When this family discovered an abandoned pet mouse on Christmas, they knew they needed to rescue the poor creature! A man named Sloan on social media shared the most heartbreaking video of the stranded animal. He found the tiny rodent alone in the grass, surrounded by what appeared to be bedding from the bottom of a cage. It looked like someone had purposely left the little critter outside, along with the contents of their enclosure! Although what happened to this animal is very upsetting, the rodent’s luck immediately changed as soon as they were discovered by this man and his family. A woman quickly scooped up the pet mouse in her hands while Sloan continued to film the rescue mission. As a temporary solution, they placed the creature inside a cardboard box with some of the discarded bedding.
