King has been located safe. Thank you for your assistance.
MISSING ENDANGERED CHILD: 8yo King Evans from the 3600 block of Heather Trails Drive was last seen around 10 a.m. this morning when he was taken from his grandmother by his father, Jarrett Hawthorne.
King is 4'11" tall, 85lbs with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, khaki pants, and pink Croc sandals.
Hawthorne also took the grandmother's car, a dark brown 2013 Nissan Juke with MO Plates CX3Z5D. He is described as 5'6", 130lbs with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion.
King suffers from epilepsy and Hawthorne does not know how to administer medication.
Anyone seeing King, Hawthorne or the vehicle is urged to call 911 to reach the nearest law enforcement agency or call 636-529-8210 to reach our department.
