Seemingly under the radar, large scale burglaries by previously unknown Chilean gangs are spreading across the United States. And they tie directly in to the failed border and immigration policies of the Biden regime, and his inept and corrupt DHS! Authorities unsealed a criminal complaint on Tuesday which revealed a scheme that netted a whopping $2 million in stolen items in the final three months of 2024. In total, a group of just seven Chilean nationals were charged with burglaries spanning multiple states, and targeting prominent professional athletes — or at least, those are the burglaries making the news. NFL stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, and NBA stars Bobby Portis Jr. and Luka Doncic have been among those with homes targeted by the gang. The Homeland Security Visa Waiver Program (yes, a Biden-era program) has allowed these gang-based burglars to cycle through the system, hitting targets in different states. The gang allegedly robbed Mahomes mansion in Belton, MO. They targeted the home in the middle of the night in October, with Kelce’s home hit the very next night in Kansas City, MO according to a report in the New York Post: A gang of Chilean nationals has been charged with a string of robberies that stole millions in valuables from “high-profile athletes” across the U.S. — including the homes of Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce and Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow. The seven illegal immigrants — Pablo Zuniga Cartes, 24; Ignacio Zuniga Cartes, 20; Bastian Jimenez Freraut, 27; Jordan Quiroga Sanchez, 22; Bastian Orellano Morales, 23; Alexander Huiaguil Chavez, 24, and Sergio Ortega Cabello, 38 — were all charged with conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property, a criminal complaint unsealed in Tampa, Fla., on Tuesday, revealed. The men are suspected members of a “South American Theft Group” who “targeted high-profile athletes in the National Football League (“NFL”) and National Basketball Association (“NBA”), all of whom were away or playing in professional games at the time of the burglaries,” prosecutors said. Mahomes had his Belton, Mo., mansion robbed just after midnight on Oct. 6. and Kelce’s home was also broken into in the Kansas City area on Oct. 7, according to Cass County Sheriff’s Office. The gang is suspected of breaking into the homes while the Chiefs were gearing up to face off against the New Orleans Saints in Kansas City. The Chilean nationals allegedly made off with “jewelry, watches, cash, and other luxury merchandise” during the Missouri burglaries, prosecutors revealed. Two weeks later, the illegal immigrants allegedly struck again, but in Tampa. “On October 21, 2024, the home of a Tampa Bay Buccaneers player was burglarized while the team played in Tampa. Jewelry, designer watches, a luxury suitcase, and a firearm were stolen,” the criminal complaint said. The Buccaneers were playing the Baltimore Ravens in Tampa around the time of the robbery. The alleged gangbangers are also linked to a burglary at the home of a Milwaukee Bucks player during a game in Milwaukee on Nov. 2. “A safe containing several watches, chains, personal items, jewelry, and cash was stolen, along with a designer suitcase and designer bags,” prosecutors said. “The total value of property stolen was approximately $1.484 million.” The same group allegedly hit Bengals Quarterback Joe Burrow’s home. The latter is definitely more descriptive than the first. Apparently, one of the gang burglars slipped up and made a mistake that allowed FBI special agents to split the case wide open. The FBI agent discovered that one of the burglars had taken a selfie just after stealing a safe from a Milwaukee Bucks basketball player, according to CNN: After months of working to bring down the criminals responsible for a string of high-profile burglaries of celebrity athletes’ homes, an FBI special agent working with local police discovered a key piece of evidence that would blow the ring apart: A selfie. According to an unsealed federal criminal complaint filed against seven Chilean men allegedly involved in the crime spree, investigators used cell phone records, GPS and iCloud data to link the suspects to the theft of almost $3 million in luxury goods from professional athletes later identified as NBA forward Bobby Portis and NFL quarterback Joe Burrow. But a selfie – believed to have been taken shortly after several of the men allegedly stole a safe from the home of a Milwaukee Bucks basketball player – proved to be the evidence authorities needed to connect the dots. The burglaries made national headlines last fall after back-to-back break-ins at the homes of Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The thieves appeared to time the break-ins for when players were away at games, prompting major sporting bodies, like the NFL, NBA and NHL, to warn athletes they could be targeted next. In addition to league warnings, an alarmed FBI also announced a nationwide crackdown aimed at identifying the perpetrators and bringing them to justice. Despite national attention, the criminal complaint alleges the suspects continued to stage several more break-ins until investigators uncovered evidence that led to all seven men being charged with federal crimes and accused of operating a criminal ring to sell stolen goods across state lines. While Orange County Prosecutor Todd Spitzer emphasized the broader implications of what amounts to an “international” burglary ring, I can’t help but recognize the individual targeting of those who have fallen prey to this gang of thieves. And this is ongoing!  