President Trump To Sign “ONE RULE” AI Regulation Executive Order

President Trump To Sign “ONE RULE” AI Regulation Executive Order

President Trump said on Monday that he will sign an executive order outlining “one rulebook” when regulating artificial intelligence. “There must be only One Rulebook if we are going to continue to lead in AI. We are beating ALL COUNTRIES at this point in the race, but that won’t last long if we are going to have 50 States, many of them bad actors, involved in RULES and the APPROVAL PROCESS. THERE CAN BE NO DOUBT ABOUT THIS! AI WILL BE DESTROYED IN ITS INFANCY!” Trump said. “I will be doing a ONE RULE Executive Order this week. You can’t expect a company to get 50 Approvals every time they want to do something. THAT WILL NEVER WORK!” he added. The Hill has more: It’s unclear what the final AI executive order will look like. A draft order seen by The Hill last month would have created a task force dedicated to challenging state AI laws and restricted certain broadband funding for states with AI laws deemed overly burdensome. The draft emerged in late November, as House GOP leadership was facing pushback over its effort to include a provision that would have barred state AI laws in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Republican leaders reportedly urged Trump to hold off on the order, as they continued the last-minute push to add preemption to the must-pass defense bill. However, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) indicated last week that the effort had fallen short, suggesting they were “looking at other places” for the AI provision. The provision was not included in the final negotiated text of the NDAA released late Sunday. Last month, Trump signed an executive order to launch a “national effort to use artificial intelligence (AI) to transform how scientific research is conducted and accelerate the speed of scientific discovery.” “The Genesis Mission charges the Secretary of Energy with leveraging our National Laboratories to unite America’s brightest minds, most powerful computers, and vast scientific data into one cooperative system for research,” the order read. “The Order directs the Department of Energy to create a closed-loop AI experimentation platform that integrates our Nation’s world-class supercomputers and unique data assets to generate scientific foundation models and power robotic laboratories,” it continued. “With this pen today, President Trump signed an historic mission. This is reminiscent of the Manhattan Project that brought World War II to an early and successful end, similar to the Apollo projects that put a man on the moon in 1969,” Secretary of Energy Chris Wright said. “This is an all-in national effort to take the power of AI and pair it with the 40,000 outstanding scientists and engineers at our national labs, to use the world’s largest supercomputers to advance innovation and science, to fix our rising energy costs, to give better economic opportunities for our citizens, to make longer and healthier lives possible,” he continued. Footage below: BREAKING: President Trump just signed an executive order akin to the MANHATTAN PROJECT that will deploy 40,000 THOUSAND USA scientists and engineers for the rapid advancement of AI over our competitors SEC. CHRIS WRIGHT: "With this pen today, President Trump signed an… pic.twitter.com/V6mxQbARVR — Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) November 24, 2025 Fox Business shared: Trump declared last month that the U.S. “MUST have one Federal Standard instead of a patchwork of 50 State Regulatory Regimes,” and argued that over regulation at the state level was threatening the investment, and expected growth, of AI. On Sunday, Google CEO Sundar Pichai made a call for national AI regulation to compete with China more effectively during an interview on “Fox News Sunday.” Pichai said that more than 1,000 AI-related bills currently moving through state legislatures could create confusing rules that make it harder for U.S. companies to compete globally. “How do you cope with those varied regulations, and how do you compete with countries like China, which are moving fast in this technology?” Pichai questioned. “So I think we have to get the balance right.”

Did President Trump’s Peace Deal Just Collapse? Thailand Launches Airstrikes On Cambodia

