Millions are cheering for this little boy after he hit the most heartwarming and epic home run. Nine-year-old Thomas W. Hawthorne lives with a rare brittle bone disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta. As his YouTube page explains, the disorder causes his bones to fracture “without doing much of anything.” Because of that, he has to spend “most of” his life “in a bubble.” However, Thomas doesn’t let his disorder completely sideline him. She pushed his wheelchair as Thomas pumped his arms with determination, hoping to make it past 1st, 2nd, and 3rd without getting tagged out.
