An Idaho bar is bucking the trend and promoting June as “Heterosexual Awesomeness Month” rather than celebrating Pride. Old State Saloon in Eagle, a town near the state capital of Boise, announced the unique promotion via its Facebook page. The venue has received a ton of support on social media along with the expected vitriol from leftists. The month’s specials include straight men receiving a free draft beer on Mondays and straight couples enjoying a 15% discount on Wednesdays, the Facebook page adverstised. Old State Saloon added several updates to the post after its promotion went viral.  “It seems as though people who are against Heterosexual Awesomeness Month have a hard time commenting without using horrific words, expletives, using the name of the Lord in vain, etc. Make an intelligent comment and stay. Cuss and you are banned. Thanks. We’ve banned about 25 already,” one post said.
