YouTuber left his wife and child to TRANSITION — now he's facing allegations of grooming MINORS

Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, boasts over 306 million subscribers on YouTube. Now, his video empire is in trouble after his longtime collaborator and friend Kris Tyson is facing allegations of grooming minors. Many who've been following Tyson's journey the past year are not surprised, as he announced that he was leaving his wife and child to pursue his transition into a woman in 2023. It’s not just Tyson’s transition and abandonment of his family that had critics on high alert, but others are doing a deep dive into his social media as well. The YouTuber, who now goes by “Ava,” had posted on X in 2016: “Nothing gets my knob a cranking like some Loli.” Loli is a form of anime porn in which the female characters are depicted as children or even babies. But that’s not all. Tyson had also proudly shown off a commissioned piece of anime he received from artist Shadbase — where the girl featured in the piece had braces, was flat chested, and had a gun in her mouth with her finger on the trigger. The girl was wearing a hat that said, "Be patient I have autism." “Those are the kinds of things he likes,” Allie Beth Stuckey of “Relatable” explains, disturbed by the revelations. “So, it has come as no surprise to me at all that Kris Tyson has now been exposed for allegedly talking to a minor sexually.” Tyson left his role at MrBeast following the allegations, which were revealed in a series of YouTube videos by someone named Prison 42. The videos claimed to show online conversations between Tyson and a minor regarding nude photos, inappropriate Snapchat messages, and an Instagram post of Tyson and the minor who had visited Tyson in college. The minor was apparently a fan of MrBeast — and was only 13 years old when the pair began communicating. Tyson was 20. Tyson had also reportedly posted on his Reddit account in 2017: “Why the F would you use your VR headset for anything other than 3D Loli gang rape porn.” “Remember, that’s child porn,” Stuckey says, bewildered, before revealing that he also posted on Reddit, “But can you still get teen love? 14-year-olds always stay 14.” While there’s not enough evidence to condemn Tyson as a “pedophile,” Stuckey believes his actions are clearly inappropriate. “I think that we can say in the very least that this is a pattern of extremely disturbing behavior,” Stuckey says, continuing, “An adult should never be making edgy jokes with a minor, ever. Maybe it wasn’t explicitly sexually predatory, maybe he didn’t really send nudes to him. Maybe there wasn’t a relationship there.” “But you should never even have a friendship with a 14-year-old boy as a 20-year-old. That’s weird. That in and of itself is weird. That is strange behavior,” she adds. US Park Police union reveals why few arrests were made during anti-Israel riot in DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The union for the U.S. Park Police released a statement to explain why so few rioters were arrested at Columbus Circle on Wednesday, where American flags were torn down and set on fire and the Christopher Columbus statue was defaced with pro-Hamas graffiti.Out of the hundreds who took part in the rioting outside of Union Station, within sight of the U.S. Capitol, Park Police were able to arrest only nine people. The USPP Fraternal Order of Police said that was because they had just 29 officers assigned to Columbus Circle, a fact the union attributes to an overall lack of manpower. The riot was caused by people who were taking part in a march to oppose Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu speaking to Congress.'Yesterday was an epic failure.' — (@) "Our officers on the ground did everything they could to protect life and property. In fact, despite having only 29 officers available to mitigate damage - 29! - with no additional help from the Department of the Interior, we processed several arrests...That's why it's so disheartening to hear some Members of Congress and members of the media, many of whom describe themselves as 'champions' of law enforcement, suggesting that officers have protesters a 'pass' or that insufficient arrests were made," chairman of the USPP FOP Kenneth Spencer wrote. "Nothing could further from the truth - anyone who truly cares to understand the problem would see that our officer staffing crisis is at the root of our agency's readiness. ... We simply did not have the staffing or resources to accomplish a mass arrest operation," Spencer continued.Spencer went on to accuse the Department of the Interior and the National Park Service of having "stood in the way" of passing the Modernization Act, which he believes would help solve the manpower shortage. "If Congress wants a more effective law enforcement response to events like those that occurred yesterday," Spencer's statement concluded, "they need to pass the Modernization Act this year!" That sentiment was echoed by a source within the D.C. police department, "Yesterday was an epic failure."Capitol Police were also in the vicinity of Columbus Circle, along with police from nearby jurisdictions, but Park Police were the only ones who went in to try and prevent the American flags from being burned. The other agencies eventually supported Park Police after they had withdrawn from the crowd. — (@) While Park Police officers were able to save one of the flags, the other two that are positioned outside of Union Station were torn down and burned. The anti-U.S. crowd then placed Palestinian flags on the flagpoles. — (@) After the anti-Netanyahu march was over and congressional votes were concluded for the evening, GOP members of Congress, led by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-La.), replaced the American flags at Columbus Circle. — (@) Like Blaze News? 'Chasing Embers' shows the cost of forgetting our past

