The Biggest Danger to America

The duo we never knew we needed. Last night, Megan Moroney and Brad Paisley teamed up for a beautiful duet of his hit “She’s Everything”during Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas event in Nashville, Tennessee (yes, I know, it’s way too early…). Of course, Brad Paisley co-wrote “She’s Everything” with Wil Nance, and it was included as the fourth single from his 2006 album, Time Well Wasted. Of course, it peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, becoming Paisley’s seventh number one single. I have so many memories of listening to this song as a kid, back when Paisley was in his prime, and along with songs like “Waitin’ on a Woman,” “I’m Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin’ Song” and “Mud on the Tires,” he’s one of the early country artists I remember listening to and really loving, even when I had no control over the music selection. My mom had a Mud On The Tires album we kept on a loop, and so anytime I see Paisley doing anything these days, it’s instantly nostalgic for me.
