Daily Wire said in a statement on the lawsuit. “We sued the Biden administration before over its unconstitutional vaccine mandate, and we won. This time, we’re suing for our rights, all news organizations’ rights, and the constitutional guarantee of a free press that all Americans deserve.” The Daily Wire and The Federalist are represented by Margot Cleveland, Margaret Little, and Casey Norman at the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA).

President Joe Biden halted a large shipment of aerial bombs to Israel last week in an effort to force the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to bend to his wishes as he faces backlash from the anti-Semitic forces within his own party. The Associated Press reported that the shipment was supposed to include 1,800 2,000-pound bombs and 1,700 500-pound bombs. The administration is also holding off on providing Israel with Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) kits, which turn bombs into precision-guided smart bombs. Biden stopped the shipment to protest Israel’s decision to go forward with trying to eliminate the Hamas terrorists that remain within the Gazan city of Rafah. The administration claimed that its concern had to do with providing Israel with large explosive ordnance that could be used in Rafah where Palestinians are densely packed into small spaces. Politico reported that Biden decided to withhold the weapons to America’s top ally in the region “to send a political message to Israel,” according to seven sources who spoke to the publication who ranged from U.S. officials to industry officials. Biden’s decision to stop the shipment was made last week as far-Left extremists took over college campuses across the U.S. where they constructed encampments and held pro-Hamas protests. Top Islamic terrorist leaders have praised the protests because they see that Biden is caving in his support for Israel. I will continue to urge the administration to pause the delivery of U.S. taxpayer-funded offensive weapons until the president’s requests regarding the Netanyahu government’s conduct in this war are met.” The number that Hamas claims has been killed in Gaza makes no distinction between civilian deaths and terrorist deaths. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said two months ago that Israel had killed at least 13,000 terrorists inside Gaza, a number that is definitely higher today. The Gaza Health Ministry also won’t give names for more than 10,000 people it claims were killed, leading to speculation by many critics that the numbers that have been provided are inflated.

A janitor at Columbia University who went viral on social media last week following his confrontation with a far-left activist slammed the school this week, saying that it failed everyone. Top Republicans Reveal New Info In Criminal Probe Into Biden’s Iran Envoy

Top Republican members of Congress revealed this week that President Joe Biden’s special envoy to Iran, who is under federal criminal investigation, allegedly transferred classified material to his personal email and cellphone, at which point they were stolen by a hostile foreign actor. The revelation about Robert Malley, Biden’s now-suspended special envoy to Iran, comes after a report published in Tablet Magazine last October said that he was linked to an “Iranian spy ring” that was operating to shift U.S. policy to favor the Islamic nation. The FBI criminal investigation into Malley’s handling of classified material surfaced last summer after he was placed on leave without pay by the State Department. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ranking Member James Risch (R-ID) and House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) wrote a letter this week to Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressing their frustration with the Department’s “lack of responsiveness to our requests for information needed to conduct appropriate oversight.” Included in the letter was the following revelation: Specifically, we understand that Mr. Malley’s security clearance was suspended because he allegedly transferred classified documents to his personal email account and downloaded these documents to his personal cell phone. It is unclear to whom he intended to provide these documents, but it is believed that a hostile cyber actor was able to gain access to his email and/or phone and obtain the downloaded information. Malley was accused in the Tablet report of advancing several operatives in the suspected Iranian spy ring, including helping an alleged Iranian asset named Ariane Tabatabai infiltrate her way into “some of the most sensitive positions in the U.S. government,” including at the State Department and Pentagon. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP The operation began in 2014 when Iran created the Iran Experts Initiative (IEI), a propaganda and influence operation that recruited top talent from Iranians living abroad to help Iran obtain a favorable nuclear deal. The group reported to an official from the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), which is a terrorist organization, and Iran’s then-Foreign Minister Javad Zarif was also reportedly involved. The report, headlined “High-Level Iranian Spy Ring Busted In Washington,” stated: The contents of the emails are damning, showing a group of Iranian American academics being recruited by the Iranian regime, meeting together in foreign countries to receive instructions from top regime officials, and pledging their personal loyalty to the regime. They also show how these operatives used their Iranian heritage and Western academic positions to influence U.S. policy toward Iran, first as outside “experts” and then from high-level U.S. government posts. Both inside and outside of government, the efforts of members of this circle were repeatedly supported and advanced by Malley, who served as the U.S. government’s chief interlocutor with Iran under both the Obama and the Biden administrations. Malley is also the former head of the International Crisis Group (ICG), which directly paid and credentialed several key members of the regime’s influence operation. Retired CIA analyst Peter Theroux, who was with the agency for 25 years, told the outlet, “I know what a spy network looks like.” “This is how recruited assets speak to their handling officers,” he said. “There’s lots of the mood music around that correspondence saying, let me know what you need me to collect. It seems clear who’s the subordinate here — what you’d call responsive to tasking.” Theroux noted that for someone like Tabatabai to receive even the most basic security clearance from the U.S. government, she would be so thoroughly examined that it would be impossible that the Biden administration did not know about her connections to Iran. “The hoops you have to jump through to get a bare-bones top secret clearance even without compartments or special access programs are enormous,” he said. “They grill you on your foreign contacts. Contacts with any foreign government raise more red flags than Bernie Sanders’ honeymoon. Contacts with senior officials from enemy governments, classified as non-frat governments like Russia, China, Cuba, as well as Iran, are in a different category altogether — what would normally be totally disqualifying.” McCaul suggested last summer Malley may have committed treason. In January 2022, three U.S. officials working on the team negotiating with Iran left the group because Malley would not take a harder negotiating position regarding sanctions. The CEO of Palantir — a multi-billion dollar company that specializes in building software platforms for big data analytics — warned this week that wokeness is a serious threat to the U.S. and to civilization as a whole. CEO Alex Karp made the remarks during an earnings call for the period ending March 31, 2024, in which he revealed that the company has seen strong growth. Karp, who is a major supporter of the U.S. military and takes strong positions on geopolitical issues, said that one of the reasons that the company has been so successful is that it builds solutions not only for commercial clients but government clients. “There are lots of questions about why we are so active in defending the values of the West, that our belief that the West is a superior way to live, and our ways of organizing around that are the reason why our products are transformative; the reason why we have the best people in the world; the reason why a Palantir degree, as it were, is much more valuable than an Ivy League degree because the Ivy Leagues even, you know, embraced the thin and new woke religion, otherwise, viewed as an intellectual cause, but in fact is a way of organizing things so that the greatest institutions of our time disappear and turn into discriminatory dysfunction,” he said. “Palantir is a counter-example, and I’m super proud of the results. We are going to continue to execute, especially in the U.S.,” he added. Karp then addressed criticism that the company has faced from some insiders who did not agree with their decision to be so outspoke about being pro-West. He said those that had a problem were shown the door and the company has continued its work with the U.S. military, Department of Homeland Security, Special Forces, and U.S. Intelligence agencies. He also said that the company faced more backlash for selling its software to Israel than it did for selling to Ukraine. “I think the central risk to Palantir and America and the world is a regressive way of thinking that is corrupting and corroding our institutions that calls itself ‘progressive,’ but actually — and is called ‘woke,’ but is actually a form of a thin pagan religion,” he said. “That is a real danger to our society.