'Chasing Embers' shows the cost of forgetting our past

Writing a novel of ideas is always a dicey proposition. Ideology, even good ideology, can sour a narrative quicker than flies in milk. It is the truth of the characters that should appeal to the reader above all; whatever lessons the story has should emerge on their own. Part 'Hunger Games,' part 'The Giver,' 'Chasing Embers' offers an uncommonly meaningful — and uncommonly American — adventure. The skill with which an author manages to camouflage didactic intentions with a gripping plot and compelling dialogue is what separates art from mere editorializing. In their new young adult novel "Chasing Embers," co-authors Glenn Beck (co-founder of Blaze Media) and Mikayla G. Hedrick face this challenge head-on. In his author's notes, Beck admits that the project began with his ruminations on the current state of American politics, in which speech is suppressed and our very history marginalized and erased. Beck imagined a world where this state of affairs had come full circle. After a brutal global war, civilization has re-emerged in the city of Oasis. The citizens of Oasis are under the strict control of the Topos corporation, which forbids remembering the past — and with it, the truth. The only resistance to this totalitarian rule comes from the Oarsmen, a group of rebels who gather, preserve, and memorize fundamental texts from American and world history. They then teach these texts to others, mainly children. Beck built this world; it was then left to Hedrick to pick up the reins and create the protagonists to carry the story forward: Ember, a teenage girl whose parents disappeared after running afoul of the regime, and Sky, a teenage boy who stumbles upon a secret that could lead him to doubt all that he was raised to believe. Both Sky and Ember start the story as model Oasis subjects; they've fully embraced the Topos ideology of total control of the population. This makes the reader pity them as the story unfolds, but it also makes them hard to like. They both betray loved ones in cruel ways. The novel alternates between the first-person perspectives of each character, chapter by chapter, an approach that quickly gives us an intimate look at their difficult choices and misplaced courage. Beautifully sprinkled throughout the book are snippets of timeless wisdom from America’s past. These excerpts provide a baseline conscience for the naïve protagonists and for the reader. We hear from the U.S. Constitution, WWII, Squanto, and Jesus, among others. In particular, the example of William Tyndale beckons Ember toward bravery. In the end, the two authors prove to be well-matched collaborators: Beck trains our attention on an America that runs on lies, while Hedrick engages our imagination with an entertaining, hopeful story. Part "Hunger Games," part "The Giver," "Chasing Embers" offers an uncommonly meaningful — and uncommonly American — adventure. This tale of young love suppressed by an evil government avoids the usual superficial cliches. There is solid intellectual meat here, more than enough to whet the appetite for further installments. Readers will no doubt be eager to track Sky and Ember's trajectory towards true heroism, propelled by the rocket fuel of the past.

Google gives Gemini faster, higher-quality responses with 1.5 Flash

Following the arrival of OpenAI's GPT-4o mini model and Meta's Llama 3.1 models, Google has debuted its own AI update. On Thursday, Google made the Gemini 1.5 Flash model available to free users. The updated model is a fairly comprehensive upgrade over version 1.0, with faster, smarter responses and the ability to hold longer conversations. According to Gemini VP of engineering Amar Subramanya, 1.5 Flash features "across-the-board improvements in quality and latency, with especially noticeable improvements in reasoning and image understanding." Back when Google announced 1.5 Flash in May, the company noted that it "excels at summarization, chat applications, image and video captioning, data extraction from long documents and tables, and more." Gemini 1.5 Flash is now available to all Gemini users on both web and mobile, in more than 40 languages and over 230 countries and territories. In addition to rolling out 1.5 Flash to the public, Google announced some other Gemini updates. Gemini 1.5 Flash has a significantly larger context window, and Google will soon add the ability to upload files via Google Drive or from your device to take full advantage of the upgrade. This feature was previously only available with a paid Gemini Advanced subscription. Additionally, Google is working to reduce Gemini hallucinations by displaying links to related content for fact-seeking prompts. Click on the little arrows at the end of Gemini's responses to see websites that offer more information about the topic of discussion. Gemini can also provide inline links to relevant emails found with the Gmail extension. Other changes include the rollout of Gemini in Google Messages to the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, expanding Gemini mobile app availability to more countries, and expanding Gemini access to teenagers in over 40 languages. OpenAI challenges Google with AI search engine SearchGPT

OpenAI announced it's now testing a new SearchGPT. This temporary prototype uses AI search features to give you "fast and timely answers with clear and relevant sources." The new SearchGPT feature is currently available for 10,000 users. If you're not part of the program, you can join a waitlist for its possible expansion. OpenAI explains that it plans to combine the strength of its AI models with information from the web. While SearchGPT is a temporary prototype, the company plans to integrate "the best of these features directly into ChatGPT in the future. This announcement comes at a time when several users have complained about Google's ability to mix its traditional search system with AI. From false information to completely nonsense answers, Google seems to be struggling with this new search era with embedded artificial intelligence. On the other hand, OpenAI is trying to solve this puzzle by enhancing the conversational capabilities of its models with real-time information from the web to help users find what they're looking for. According to the company, SearchGPT is designed to give you an answer, as it will "quickly and directly respond to your questions with up-to-date information from the web while giving you clear links to relevant sources." Users will be able to ask follow-up questions as the GPT understands the context of each query. OpenAI has also addressed possible concerns from media, as Google's approach feels that users shouldn't click on websites anymore. The company says it's committed to a "thriving ecosystem of publishers and creators. We hope to help users discover publisher sites and experiences while bringing more choice to search," as it's enhancing this experience with AI by offering high-quality content in a conversational interface with "multiple opportunities for users to engage." That said, SearchGPT will prominently quote, and link sources and responses will have clear, in-line, named attribution and links so users know where information is coming from.