Things aren’t looking good in South East Asia. President Trump’s peace deal he orchestrated between Thailand and Cambodia is currently in the balance. On Monday, Thailand, launched airstrikes on Cambodia just months after the two countries signed a peace deal. CNN reported more on the ongoing conflict between Thailand and Cambodia: Thailand launched airstrikes against Cambodia on Monday as a new wave of fighting erupted between the southeast Asian neighbors, marking the potential collapse of a peace plan presided over by US President Donald Trump just two months ago. Both sides accused the other of launching strikes along their disputed border Monday morning, after weeks of simmering tension and the earlier suspension of progress on the ceasefire agreement by Thailand. Thai army spokesperson Maj. Gen. Winthai Suvaree said that the airstrikes targeted Cambodian military infrastructure, and were retaliation for an attack earlier on Monday that killed a Thai soldier. “The target was at Cambodia’s arms supporting positions in the area of Chong An Ma Pass, because those targets had used artilleries and mortar launchers to attack the Thai side at Anupong Base, resulting in one soldier killed,” Suvaree said. Seven people were injured in the attack, he added later during a news briefing. Cambodia began targeting the Thai border at around 3 a.m. local time on Monday, the Thai army said in a statement. In a separate statement, the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) said “Cambodia had mobilized heavy weaponry, repositioned combat units and prepared fire-support elements – activities that could escalate military operations and pose a threat to the Thai border area.” Cambodia’s Ministry of National Defense denied the RTAF allegations, calling it “false information” in a statement on X. “Standing on the spirit of respecting all previous agreements and resolving conflicts peacefully according to international law, Cambodia did not retaliate at all during the two assaults and continues to monitor the situation vigilantly and with utmost caution,” it said. The fighting comes just six weeks after Trump oversaw the signing of a ceasefire agreement he brokered to end a five-day war that erupted in July. At least 48 people were killed in the conflict, and 300,000 forced to flee their homes. Tensions have remained high despite the ceasefire agreement, with both sides accusing one another other of violations, and Thailand announcing it was suspending the deal in November. Cambodia’s former prime minister Hun Sen, who remains hugely influential and is the father of the current leader, Hun Manet, urged his country’s forces to exercise restraint, saying Thailand was trying to “pull us into retaliation”. “The red line for responding has already been set. I urge commanders at all levels to educate all officers and soldiers accordingly,” Hun Sen said in a Facebook post.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent GOES OFF On Somali Migrants: “You Gotta Learn Not to DEFRAUD the American People!”

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent GOES OFF On Somali Migrants: “You Gotta Learn Not to DEFRAUD the American People!”

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent did not hold back during a Sunday appearance on CBS’ ‘Face the Nation.’ He absolutely schooled host Margaret Brennan on the Somalian fraud scheme in Minnesota — which, by the way, is currently being investigated for links to terrorism. Bessent spoke very bluntly, “When you come to this country, you gotta learn which side of the road to drive on, you gotta learn to stop at the stop signs, and you gotta learn not to defraud the American people!” Watch here: Backup here if needed: .@SecScottBessent on the massive Somali fraud scandal in Minnesota: “When you come to this country, you gotta learn which side of the road to drive on, you gotta learn to stop at the stop signs, and you gotta learn not to defraud the American people.” pic.twitter.com/SKvnANw0Ty — Rapid Response 47 (@RapidResponse47) December 7, 2025 Amen, Secretary Bessent! This shouldn’t be something controversial. It’s called following the law. If you can’t do that, then back to your home country, you go! Simple as. The fact that Somalians in Minnesota de-frauded Americans out of $1 billion+ is, frankly, astonishing. Earlier this week, Bessent announced that he has ordered an investigation into exactly where all that money went. Specifically, if it was used to fund a terrorist organization, as some reports are indicating. He posted on X: At my direction, @USTreasury is investigating allegations that under the feckless mismanagement of the Biden Administration and Governor Tim Walz, hardworking Minnesotans’ tax dollars may have been diverted to the terrorist organization Al-Shabaab. Thanks to the leadership of… https://t.co/uillMknuXL — Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent (@SecScottBessent) December 1, 2025 At my direction, @USTreasury is investigating allegations that under the feckless mismanagement of the Biden Administration and Governor Tim Walz, hardworking Minnesotans’ tax dollars may have been diverted to the terrorist organization Al-Shabaab. Thanks to the leadership of @POTUS @realDonaldTrump , we are acting fast to ensure Americans’ taxes are not funding acts of global terror. We will share our findings as our investigation continues. CBS News has more details on that probe: The Treasury secretary shared a Nov. 19 report in the conservative publication City Journal that alleged millions of dollars from Minnesota state welfare programs had “ultimately landed in the hands of the terror group Al-Shabaab,” citing law enforcement sources. Several Minnesota Republicans, including Rep. Tom Emmer, pushed federal prosecutors to look into the allegations. Walz’s office pointed CBS News to remarks last week in which the governor said he welcomes an investigation into where defrauded welfare money went and would work with investigators. Comer, a Republican from Kentucky, released an excerpt from a letter he sent Walz, saying the Oversight Committee “has serious concerns about how you as the Governor, and the Democrat-controlled administration, allowed millions of dollars to be stolen,” and requesting “documents and communications showing what your administration knew about this fraud and whether you took action to limit or halt the investigation.” Minnesota has been racked by allegations of large-scale fraud in the state’s public assistance programs. Dozens of people have been charged in a $250 million scheme involving the nonprofit group Feeding Our Future and its partners, which federal prosecutors say stole federal nutrition aid by falsely claiming to help distribute meals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Officials have also brought fraud charges involving housing aid and autism programs in the state.

