Divers at Maui Diving have discovered that leaving a GoPro camera unattended on a reef allows them to see much more. Each excursion nets at least 30 minutes of activity. It begins shortly after the divers swim away and continues until they return to recover the camera. You can find the edited versions on the Maui Diving TikTok page. Our featured video begins with the diver placing the GoPro camera on the reef. As he swims away, small schools of fish are nearby. Activity picks up almost immediately, with larger schools of fish swimming in front of the camera. The area is teeming with a wide variety of species. When the divers return to collect the GoPro, activity on the reef diminishes. Although a few fish remain near, most scatter into the depths. It looks like a bewildered dog may have involuntarily adopted a baby lamb in this hilarious case of mistaken identity! In an adorable video on social media, a pooch named Bolt accidentally found himself looking after a newborn animal that definitely did not belong to him. Dog owner Dr. Neal Cook caught some heart-melting footage of the sweet lamb following the canine around as though he were the critter’s mother. Bolt didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation! Of course, we can’t exactly blame the lamb for confusing this dog with his mother. After all, Bolt’s fluffy white coat does kind of make him look like a sheep! Plus, as Dr. Cook demonstrated in his video, the lamb’s actual mom was pretty preoccupied with caring for the baby animal’s twin sibling. In an update video, the dog dad revealed that this baby lamb was unfortunately rejected by his mother. While this is sad news, things are definitely looking up for the little animal. It appears that Dr. Cook and his wife have decided to take the lamb in and raise him as their own!
