Joe Biden has never been the pinnacle of health or cognitive function, but he just hit a new low, even for him. By the way, did you realize he is still, allegedly, the President of the United States? I know that can be hard to remember, since President Trump seems as though he’s functioning much more like the sitting President of the United States than Joe Biden is, but Joe Biden is currently the President even though he seems to be taking more vacation time than doing anything productive. All of this became painfully obvious with the terror attacks on New Year’s Day and Joe Biden was nowhere to be found. He eventually addressed the nation late last night from Camp David, and it appeared as though he was just woken up from a deep nap or stasis chamber. He was slurring his words much worse than normal, even for him. He appeared disoriented, sluggish and many noticed strange marks all over his face.
