AOC: 'All women and girls' subject to potential 'genital examinations' if men are banned from women's sports

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed that the further "marginalization" of "trans women" is happening under the guise of women's safety and will result in making underage girls subject to genital examinations in order to prove they are eligible to play in female sports. The New York Democrat made the claims during a House Oversight Subcommittee on Health hearing that featured activist and former NCAA athlete Riley Gaines. Gaines spoke out against allowing biological males to compete in women's sports."I've spent a decent amount of my time here in Congress sitting through panels and hearings of men attempting to restrict the rights of women and telling us that it's for our own good‚" Ocasio-Cortez began before she stated there have been several proposals to limit such rights."This issue targeting trans women in sports is particularly problematic‚ not just for trans girls‚ but for all of us‚" she continued. AOC added that the "several proposals" would "further marginalize trans women in sports."After explaining how few transgender athletes there are in the United States‚ the congresswoman asked why there is "so much effort and dedication on such a tiny portion of the U.S. population when there virtually is no major issue that this is precipitating."Without appearing to consider the fact that such a small group has been able to frequently dominate in women's sports‚ Ocasio-Cortez then discussed how she believed restrictions were a cover for legislators' desire to have genital examinations performed on children."A lot of these proposals involve invasion of privacy of all women‚" she said."Under the guise of not only trying to further marginalize trans women and girls‚ we are talking about opening up all women and girls to genital examinations when they are underage‚ potentially just because someone can point to someone and say‚ 'I don’t think you are a girl.'" .@AOC lays out the new Dem talking points on men in women’s spaces: “We are talking about opening up all women and girls to genital examinations when they are under age‚ potentially just because someone can point to someone and say‚ I don’t think you are a girl.” — (@) She went on to say that states that have criminalized abortion also "want nothing more" than to acquire data on women about when they are getting their menstrual cycle and "who doesn't have one."At the hearing‚ former swimmer Gaines encouraged women to refuse to compete in events against biological males and offered to financially compensate those who miss out on money for taking such a stand."Any woman who doesn't compete and loses out on prize money‚ I will happily pay the fee out of my own pocket. In any sport. Stop. Playing. Their. Game‚" she wrote. Any woman who doesn't compete and loses out on prize money‚ I will happily pay the fee out of my own pocket. In any sport.

Stop. Playing. Dumb shoplifter tries stealing $727.86 in items while 75 police officers are in store for 'Shop with a Cop' charity event

A woman who tried to shoplift $727.86 in merchandise from a Michigan Walmart over the weekend didn't get very far — namely because 75 police officers were in the store for a "Shop with a Cop" charity event. What are the details?State troopers from the Brighton Post were participating in Saturday's event at the Walmart Store in Genoa Township‚ police said. Genoa Township is about an hour northwest of Detroit.Police said Shop with a Cop gives area children‚ through donations from local businesses‚ an opportunity to partner with police officers and shop for themselves and family."We bring children that might otherwise not have a good Christmas get to come to the store‚" Lt. Rene Gonzalez of the Michigan State Police told WJBK-TV. "They get $100‚ sometimes a $150 gift card to go and shop for themselves or family." Amid all the good cheer — not to mention a high concentration of law enforcement personnel — one woman got the bright idea to try a bit of shoplifting.Police said a Walmart staff member notified a trooper participating in Shop with a Cop that a female was trying to steal $727.86 in merchandise from the store. The 62-year-old suspect just loaded up her cart and waltzed through self-checkout‚ WJBK said."Groceries‚ clothes‚ all kinds of stuff‚" Gonzalez told the station. "It wasn't bagged up. And then she walked out of the store with it."She ignored a clerk who asked for her receipt‚ made her way to her car‚ and then began putting items inside her vehicle‚ WJBK reported.Police said the trooper Walmart notified had another officer look after the child he was with and then caught up to the suspect in the parking lot. Police said the suspect‚ strangely enough‚ had parked her car next to a gaggle of police patrol vehicles there for the Shop with a Cop event."I do have to say it surprised me because when I'm driving a patrol car‚ people slow down‚" Gonzalez remarked to the station regarding the brazen nature of the caper. "When you see 75 cops in the store‚ I mean‚ I don't know if maybe they thought we were too busy."While the trooper was able to go back inside and finish up the event‚ WJBK said the suspect was arrested and taken to Livingston County Jail. The station added that while she bonded out‚ she will be charged with retail fraud. WJBK said court records indicates she has no priors — just some traffic tickets out of East Lansing — and that it will release her name once she’s charged. Megyn Kelly's biggest WINNER and LOSER of the 4th Republican debate