The system that the Biden Department of Homeland Security put in place is still operational, even though the Chilean side is not keeping up their end of the bargain. With the current threat level in mind and skyrocketing violent crime in the US, now is not the time to “fix” that program — now is the time to cut it out completely. Regardless of where these non-citizen foreign nationals are coming from, now is the time to shut down the border and halt the influx of foreigners until a legitimate overhaul can be done to our visa system to allow us proper vetting of EVERYONE coming into the country. As far as can be ascertained, these stories only amount to very high dollar burglaries… so far. But how long will it be before someone slips up and attempts to burglarize a high-dollar home while somebody’s wife, girlfriend, kids, or elderly parents are home? And these Chilean gang members coming here specifically to steal — they aren’t ONLY targeting the homes of famous athletes.  Those are just the stories that have made it into the news! Enough is enough — this Biden loophole needs to be shut down with all the rest of it, at least until we get a handle on who all is coming into our country!

CBS News reports: Members of Elon Musk’s private security detail have been deputized by the U.S. Marshals Service, granting them certain rights and protections of federal law enforcement agents, four sources familiar with the move confirmed to CBS News Thursday. The move comes after several people within Musk’s orbit relayed a heightened concern about safety for the tech billionaire, including several death threats in recent weeks. The Tesla CEO turned Trump adviser referenced that concern while on stage at a conservative gathering outside Washington, D.C., on Thursday. “President Bukele from El Salvador, who managed to put in prison like a hundred thousand murderous thugs, and he called me,” Musk recounted to activists gathered at the Conservative Political Action Conference. “‘I am worried about your security,’” he said the Central American leader told him. “I’m like, ‘Dude, you are worried about my security?’” “It’s not enormous,” Musk added of his security detail. “Maybe it should be bigger.” Musk was tapped by President Trump to head the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE. Since Mr. Trump took office last month Musk’s team has gone about slashing thousands of federal positions across numerous agencies. DOGE has also stoked controversy by seeking access to sensitive government data. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has directed agencies to terminate the employees, who can be more easily removed as they remain on probation anywhere from one year to two years after being hired, depending on their agency. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in San Francisco, claims OPM is usurping congressional authority. It adds to more than 80 lawsuits challenging major Trump administration actions since his inauguration one month ago. The union has sued to try to block Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing sensitive systems at various federal agencies. But the new lawsuit is the first to directly focus on the administration’s efforts to cut probationary employees, claiming tens of thousands have already been terminated. Too bad for them, they lose! The Guardian reports: The Trump administration can for now continue its mass firings of federal employees, a federal judge ruled on Thursday, rejecting a bid by a group of labor unions to halt Donald Trump’s dramatic downsizing of the roughly 2.3 million-strong federal workforce. The ruling by the US district judge Christopher Cooper in Washington DC federal court is temporary while the litigation plays out. But it is a win for the Trump administration as it seeks to purge the federal workforce and slash what it deems wasteful and fraudulent government spending. The National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) and four other unions sued last week to block the administration from firing hundreds of thousands of federal workers and granting buyouts to employees who quit voluntarily. The unions are seeking to block eight agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Department of Veterans Affairs from implementing mass layoffs. In his 16-page order, Cooper started by acknowledging Trump’s “onslaught of executive actions that have caused, some say by design, disruption and even chaos in widespread quarters of American society”. He went on to add: “Affected citizens and their advocates have challenged many of these actions on an emergency basis in this Court and others across the country.” However, Cooper on Thursday said, he likely lacks the power to hear the case, and the unions instead must file complaints with a federal labor board that hears disputes between unions and federal agencies. Cooper wrote: “NTEU fails to establish that it is likely to succeed on the merits because this Court likely lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the claims it asserts. The Court will therefore deny the unions’ motion for a temporary restraining order and, for the same reasons, deny their request for a preliminary injunction.” Termination emails were sent last week to workers across the federal government – mostly recently hired employees still on probation at agencies such as the Department of Education, the Small Business Administration, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the General Services Administration and others.

