John Schneider Sings Theme Song From ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’ in Thrilling Performance

John Schneider sings the theme song of the TV show The Dukes of Hazzard in this thrilling performance. John Schneider was only 18 years old when he won the role of Beauregard ‘Bo' Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard. He starred with Tom Wopat, who played his cousin Luke Duke in the wildly successful and fun show. The Dukes of Hazzard aired on Friday evenings for seven seasons from January 1979 to February 1985-147 episodes in total. In a segment called ‘Hukebee's Jukebox,' John played the guitar and sang ‘Good Ol' Boys,' written and performed for the show by Waylon Jennings. Mr. Schneider invited audience members to sing along because he knew they know the tune. And he called out for band members to ‘play some country music back there.' The former Governor of Arkansas played a guitar solo, and the pianist followed suit. Captivating Performance From Dolly Parton and Blessing Offor of ‘Somebody’s Child’

Check out this captivating performance from Dolly Parton and Blessing Offor in the ‘Somebody’s Child’ official video. At the start of this video, we see a suave Blessing seated at a grand piano in the spotlight with a white jacket on. He sings so wonderfully and paints a picture as he carries verse 1. As he goes into the chorus, he sings: RELATED: ‘Jolene' Duet With Dolly Parton and Olivia Newton-John Absolutely Wows ‘We’re all somebody’s baby, we’re all somebody’s child We’re all some kinda crazy, we’re all some kinda wild.' Captivating Performance From Dolly Parton and Blessing Offor Suddenly, we see a child laughing in the arms of his dad while fishing. A picture of security and happiness is seen. The lyrics are emotional and deep in pondering that everyone is somebody's child. Dolly Parton then steps in wearing black and standing next to Blessing at the piano. RELATED: Dolly Parton And Dionne Warwick Duet Of ‘Peace Like A River' Brings On The Chills As they sing, a chorus joins in with Blessing and lights up in the background. It is very intriguing. Next, the video shows an older man in a wheelchair. We see a young man being handcuffed and put into a police car as his mother gently rubs his head. There is then a dad and daughter blowing bubbles. We see a young couple with an infant reading a book. We see an injured child who had fallen off of a scooter receiving a hug. At the end of the song, Dolly and Blessing sing, ‘Somebody's child' in unison. Everyone Dies Twice (The Day We Take Our Final Breath And The Day Our Legacy Ends)

“The Egyptians believe that you die twice. Once when you take your final breath, and the last time someone says your name. I choose to believe that even if the names of those dear to our hearts are never spoken again, by continuing their legacies, they will always be remembered. On May 22nd, 2016, I lost the most important and influential person in my life, my dad. I was fortunate enough to have worked with him in a family-owned business for several rewarding and memorable years of my life. It was during this time that we became extremely close. We were bonded over the birth of both my daughters, buying my first home, and the grief of losing my grandparent (his father). In running a business together, we also met a variety of people along the way from many walks of life, which allowed me to witness his interactions with others in amazement. There was never a time that he didn’t treat everyone the very same way he himself would like to be treated, no matter who they were. It is the single most important thing my dad ever taught me. A little while ago, his legacy came to fruition as I was standing in line at a grocery store. There was a man in front of me with a cart full of items and a woman behind me with just one. She asked the man in front of me, ‘Can I please jump in front of you, as I’m on my lunch and only have half an hour?’ He said, ‘Can’t you just go through self checkout? There’s nobody in line at it.’ She replied, ‘No, I forgot my wallet and only have cash, which they don’t accept there.’ Still, he refused. I then said (in part hoping he would relent, which he didn’t), ‘You can go in front of me.’ She said, ‘Oh thank you! I don’t know what’s gotten into me. I never forget my wallet, but I’m just not the same since losing my husband. He was only fifty-nine!’ I said, ‘Oh my, I am so sorry and bet you miss him terribly. When did it happen?’ She replied, ‘Just last month and I don’t think I’ll ever get over it. Thankfully, I moved in with my daughter who doesn’t want to be alone either, and I don’t know what I’d do without her.’ I then said, ‘It will certainly take time and also be a year of firsts, but it sounds like you and your daughter are fortunate to have each other.’ And with that, she paid for her item and was gone. In this line of life, someone leaves this world behind every minute, and you or I could be next. We never know how many people are in the line or who is ahead of us. We cannot move to the back of the line. We cannot step out of the line. We cannot avoid the line. So, while we wait in line, we must make every moment count. We must make a difference, make the call, make the time, make our gifts known, make our voice heard, make the small things big, make someone smile, make the change, make up, make peace, make waves, and above all make sure we have no regrets. The bottom line? In a world where you can be anything, be kind. You never know what the person standing next to you is going through, but they are someone else’s wife, mother, daughter, sister, husband, father, brother, son, or friend and should be treated as you would like yours to be. It is through this legacy of kindness my dad will always remain alive.” Have a story of love, kindness, or healing to share? Visit our submissions portal to submit today. Harris Was ‘Last Person In The Room’ When Biden Made Decision On Afghanistan Pullout

