What I see is someone who has a serious issue with Police as she initiated this by hitting a police cruiser. Then after a chase she backs into another car as the officer was attempting to get out!
"Lawyers for the family of a California grandmother fatally shot by authorities accused police of excessive force Wednesday, saying that even though she backed her car into a law enforcement vehicle, she was unarmed and never threatened officers.
Tracy Gaeta, 54, died after a K-9 officer in Stockton fired more than 30 shots into her car Feb. 22, according to body camera video released April 7.
A lawyer for the family, Gary Gwilliam, said that the officer acted against policies adopted by many departments that bar or discourage police from firing at moving vehicles.
“No matter what was going on with her — even if she had committed a heinous crime — he didn’t have the right to shoot her,” he said in an interview. “She never threatened him.”"
This war in Ukraine has shown us to things:
1. The Russian militaries are less intimidating than the Iraqi Republican Guard was.
2. The Putin Admin is as inept as The Biden Admin.
"Russian officials said their flagship Black Sea vessel sank in what Ukrainian officials claimed was a missile strike against the warship Moskva.
Defense Ministry officials in Moscow said on Thursday that the Moskva, a warship leading the country’s naval assault against Ukraine, sank while being towed to port during a storm. Moscow initially said a "fire" set off some of its weapons and that “ammunition exploded on board" as a result. Officials said the crew, believed to include around 500 sailors, were safely evacuated from the burning ship. The ministry said the fire is now under investigation.
However, the governor of Odesa claimed the damage was a result of a Ukrainian missile strike on Wednesday."

Uh. NO. In my opinion, what you see is a person try and run from the officer, fail to follow legal commands, and fight putting the officer and the immediate public's safety in danger.
“This video was very difficult to watch because what you see in that video is unnecessary, unjustifiable, excessive use of fatal force,” Crump said. “You see a police officer escalate a minor traffic stop into a deadly execution.”
