Rock was arrested after he and some associates scuffled with Harlen Akins, a fellow Waffle House customer. Rock was slapped with a $1,000 fine and put on a year’s probation. He also had to do 80 hours of community service and attend six anger-management classes. But that wasn’t the end of it.
