I may be wrong but this is what I think happened in Afganistan . Trump wanted to bring the troops home he made deals with the Taliban but made it very clear to the Taliban that he had big sticks and he would use them if the agreement was not followed. They were frighten of Trump. Then biden got into power, the Taliban took one look what the goverment was doing, CRT BLM/Antfi, had a look at men dressed as women and knew the goverment was weak and would never use the big sticks.
So I belive Biden and co made a deal with the Taliban that they could keep all the new equipment and that the Afghan army and police would not fight in the hope of bringing the US army home and been able to make deals with the Taliban in the future. It would be easy to buy the ruling class who control the Afghan miltary with lots of money and then move them to the US of other countrys in Europe. The milatry has no leadship so will fall apart.
No country trusts the US goverment any longer, and every terrorist group in the world knows they can now do as they like in the US.
Im sure that lots of Taliban will be imported to the US as "refugees" and in a short time we will all know why.
I feel deeply sorry for the women and children but not the men.
For a culture to change for the good it basicly needs 3 things.
The want to change
The Intelligence to carry out the change
The possiblty to change
We give them the possiblty to change but the other two were missing, and because the Afghan men like the old ways they will never strugle to find the other two.
There is a shit storm coming to the western world, the only question is how bad will it be. What is needed now is a strong agressive leadership, a Churchill and for sure Biden/Harris are not up to it.
The speech Biden gave before he ran away to get his ass wiped only confirmed to the world how weak the US goverment is.
