Identity Of Post Malone’s Ex Revealed As She Files For Physical Custody Of Daughter, Asks Judge To Give Malone Visitation Rights
Guess that breakup wasn’t as amicable as we had hoped.
Post Malone‘s ex-fiancée and the mother of his child is asking for full custody of their daughter after their split.
Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, who has been identified as Malone’s ex, was never in the public eye, but everyone thought that she was Malone’s forever girl based on the way he spoke about her. The two welcomed a baby girl into the world in May of 2022. His daughter inspired his song “Yours,” and Malone seemed to be on cloud nine after having his daughter.
“I’m excited for this next chapter in my life. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad.”
He told TMZ when he announced they were expecting. However, when fans heard that Malone and Park quietly split at the end of 2024, fans were heartbroken. Given Malone made it sound like she was the one, and how highly he spoke of her on his Call Her Daddy appearance, the public thought these two were endgame.
“I could tell … her heart is so massive. I’ve always wanted kids and a big family. And I could tell she was going to be a really good mama. And she’s, like, No. 1 mom in the f**king universe.”
However, it didn’t take Malone long to move on, as he has been spotted numerous times with his new girlfriend, a fashion student named Christy Lee. But while Malone has been out wining and dining his new woman in Paris and Idaho dive bars, Park has been at home raising their child, leading her to file for full custody of their two-year-old.
TMZ reported that Park filed documents in Los Angeles earlier this week asking the court to award her primary physical custody of their daughter, who was identified as DDP in the papers. In those documents, Park checked boxes indicating that she is okay with sharing custody (if not awarded full custody) and allowing Malone to have visitations, also known as “parenting time.”
In the documents, Park also said that their daughter has been living with her since November of 2024, which aligns with their split at the end of that year. Park also wants Malone to cover her legal fees. As for child support, Page Six reports that the section states:
“The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings work without further notice to either party.”
Although Malone has not filed documents in response to Park’s, TMZ reported they do know that he filed his own custody documents in Utah. However, those documents are currently sealed, and the arrangement he desires has not yet been disclosed. TMZ also mentioned that they reached out to Malone for a comment on the situation, but have yet to hear a response.
While it’s never ideal for there to be a custody battle between parents, hopefully, the two are just setting up a custody schedule in the legal system for the child’s sake and not because they can’t get along. Given Malone’s hectic touring schedule, it makes sense for Park to have primary custody.
We hope that Park and Malone are co-parenting well because every child deserves to be raised in a home filled with love and free from conflict.
As for Malone’s new girlfriend… fans are still upset that Malone and Park split, and it hasn’t taken long for her to start receiving hate. Given that Park stayed out of the public eye and Christy Lee is spotted everywhere with Malone, fans hope that she’s in this relationship for the right reasons.
The people just want to see Malone happy.
