Here come the aliens! No, seriously. This is not Noah having another “crazy conspiracy theory” idea, this is Noah covering the news and reporting that Police Chiefs of America’s largest cities have just published the first guide about UAPs, which details chilling encounters and how officers can report such incidents. Not fiction. Not parody. A training and warning guide put out by police, because they expect future encounters with these “craft”. Note the terminology keeps changing but it’s all the same thing.  It used to be Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) then it was “Craft” then it was Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon (UAP). It’s all the same thing. No, I don’t think they are “aliens” in the sense they come from some far off planet and look like ET.  I think they are the descendants of the Nephilim which are described right in your Bible in Genesis 6:4 and then all throughout the Old Testament if you know your Bible! The 11-page document warned that unidentified flying objects ‘pose significant safety risks to law enforcement air support units,’ urging teams to be vigilant when in helicopters. The report also highlights stories from officers who claimed to confront UFOs, specifically one in 2023 where a law employee saw a ‘triangle craft with green lights gliding through the sky’ before a local resident said something ‘ran’ nearby. The organization, called the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA), includes nearly 80 executives from major US cities who work together to advance public safety through a range of initiatives, including community outreach, research and policy development and now, UFO investigations. The guide, released in June, also includes details from America’s investigations into UFO encounters, as well as the testimony of ‘whistleblowers’ such as former United States Air Force officer and intelligence official David Grusch. One article shared the US Congress UAP hearing held in 2023, which saw Grusch testify about his knowledge about aircraft with ‘nonhuman’ origins. The report provided other articles about the US government and its potential link to alien life. A section includes links to various UAP reporting websites, urging officers to report any bizarre sightings. More interesting, the pages detail first-person stories from police officers who encountered unknown spacecraft while out in the field. An officer patrolling Blairsville, Georgia in November 2023 claimed to have witnessed green lights in the sky. ‘I am a police officer and deputy sheriff. While on duty after dark, near the top of my windshield (frame of view) I witnessed movement in the sky (southbound direction of view),’ the officer’s report stated. ‘Upon concentrating my focus, viewing through the low light, I was able to make out a triangle craft, with 3 dim green lights per side (just bright enough to assess size, shape, and movement).’ The officer said he lost sight of the craft quickly due to trees, and was unable to hear anything due to being inside his vehicle. The report cites the testimony of ‘whistleblowers’ such as former United States Air Force (USAF) officer and intelligence official David Grusch ‘I am privy to what helicopters and airplanes look like in the sky, frequently working alongside medical flight crews in the area, and where nearby airports are, making me somewhat familiar with common areas of the sky in which low air travel is common. This was unlike anything I had ever witnessed,’ he said. Within an hour of the sighting, the officer responded to a call from a homeowner in the same direction the object was traveling, reporting ‘something running outside of his home… which did not sound like an animal.’ So, are they real? And what are they really? Here’s my take — and trust me, it will be very important for you to be educated about this BEFORE it all hits: EXCLUSIVE: My Take On The “Coming Great Deception” The Bible tells us very clearly that there is coming in the future a “Deception” so great that even believers will be fooled by it. That’s not really up for debate. The only thing up for debate is (1) what is it, and (2) has it already started? I’m going to give you my opinion on both of those questions in this article and then I want to hear what YOU think! First I have to put this in context. Third years ago, if I would have tried to have a serious debate and discussion about whether “aliens” are real, I would have been laughed out of the room. Today? As usual, we’re sometimes early but we’re often right on the money with our reporting. So I think Elon is correct and telling the truth when he says he doesn’t see any evidence of Aliens when he looks out in Space….and yet, something is clearly happening. The sightings are increasing. They don’t seem to all be fakes. We have a VAST rise in technology since the 1940s and the alleged alien crash in Roswell, NM. Suddenly technology starts accelerating at a rate we have never seen before in history. A pace that suggests perhaps it’s less organic discovery and more reverse engineering of advanced technology. Remember, these people ALWAYS tell you what’s coming before it happens. I don’t know why, but it seems to be written into their rules that they have to tell you what they do before they do it. So we have all the EVIDENCE of aliens, we have Jack Dorsey Tweeting about Aliens, we even have Tucker Carlson doing shows on Aliens and saying he’s been given evidence they exist….and yet, I also think Elon Musk is right when he says he sees no evidence of them in Space. How can both be right? Simple: because they aren’t “aliens” and they aren’t coming from Space. They are the disembodied Nephilim coming straight out of Genesis 6:4. It’s right in your Bibles folks, look it up! It starts in Genesis 6:4 and then continues throughout the entire Old Testament! And they don’t come and go from “Space”. They come and go from different dimensions that we can’t see. That’s why they can appear and disappear in what looks to us like a flash. Back to what ARE these things? I contend they are not “Aliens” in the sense that they come from some other planet in the Universe. And Elon Musk is telling you the same thing. I actually think it has much more to do with 2 Thessalonians 2, Matthew 24 and Genesis 6 than “Space”. Do you know what those verses say? 