IT BEGINS: ICE Arrests Several Somalian Criminals in Massive Minnesota Crackdown

ICE raids have officially begun on Somalian communities in Minnesota. Amid the gigantic fraud scandal that Gov. Tim Walz so desperately wants to brush under the rug, ICE just launched an operation targeting criminal illegal Somalian immigrants. Reporter Katie Daviscourt of The Post Millennial shared an exclusive video from one of the raids that happened on Sunday. Watch the footage here: Exclusive — ICE agents captured several criminal illegal aliens during an operation in Somali-land Minnesota on Saturday. Democrat politicians are claiming ICE “kidnapped” innocent members of the community. Sources tell me the targets were apprehended on a warrants. A male subject allegedly assaulted officers but was successfully apprehended. A previously deported female subject fled into a house, which ultimately resulted in her apprehension and several collateral arrests, per sources. The targeted operation is being called ‘Operation Metro Surge.’ Over one-hundred ICE agents are surging into the Somali-dominated Minneapolis area to arrest and deport illegal aliens. The New York Times has more details: The Trump administration is launching an intensive immigration enforcement operation primarily targeting hundreds of undocumented Somali immigrants in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region, according to an official with knowledge of the operation and documents obtained by The New York Times. The move comes as President Trump has fixated on Somalis living in the United States, using increasingly inflammatory language to attack them. He stepped up his rhetoric in the wake of last week’s shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, even though the man suspected in the attack is an Afghan national. The directive for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn., came immediately after Mr. Trump’s remarks. The effort, which is beginning this week, focuses largely on Somalis with final deportation orders who are living in the Twin Cities, though the official said that others who are still seeking legal status could be swept up as well. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe an ongoing operation. The plan calls for the deployment of so-called strike teams, which are made up of ICE officers, agents and other federal officials. Roughly 100 officers and agents from around the country have been brought in for the operation, the official said. So far, at least five Somalian nationals have been arrested as part of the operation, though many are saying the numbers are higher. Protestors are taking to the streets to try and stop the arrests. Mario Nawfal shared a few clips: ICE HITS MINNEAPOLIS: SOMALI FELONS FIRST TO GO, LEFTIST MELT DOWN ICE just kicked off Operation Metro Surge in the Twin Cities, rounding up undocumented immigrants with criminal records or standing deportation orders. 19 arrests so far, including a Somali man with 7 felony… pic.twitter.com/JPM5NH0sZv — Mario Nawfal (@MarioNawfal) December 8, 2025 ICE HITS MINNEAPOLIS: SOMALI FELONS FIRST TO GO, LEFTIST MELT DOWN ICE just kicked off Operation Metro Surge in the Twin Cities, rounding up undocumented immigrants with criminal records or standing deportation orders. 19 arrests so far, including a Somali man with 7 felony convictions. City officials are trying to play hero by banning ICE from public buildings, as if blocking agents will magically erase criminal histories. Protesters chased ICE around hotels while local businesses whined about slow days, blaming “fear” for people staying home. Let’s be clear: this isn’t about tearing families apart. It’s about removing people who were already ordered to leave or who’ve racked up serious charges. Why is it even being treated as something controversial? It’s not. If you wanna go to a country, do it legally. It’s that simple. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is also doing everything he can to oppose the raids. Per CBS News: ICE said Friday that 12 immigrants, five of them Somali, have been detained as a result of “Operation Metro Surge.” But immigrant rights groups and attorneys say the number of detainees is much higher. Opposition to ICE actions is widespread among Democratic elected officials throughout the state, though nowhere more than in Minneapolis, home to the state’s largest Somali population. Days after the announcement of “Operation Metro Surge,” Mayor Jacob Frey signed an executive order barring ICE from using any city-owned spaces, like parking lots for staging areas. President Trump called Frey a fool this week for saying he is proud of our Somali community. “We know that it is a chaotic operation,” Frey said. “We know that the work they are doing seems to be somewhat scattered and, at times, it doesn’t seem like federal agents know what they are doing themselves.” (In case you were wondering, yes, this is the same mayor who was seen trying not to puke while eating Somalian food.) If you don’t know what I’m referring to, check this out: MUST-WATCH: Minneapolis Mayor Tries Not to Throw Up Eating Authentic Somalian Cuisine They swindled America out of millions, and their food sucks. Get them all out! The forecast is in, boys: it's gonna be a COLD one in Minnesota. pic.twitter.com/4VNdPx1f40 — The Conservative Alternative (@OldeWorldOrder) December 7, 2025 Your thoughts?

