The Killers have been awarded two Guinness World Records titles for “Mr. Brightside.” The Indie-Rock anthem has spent the most amount of time on the U.K. singles chart compared with any other song, with 416 non-consecutive weeks as of July 4th. Ironically, the U.K,’s biggest single never reached #1. The track has also been awarded the record for the longest stay in the U.K. singles chart by a group – also at 416 weeks.