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 describes the coming Great Deception: 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. Matthew 24:24 says even the elect will be deceived (if that’s possible): 24 For false christs and false prophets will arise and will provide great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. I believe those two go together, and I believe they both date back to Genesis 6:4: 4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown. There is a LOT of debate over this verse, but here are a couple truths… Until very recently in church history, this was very commonly understood to have the plain-face meaning it has when you read it, namely, that (fallen) Angels left Heaven, came to Earth, violated God’s law by having children with the women, and that mix of Angel and Human DNA created Nephilim — these kind of Giant creatures. And after Genesis 6, what do we see referenced all throughout the Old Testament? Giants. Once you understand that basic foundational fact (which is why it’s so early in the Bible in Genesis) then the entire rest of the Old Testament makes sense. The Old Testament constantly talks about races of Giants…the Anakim, the Rephaim, and many others. Remember Goliath? He wasn’t just tall like Shaq, he was a Nephalim descendent. And this answers one of the biggest confusions and trip-ups for most people when reading the Bible…. They start reading along and all is going good and then God orders Israel to kill everyone in one of these giant tribes. Seems harsh. Seems kind of like genocide. Until you realize this was a corrupted DNA chain. These were not fully human, they were Nephilim and the Nephilim hated humanity.  Killed humanity.  Wanted to wipe out humanity. Now do you see why God ordered them to be wiped out when Israel would win a battle? Sounds like a Great Deception to me. So I think Elon is right: he sees NO evidence for Aliens in Space. But I think the Nephilim have been here and I think they’re coming back and I think they will be labeled as “Aliens” and all Hell will break out when that happens (literally and figuratively). Even Ronald Reagan talked about it years ago. Remember this? Here’s Reagan talking about how an alien invasion would suddenly “unite” all of earth, remember this? And what does the Bible say about Jesus and his return? Essentially, that all of Earth is united against Him. Starting to see the puzzle pieces fit together? Once you understand Genesis 6:4, the rest of the Bible starts to make a lot more sense. But that’s not just my opinion…. Here’s Jonathan Cahn telling you the same thing! Evil is in every aspect of life, and it starts in the schools, to the child sacrifice of abortion. Cahn says, “Evil always goes after the children.” The evil spirits are helping people to “self-destruct,” according to Cahn. How do we stop this? Cahn says, “The only thing that can save America is turning back to God. The only thing that can save America is revival. It doesn’t look likely, but God is not what looks likely. He is into surprises. People did not expect Donald Trump to be President. That was a surprise. The day I finished the book, “The Return of the Gods,” was June 24th. That was the day the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. . . . So, there is hope. As long as there is God, there is hope. . . . The question is what are we going to do about it? In fact, in his latest video he explains how he is “Cathari” which is something I had not heard of before. It sounds similar to Christianity, but many notable and large divisions. That said, I still find Clif to be endlessly fascinating, and his research is unparalleled. And I note that the Bible does not teach us to not interact with people of other faiths… In fact, when Paul visited Athens, Greece in the Book of Acts, he finds a completely pagan culture made up of many gods. What does he do? He engages with them and shares truth with them. So you are ignorant of the very thing you worship—and this is what I am going to proclaim to you. So to everyone who says I should not engage with Clif or not cover him, I reject that. I choose instead to add my perspective (which I believe is a Biblical perspective) to the conversation. Back to Clif… Over the years, he has had many things listed in his ALTA Reports that sounds absurd at the time he predicted them, only to have them happen nearly exactly. ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel’s week of liberal guests concluded with Rep. Eric Swalwell as Kimmel asked such thought-provoking questions as “Ted Cruz, like, is he eating the urinal cakes?” For his part, Swalwell saw something sinister in Republicans being nice to him. Kimmel began with a clip of Swalwell ranting at a House hearing at Republicans for supporting Donald Trump. Afterwards, he wondered, “On, like, just a human level, when you eviscerate your fellow members of Congress like that, what is it like afterwards? Like, are you guys in the cafeteria together? What kind of conversations do you have after that?”     Swalwell recalled interacting with several Republicans outside of Congress, one of which was “Ted Cruz during the impeachment, you know, the second impeachment, I should clarify. He goes, ‘No, really, you're doing a good job.’ It occurred to me, for these guys, they're just pro wrestlers.” One could argue Swalwell ranting at Republicans in front of the CSPAN cameras and then basking in the glory of it on Jimmy Kimmel Live! or asking Ben Shapiro about things unrelated to the hearing of the day makes him a similar “pro wrestler.” Alternatively, Republicans were just trying to be nice because politics shouldn’t dominate trips to the restroom. What isn’t nice is Kimmel’s handling of his rivalry with Cruz. Later on, he would ask, “In the bathroom, is Ted Cruz, like, is he eating the urinal cakes? Or what's he up to?” Recalling earlier in the week, Kimmel added, “Adam Kinzinger… I think he said something similar about, like, Trump—do you know—does Trump like that? Is he like Hulk Hogan also back there?”     Swalwell claimed that Trump is “an entertainer. He's just an entertainer, yeah.” Kimmel followed up by wondering, “So, he’s friendly to you when you see him?” Swalwell recalled, “He told me I do a good job on TV… that's all that matters to this guy. Again, the consequences for everyone, like women and their bodies, kids and their safety at school, you know, seniors and their health care, to him, it's just me, me, me. And that comes first and so if he sees someone else on TV, again, when the cameras aren't on, ‘hey, yeah, we’re in the club.’ It's like, 'No, buddy, there's actually real consequences and stakes for what you're taking us all through.'” As hard as it may be for Swalwell to believe, just because Republicans are nice to him in private doesn’t mean they don’t have sincerely held beliefs and think his policies produce serious negative outcomes. A Democratic appearance on a late night comedy show would not be complete without some Harris 2024 promotional material, as Kimmel concluded by asking, “You've known Kamala Harris for a long time, right?”     Swalwell affirmed he had and recalled his time in the Alameda County prosecutor’s office and an old aircraft carrier analogy, “When I joined the office… I asked colleagues, 'What kind of trial lawyer was she?' And across the board, everyone said Kamala was a fighter pilot, she took the hardest cases out and I think you’re going to see that on Tuesday night.” After doing nothing but taking himself seriously, Swalwell praised Harris for supposedly not taking herself seriously, “She's serious. She doesn't take herself too seriously. But she's also fearless, and also, she knows how to have a little bit of fun, and I think, Jimmy, the team that has the most fun is the team that wins. Now, we can't—on November 5, we don't count joy. We count votes. We've got work to do over the next 60 days and this is a tight race. I'll see Matt Gaetz out at a restaurant in D.C and he'll cover and be like,  "Hey, buddy, how's it going?"  Ted Cruz during the impeachment, you know, the second impeachment, I should clarify. We're on a break, we're in the bathroom, and I'm washing my hands, he washes his. KIMMEL: He washes his hands?  SWALWELL: The cleanest they've ever been and he looks at me and he goes "Hey, man, we've never met, I'm Ted."  He puts his fist out, and I was like, "Hey, Ted" and I gave him, like, a fist bump back and he could tell I was looking at him like he had three heads because the night before he was roasting me on Fox News and he says to me, he goes, "You know, you're doing a really good job out there." SWALWELL: Yeah. She and I both got our start in the same prosecutor's office in Oakland. We were a couple of years apart. We worked for the same boss, though, and this boss, Tom Orloff, he described the prosecutor's office in Alameda County where Earl Warren was the D.A, that it was like an aircraft carrier and you had the flight crew who were important, the lawyers who supported the fighter pilots and the fighter pilots were the ones who took out the hardest cases to do justice, and they were fearless.  And when I joined the office and was starting to hear about Kamala Harris, you know, in the attorney general's office, I asked colleagues, “What kind of trial lawyer was she?” And across the board, everyone said Kamala was a fighter pilot, she took the hardest cases out and I think you’re going to see that on Tuesday night. Bill Maher may be a Democrat, but he’s at least a sane one. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same of renowned movie director Quentin Tarantino, who delivered an unhinged rant on a recent episode of “Club Random with Bill Maher.” - YouTube www.youtube.com During a conversation about the election cycle, Maher criticized Kamala Harris’ tactics — specifically how she “doesn’t talk to the press” and stays away from moderate voters, like Maher himself, as well the type of person who watches his show. “[Harris] would never go near me,” he told Tarantino, adding that the decision is a mistake because he “speaks to the exact voter she needs — the person who is in the middle, the person who is not ideologically captured by either side.” Tarantino, however, disagreed on the premise that this isn’t a normal election cycle in that Kamala Harris doesn’t have “a year to set [her] case” and is therefore forced to focus on “f***ing winning." “I think they’re just all about winning the f***ing election…We’re the f***ing president, and Trump’s not the president,” he ranted. He went on to argue that Democrats don’t get enough credit for their cutthroat mentality when it comes to winning. “Sometimes it's just about winning, and it doesn't matter how we look at this moment; it's about f***ing winning.” “I’m gonna f***ing vote for her anyway no matter what she says in the stupid f***ing interview,” he raged. Dave Rubin points out that what Tarantino revealed in his conversation with Maher was something most people wouldn’t dare admit out loud — that Democrats and their voter base think “principles don't matter; you've just got to win.” He compares it to the way “Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and the rest of them [admitted] that they did the move to get rid of Biden and that they didn't run the primary and that they don't care about their voters.” As for the voters themselves, Tarantino perfectly captures how they think: “We don't care that there was a coup; we don't care that they installed [Harris],” as long as Democrats come out victorious, says Dave.