Eleven days after President Joe Biden announced he was withdrawing American troops from Afghanistan in what turned out to be a disastrous and humiliating move for the United States, Vice President Kamala Harris smugly acknowledged she was “the last person in the room” when Biden made his decision. On April 14, 2021, Biden announced, “The United States will begin our final withdrawal — begin it on May 1 of this year.” Then he added, “We will not conduct a hasty rush to the exit. We’ll do it — we’ll do it responsibly, deliberately, and safely. … And the Taliban should know that if they attack us as we draw down, we will defend ourselves and our partners with all the tools at our disposal.” Retired Gen. Austin Miller, the former top U.S. military commander in Afghanistan, had warned the Biden administration that Afghanistan would get “very bad, very fast” when American troops began to leave. The chaotic withdrawal contributed to the deaths of 13 U.S. service members in a terror attack outside of Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport. Miller told committee investigators that he was bothered by the White House’s “lack of understanding of the risk” that he attempted to impart, according to The Washington Post. On April 25, 2021, Harris was interviewed by CNN’s Dana Bash, who began, “President Biden always said that he wants you to be the last person in the room — ” “Yes,” Harris interjected. “ — particularly for big decisions, just as he was for President Obama,” Bash finished. “Yes,” Harris agreed. “He just made a really big decision, Afghanistan,” Bash pointed out. “Yes,” Harris replied. “Were you the last person in the room?” Bash asked. “Yes,” Harris answered. “And you feel comfortable?” Bash pressed. “I do,” Harris said. “And I’m going to add to that. This is a president who has an extraordinary amount of courage.” THROWBACK: Kamala says she was the last person in the room and was a major part in the decision to pull out of Afghanistan which led to the disastrous withdrawal where 13 servicemembers were kiIIed. This is on Kamala. pic.twitter.com/2894fFmHNo — Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) July 26, 2024   On July 8, 2021, Biden followed up by stating, “When I announced our drawdown in April, I said we would be out by September, and we’re on track to meet that target. Our military mission in Afghanistan will conclude on August 31. The drawdown is proceeding in a secure and orderly way, prioritizing the safety of our troops as they depart.” Tim Pearce contributed to this article. NYT Analysis Pours Cold Water On Speculation That Trump Wasn’t Hit By Bullet