There was a clear winner at the fourth 2024 Republican presidential debate in Glenn Beck’s eyes‚ and it wasn’t any of the candidates. According to Glenn‚ moderator Megyn Kelly was “the big winner” as she stood her ground‚ asked tough questions‚ and “ran a tight ship.” “You did a fantastic job last night‚” he tells Kelly‚ who has her own idea of who the winners and losers were. “With all respect to her‚ I thought Nikki Haley lost last night‚” Kelly tells Glenn. “She shrunk away‚ like she was not really a presence.” Vivek Ramaswamy didn’t win‚ but he did well. However‚ Kelly believes that while he did not gain any new fans‚ he became “even more loveable” to those who already loved him. The clear winner in Kelly’s eyes was Ron DeSantis‚ who she says “had his best debate yet.” “I think you could probably say he’s the winner because he’s in the best poll position of the four‚ and he not only didn’t hurt himself‚ although there was one bad exchange‚ he didn’t hurt himself. He did help himself‚” she explains‚ adding‚ “He was tougher than we’ve seen‚ and I think that’s the DeSantis we fell in love with.” Chris Christie was another loser‚ who Kelly says is “too radical” on the issue of transgenderism to be a Republican nominee. “This is way out of step with where the Republican party is‚” she says. Glenn notes that when Chris Christie attempted to defend Nikki Haley‚ “it did not look good” for her. “I thought it made her look weak‚ and she’s not a weak woman‚” Glenn says. “It was her lowest moment‚” Kelly agrees. Pay attention to the dangerous‚ valuable ‘Malcolm X-Rated’

Pay attention to the dangerous‚ valuable ‘Malcolm X-Rated’

I spent much of the past two days researching and discussing Charleston White‚ a bombastic‚ crude‚ and politically incorrect social media influencer.I gave White the nickname “Malcolm X-Rated.” He mixes pointed criticism of black culture with black nationalism and racial idolatry. I don’t know quite yet what to make of Mr. White. The divorced father of two talks passionately about the importance of traditional family and the patriarchy while acknowledging he’s quite capable of passing out inside a strip club. Thirty-two years ago‚ at age 14‚ White participated in a murder after a robbery. Incarcerated until age 21‚ White joined a gang while serving time. After being released‚ he spent the next decade fumbling around as a petty criminal before deciding to devote his life to helping kids not repeat his mistakes. Calling himself a “frustrated activist‚” three years ago‚ White changed his approach to activism. He leaned into an exaggerated ghetto persona. He laced his message with profanities‚ heavy use of the “N-word‚” and tales of his love of shady and hyper-sexualized women. He became a TikTok‚ Instagram‚ and YouTube superstar. The internet fell in love with Malcolm X-Rated. He blasted gangsta rappers‚ snitched on drug dealers‚ shredded liberal black celebrities‚ and made it rain on strippers across the South. Is he a force for good? I can’t decide. On Wednesday‚ after talking with the contributors on my BlazeTV show‚ “Fearless with Jason Whitlock‚” I had been swayed to believe White is a net negative. Delano Squires‚ Anthony Walker‚ Virgil Walker‚ and T.J. Moe punched holes in my belief that White is a good and necessary evil. I left the studio convinced that nothing positive could be derived from White’s profane pontificating.Lebron James promotes a line of thinking that devalues male leadership and the natural family. Charleston White promotes the exact opposite. And then‚ Thursday morning‚ I awoke‚ clicked on ESPN.com‚ and read the story about LeBron James’ comments on an atrocious shooting at the University of Nevada‚ Las Vegas‚ that left three people dead. The shooting had nothing to do with Charleston White. But LeBron’s comments made me think of White. Corporate media teed up America’s most famous athlete to argue against the Second Amendment. “First of all‚ my condolences go to the families that lost loved ones‚ families‚ and friends‚ and everything‚” he began. So far‚ so good.“It just goes back to what I said before about guns in America‚” he continued. “I think it’s such a longer conversation‚ but we keep dealing with the same story‚ this same conversation every single time it happens‚ and it just continues to happen. The ability to get a gun‚ the ability to do these things over and over and over‚ and there’s been no change‚ is literally ridiculous. It makes no sense that we continue to lose innocent lives on campuses‚ schools‚ at shopping markets‚ and movie theaters‚ and all type of stuff. It’s ridiculous.“The fact that we haven’t changed anything — it’s actually been easier to be able to own a firearm. … It’s stupid.”LeBron James’ job is to convince black men that the Second Amendment is why black neighborhoods are a cesspool of violent crime. It’s a lie. The absence of fathers and patriarchal homes powers the violence that plagues black neighborhoods. Corporate media will never ask James about this fact. He’s a useful idiot in the movement to revoke our constitutional right to arm ourselves against a government that cannot be trusted. James promotes a line of thinking that devalues male leadership and the natural family.Charleston White promotes the exact opposite. And he does so with a level of “street” credibility that James can’t match. That’s what makes White valuable and dangerous. The left uses high-profile influencers to legitimize its fraudulent arguments. As a Christian‚ I wish Charleston White would avoid profanity and acknowledge the Christian faith his mother instilled in him. I believe he’s adopted a secular strategy because he believes the majority of black people have rejected Christian faith in favor of racial idolatry. I suspect White conceals his faith because it’s the only way he believes he’ll be heard. It’s a strategy I strongly disagree with‚ but at this point it’s not a mistake that will make me reject Charleston White. His approach creates an opportunity for believers to reach people who have rejected God’s truth. The truth is that the natural family — man serving God‚ a woman following a man who serves God‚ and father and mother discipling kids — is the only solution to the pathologies undermining black people. LeBron James isn’t free to speak that truth. His political and corporate puppet masters won’t allow him to deal in truth. Sportswriters and broadcasters know what to ask James in a public setting and which questions to let James answer pre-emptively on social media.A year ago‚ a 17-year-old white kid‚ Ethan Liming‚ was beaten and murdered in the parking lot of LeBron’s I Promise School in Akron‚ Ohio. James posted a brief statement via Twitter.“Our condolences goes [sic] out to the family who lost a loved one. (May) the heavens above watch over you during this tragedy! Pray for our community!”That was it. I’ve never seen James interviewed about the murder. Two months ago‚ the black men responsible for beating and killing Liming were found not guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Instead‚ Tyler and Deshawn Stafford were convicted of assault. One was sentenced to six months in prison. The other man was sentenced to 18 months. Not a word from LeBron James. No reporter will ever get the opportunity to publicly question James about the atrocious event at his school. But ESPN made sure everyone was made aware of LeBron James’ unsophisticated thoughts on an atrocity that happened in Las Vegas‚ site of the NBA’s in-season tournament. Malcolm X-Rated is far from perfect. But he’s an improvement over LeBron James. I’ll take that for now.

