Recipe: -12.5 cups distilled water -4fl oz pure peppermint oil (8 Tablespoons, or 1/2 cup) -4fl oz Polysorbate 80 (8 Tablespoons, or 1/2 cup) Heat distilled water to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix with peppermint oil and Polysorbate 80 in a jug.