A New York Times analysis of the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump published on Friday disputed recent speculation that Trump was only hit by shrapnel and not by one of the shooter’s bullets. Some on the Left have called on Trump to prove that his would-be assassin’s bullet struck his right ear after FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress on Wednesday that “there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel.” The Times analyzed “bullet trajectories, footage, photos and audio,” which the newspaper said “indicates a bullet, not debris, wounded the former president.” The footage was also reviewed by Montana State University audio forensics expert Rob Maher. “A key piece of evidence in The Times’s analysis is a live video feed that captures Mr. Trump’s reaction as the first three gunshots are fired,” the newspaper reported. “The crack of the bullets are heard as they pass the microphone that Mr. Trump speaks into. Almost a second elapses between the first and second shots.” New York Times does detailed analysis of bullet trajectories, video, photos, and audio of shooting at Trump rally. They conclude Trump was most likely grazed by the first of eight bullets fired by the gunman, and not shrapnel or something else. pic.twitter.com/wTg87GXylc — Mike Sington (@MikeSington) July 26, 2024 Maher said that Trump is seen reaching for his ear between the sound of the first and second shots. The analysis indicated that the 20-year-old gunman fired eight shots in total, a volley of three shots followed by a volley of five. The first of the eight shots fired by the shooter appeared to hit the bleachers on Trump’s left after hitting his ear. Firefighter and father Corey Comperatore, who was killed in the shooting, appeared to have been struck in the shooter’s second round of shots. “What appears to have put Mr. Comperatore in the line of fire is that the gunman may have been adjusting his aim lower as Secret Service agents protectively took Mr. Trump to the ground,” the Times reported. Trump blasted FBI Director Wray after he suggested the former president could’ve been hit by “shrapnel.” “FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress yesterday that he wasn’t sure if I was hit by shrapnel, glass, or a bullet (the FBI never even checked!), but he was sure that Crooked Joe Biden was physically and cognitively ‘uneventful’ – Wrong!” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “No, it was, unfortunately, a bullet that hit my ear, and hit it hard. There was no glass, there was no shrapnel,” he added. “The hospital called it a ‘bullet wound to the ear,’ and that is what it was. No wonder the once storied FBI has lost the confidence of America!” Former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was grilled by lawmakers on Capitol Hill on Monday about the apparent security in her agency’s protection of the former president that allowed the 20-year-old shooter to gain access to a roof just 130 yards away from the rally stage. Cheatle admitted the Secret Service “failed” to protect Trump at his rally on July 13. She resigned on Tuesday.

Trump Meets With Netanyahu At Mar-A-Lago, Slams ‘Incompetent People Running Our Country’

Former President Donald Trump welcomed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sarah to his Mar-A-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, on Friday, just one day after the prime minister met with Vice President Kamala Harris. Trump told Netanyahu during the meeting, “We have incompetent people running our country,” according to Trump Deputy Communications Director Margo Martin. A video posted to Trump’s Truth Social account shows the Republican presidential candidate greeting the Netanyahus before they posed for photos. Netanyahu posted a photo on X just minutes later, showing the prime minister and former president posing between an American flag and an Israeli flag while Netanyahu held a hat that reads, “Total Victory.” שבת שלום ???? @realDonaldTrump pic.twitter.com/37BhM5HgYS — Benjamin Netanyahu – בנימין נתניהו (@netanyahu) July 26, 2024 Trump has maintained his support for Israel as it continues its operation to root out Hamas, but he has urged the U.S. ally to finish the war in Gaza soon. In a Thursday interview with “Fox & Friends,” Trump said that he wants Netanyahu “to finish up and get it done quickly.” The Friday meeting was the first between the two leaders since Trump was in the White House. Netanyahu met with Vice President Harris on Thursday and addressed Congress on Wednesday as his nation continues its war against Hamas in Gaza. Harris, who is now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, has ramped up her criticism of Israel in recent months. In March, Harris called for an “immediate ceasefire for at least the next six weeks,” saying that Israel “must ensure humanitarian personnel, sites, and convoys are not targeted.” The Israeli delegation was reportedly disappointed with its meeting with the vice president, and some sources said that members of the delegation did not have a good impression of Harris. Following the meeting, Harris told reporters that she expressed her “concern about the scale of human suffering in Gaza, including the death of far too many innocent civilians.” During his address to Congress, Netanyahu praised Trump for facilitating the Abraham Accords peace deal between countries in the Middle East and for moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. Netanyahu also thanked President Joe Biden for “standing with” Israel “during our darkest hour.”
