On July 2, 2023, a member of the Secret Service discovered a bag of cocaine in the White House. According to a new report from Real Clear Politics, former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who was appointed to her position in 2022 partly because of her close relationship with First Lady Jill Biden, wanted to destroy the evidence. When the member of the Secret Service found the evidence, he reportedly wanted to implement a particular crime-scene investigative protocol, but was then removed from the case. “The Secret Service closed its investigation on July 12 after it said it could not identify a suspect,” ABC News reported. The Secret Service released a statement saying: There was no surveillance video footage found that provided investigative leads or any other means for investigators to identify who may have deposited the found substance in this area. Without physical evidence, the investigation will not be able to single out a person of interest from the hundreds of individuals who passed through the vestibule where the cocaine was discovered. At this time, the Secret Service’s investigation is closed due to a lack of physical evidence. At the time the bag was found, President Joe Biden’s son Hunter, who had a history of cocaine abuse, was staying at the White House, Real Clear Politics, which spoke with “three sources in the Secret Service community,” stated. Cheatle had served 27 years in the Secret Service, during which she was on Jill Biden’s detail while Joe Biden was vice-president, before serving three years as senior director of global security at PepsiCo. Biden then appointed her Secret Service chief. Jill Biden’s top aide Anthony Bernal urged Cheatle’s appointment as head of the Secret Service, The New York Post reported, adding that an insider revealed, “Cheatle served on Dr. Biden’s second lady detail and Anthony pushed for her. Anthony has no national security or law enforcement experience. He should have no influence over the selection of the USSS director.” Cheatle resigned last month after she was grilled by Congress following the Secret Service’s failure to stop a would-be assassin before he fired eight shots at former President Donald Trump, hitting him once in his right ear, in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13. Hunter Biden’s ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle, testified that between 2015 and 2019, “she often searched his vehicle for crack cocaine because he would let their daughters use his car. She said she found drugs or drug paraphernalia at least a dozen times,” Politico reported. In July 2023, former GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley propounded, “For them to say they don’t know who this was … don’t tell me there’s no cameras in there. There are absolutely cameras in there. I strongly believe this is a coverup for either Hunter, or someone very close to the president, and they don’t want to say who it is.”

A new congressional report released on Monday revealed that the Biden-Harris administration has released “at least 99” illegal aliens into the U.S. who were on the terrorist watchlist. The report from the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement comes as the U.S. has faced a historic surge in illegal immigration under the Biden-Harris administration with approximately 10 million illegal aliens entering the country during their three and a half years in office. “Under the Biden-Harris Administration, of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, DHS has released into American communities at least 99, with at least 34 others in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States,” the report said. The illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who have been encountered on the southern border have come from at least 36 countries, the report said. Many of the terror suspects have come from countries that are known to be hotbeds for Islamic terrorism, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Yemen. The report added that in 2024 alone, thousands of illegal aliens have been encountered from these countries at the border. The report also shed light on an explosive story from June when federal law enforcement officials arrested 8 ISIS terrorist suspects across the U.S. who entered the country under the Biden-Harris administration. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is running for president as an independent, said he once scooped a dead bear off the side of the road and dumped the carcass in New York City’s Central Park. In a video released on Kennedy’s social media account, the candidate is seen telling actress Roseanne Barr of a time roughly a decade ago when he retrieved a dead bear from the side of the road after it was fatally struck by another driver. Kennedy said after an initial flood of media coverage around the dead bear, the story died until The New Yorker discovered it and questioned him for a profile the magazine was working on. Kennedy said he picked up the bear while going falconing and wanted to skin it for meat. His day lasted too long, however, and he had to leave the city on a flight. He disposed of the bear carcass by dumping it in Central Park beside an old bicycle, thinking to play into a rash of biking accidents that had taken place in the park at the time. He credited the idea to the “little bit of redneck in me.” News of the dead bear blew up in local media coverage, causing some concern that it would eventually be linked back to him. The story eventually passed, however. The photograph shows Kennedy with his hand in the dead bear’s mouth and a mock grimace across his face. When the magazine questioned Kennedy about the incident, he joked that “maybe that’s where I got my brain worm,” referring to a medical incident during which a doctor found a dead worm in Kennedy’s head. The candidate said that the parasite had eaten a part of his brain.

Google told House Republicans that various bugs prevented information about Donald Trump from auto-completing when users tried to search for information about the former president or the assassination attempt against him. The search engine also claimed those bugs caused searches for Trump to generate articles about Vice President Kamala Harris. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote Monday that the committee would meet with Google staff this week over concerns that “Google may now be interfering in the 2024 presidential election by censoring information about former President Donald Trump.” “Alphabet also admitted to the Committee and Select Subcommittee that Autocomplete was not showing President Trump’s name in response to searches for ‘President Donald’ and similar terms. Alphabet claims ‘that this particular issue was caused by a bug’ and has been fixed by a recent update,” Jordan wrote, in reference to Google’s parent company. Jordan called it a “vague excuse” and told Google to prepared to answer more specific questions, including “How can the American people be confident that a similar issue, whether intentional or not, will not occur again?” WATCH MICHAEL KNOWLES’ INTERVIEW WITH ‘GOOGLE’S WORST NIGHTMARE’ The commitee’s letter to Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai said that Google had finally corrected the issue, where searching for information about attempted assassinations would return results about attempts on other presidents, but not Trump’s.  The company faulted “built-in protections around political violence” that were “out of date.” Regardless of the cause, search results were impacted from the July 13th shooting through at least July 29. Google told The Daily Wire at the time that, while the bug suppressed auto-complete, users could still access information about the assassination attempt by searching manually. But even manual searches for Trump frequently “returned news labels and stories about Vice President Harris,” Jordan wrote. “Alphabet claimed that this error was the result of its algorithm that automatically generates and displays labels about news topics related to a Google Search inquiry,” Jordan wrote, noting that the company claimed search results “may be unexpected or imperfect, and bugs will occur.” Jordan suggested that the errors tended to favor one political party, asking “Does the company seek to elevate liberal news outlets more prominently over conservative outlets in order to favor Democratic candidates? If not, what steps does the company take to audit how the algorithm is functioning?” Jordan said Google has an ongoing obligation to produce to Congress documents pursuant to a February 2023 subpoena, even if the documents were created after the subpoena was received. The Judiciary Committee has investigated political bias among big tech companies and digital advertisers, saying that an advertising association known as the Global Alliance for Responsible Media might have violated anti-trust laws by discouraging companies from advertising with conservative media sources and purporting to speak with one voice on behalf of advertisers in order to leverage changes in tech platforms that helped Democrats.