Former NFL Player Ends Senate Bid

Former Texas Rep. Colin Allred has dropped out of the U.S. Senate Democratic primary in the Lone Star State. Allred, a former NFL linebacker who held multiple positions in the Obama administration, was the party’s nominee in an unsuccessful effort to defeat Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in 2024. “I am deeply moved by the personal stories and trust that so many Texans have placed in me. I’m forever grateful and believe it comes with heavy responsibility,” Allred wrote on X. “That’s why I’ve made the difficult decision to end my campaign for Senate and run to represent the newly drawn CD-33,” he continued. “I’ve come to believe that a bruising Senate Democratic primary and runoff would prevent the Democratic Party from going into this critical election unified against the danger posed to our communities and our Constitution by Donald Trump and one of his Republican bootlickers Paxton, Cornyn, or Hunt,” Allred said in a statement. I am deeply moved by the personal stories and trust that so many Texans have placed in me. I'm forever grateful and believe it comes with heavy responsibility. That’s why I’ve made the difficult decision to end my campaign for Senate and run to represent the newly drawn CD-33. pic.twitter.com/ABCioIHDVc — Colin Allred (@ColinAllredTX) December 8, 2025 Fox News has more: Allred said he would instead run in the newly-redrawn 33rd Congressional District in Texas, which is currently represented by Rep. Marc Veasey, D-Texas, under previously-created boundaries. It’s not clear yet where Veasey will run for re-election in 2026, but Allred is already expected to face a primary against current Rep. Julie Johnson, D-Texas. Johnson is switching districts to run in the newly-redrawn 33rd, which now includes more of Dallas County while cutting out areas of nearby Tarrant County. “The 33rd district was racially gerrymandered by Trump in an effort to further rig our democracy but it’s also the community where I grew up attending public schools and watching my mom struggle to pay for our groceries,” Allred said. The Supreme Court last week upheld a new congressional map passed by the GOP-dominated Texas legislature and signed into law by longtime Republican Gov. Greg Abbott that creates five more right-leaning House districts in the Lone Star State. Allred, a college football star at Baylor University who went on to play linebacker with the Tennessee Titans in the National Football League (NFL) and later worked as a civil rights lawyer, was first elected to the House in 2018, flipping a red seat. He won re-elections in his Dallas area district in 2020 and 2022. The Senate Democratic primary is expected to get more crowded this week with the anticipated entrance of Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX). JUST IN: Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) expected to launch Senate campaign ahead of candidate filing deadline The two-term congresswoman would join a Senate primary that’s expected to feature state Rep. James Talarico and former U.S. Rep. Colin Allred.https://t.co/RaMbgSM7g1 — InteractivePolls (@IAPolls2022) December 7, 2025 The Texas Tribune explained further: The pivot brings an end to Allred’s Senate campaign after just over five months. He entered the race with high name recognition from his past statewide run and was found to be ahead of Paxton in multiple public polls of the general election. And he had the bona fides of having flipped a Republican-held House seat in 2018 and outperforming Vice President Kamala Harris by about 5 percentage points last year — though he lost to Cruz by a still-resounding 8.5 points. But Crockett and Talarico are both viral sensations who have raised millions as nationally recognizable personalities — Crockett from quick-witted clapbacks against Republicans and frequent appearances on cable television, and Talarico as a progressive Presbyterian who blends his Christian faith with populist politics. An October poll of a hypothetical primary between Allred, Crockett, Talarico and former Congressman Beto O’Rourke found Allred in last. As Crockett’s entry into the Senate race became more likely, Texas Democrats began to fret — publicly and privately — about the damage that a bruising primary could bring. The fear was not a new one. Over the summer, Allred, Talarico, O’Rourke and San Antonio Rep. Joaquin Castro met to try to form a slate for various statewide offices — such as Senate, governor and attorney general — rather than all run for the same position. But the Senate race represented too big a draw for them to work out a deal.