In an incredible twist of justice, a Social Security Administration staffer who was almost fired for aiding DOGE in their efforts to stop fraud now leads the entire agency. Leland Dudek, who previously worked as head of the SSA’s anti-fraud office, almost lost his job after his boss discovered that he was complying with DOGE’s requests to investigate fraud in the agency. In other words, Dudek was doing his job as head of the anti-fraud department. But, then, the tables turned… Within hours after Dudek confessed to helping DOGE, Acting Social Security Commissioner Michelle King resigned — and Dudek was appointed to take her place! But when he worked with the Department of Government Efficiency to do just that, he came close to being fired. “At 4:30pm EST, my boss called me to tell me I had been placed on administrative leave pending an Investigation,” Dudek wrote on LinkedIn. “They want to fire me for cooperating with DOGE,” he wrote in a now-deleted post obtained by The Daily Wire. Then, a stunning reversal occurred. It was Acting Social Security Commissioner Michelle King who was out of a job. And Dudek was reinstated with a big promotion — taking her job leading the massive agency on an interim basis. The Washington Post reported that King exited the agency after refusing to let DOGE access agency data and was replaced by Dudek. But it has not been reported that managers at the agency had moved to punish Dudek as he cooperated with the efficiency czars. The LinkedIn post said “I confess. I helped DOGE understand SSA. I mailed myself publicly accessible documents and explained them to DOGE. I confess. I moved contractor money around to add data science resources to my anti-fraud team. I confess. I asked where the fat was and is in our contracts so we can make the right tough choices.” “I confess. I bullied agency executives, shared executive contact information, and circumvented the chain of command to connect DOGE with the people who get stuff done,” it continued. “Everything I have ever done is in service to our country, our beneficiaries, and our agency.” As Acting Commissioner, Lelank Dudek will lead the SSA until President Trump’s pick for head of the agency, Frank Bisignano, is confirmed by the Senate in the coming weeks. The Washington Post reported on the change of hands: President Donald Trump appointed Leland Dudek, a manager in charge of Social Security’s anti-fraud office, as acting commissioner while Frank Bisignano, the president’s nominee for permanent commissioner, is vetted by the Senate, according to three individuals who spoke on the condition of anonymity to talk candidly. A public announcement is expected this week. Dudek had posted positive remarks on social media about DOGE’s efforts to cut costs and search for fraud in federal agencies, according to two of the individuals. “President Trump has nominated the highly qualified and talented Frank Bisignano to lead the Social Security Administration, and we expect him to be swiftly confirmed in the coming weeks,” White House spokesman Harrison Fields said in a statement. “In the meantime, the agency will be led by a career Social Security anti-fraud expert as the acting commissioner. President Trump is committed to appointing the best and most qualified individuals who are dedicated to working on behalf of the American people, not to appease the bureaucracy that has failed them for far too long.” In selecting Dudek, Trump bypassed dozens of other senior executives who sat higher in the agency’s leadership hierarchy, touching off alarm in and around the agency, which has already faced years of budget and staffing difficulties.

It looks like the courts aren’t going along what President Donald Trump when it comes to birthright citizenship. A federal appeals court just shot down his push to reinstate a ban on granting citizenship to kids born in the U.S. unless their parents are legal residents. Donald Trump signed an executive order on his first day in office that ordered an end to birthright citizenship for children for whom neither parent is a US citizen or legal permanent resident. Birthright citizenship is guaranteed by the 14th amendment to the constitution. Civil rights groups argue an end to birthright citizenship would create a “permanent underclass” of stateless people denied basic protections. The appeals court denied the administration’s request for an emergency appeal, saying that the justice department has not made a strong case that it would succeed on merits. In celebration of Black History month, President Trump just announced that he will be adding several statues of African-American legends to his National Garden of American Heroes. Originally unveiled in 2020 by President Trump, the garden celebrated American heroes, past and present, that contributed to our country’s greatness. Along with black historical figures like MLK Jr., statues of legendary sports icons like the late Kobe Bryant and Muhammad Ali will also be added.