Multiple Democrats cross party lines to hold Rep. Jamaal Bowman accountable for pulling fire alarm

The House voted on Thursday to censure Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) for intentionally pulling a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building. On Wednesday‚ Rep. Lisa McClain (R-Mich.) introduced the censure resolution‚ explaining in a statement why taking a formal step to hold Bowman accountable is necessary. She said:While the House was working tirelessly to avert a government shutdown‚ Representative Bowman was working nefariously to prevent a vote. It is reprehensible that a Member of Congress would go to such lengths to prevent House Republicans from bringing forth a vote to keep the government operating and Americans receiving their paychecks. Especially from a former schoolteacher‚ who without a doubt understands the function and severity of pulling a fire alarm. In a lightning-quick fashion‚ the House approved the resolution by a vote that largely split down party lines. However‚ three Democrats bravely crossed party lines and voted to approve the censure. They included:Rep. Chris Pappas (N.H.)Rep. Jahana Hayes (Conn.)Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Pérez (Wash.)An additional four Democrats — Reps. Glenn Ivey (Md.)‚ Susan Wild (Penn.)‚ Deborah Ross (N.C.)‚ and Chrissy Houlahan (Penn.) — voted "present‚" meaning they did not outright vote against the resolution‚ but didn't explicitly endorse it‚ either. What is the background? On Sept. 30‚ just hours before the government could have shut down‚ Republicans were preparing to vote on a stop-gap spending bill‚ and Democrats were looking for ways to stall the vote. During that mayhem‚ Bowman pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building‚ triggering an evacuation of the building and temporarily halting proceedings on Capitol Hill.Bowman initially claimed he didn't know he was pulling a fire alarm‚ alleging he believed the lever would open a door. But the Capitol Police later released surveillance video showing Bowman remove signs warning designating the door as an emergency exit before he calmly reached for the fire alarm. He never attempted to leave through the doors has he claimed.Bowman then pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of setting off a false fire alarm. Prosecutors agreed to drop the charge after three months if Bowman paid a $1‚000 fine and issued a formal apology to the Capitol Police.Bowman is the third House Democrat to be censured this year. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) was censured in January for "misleading the American public and for conduct unbecoming of an elected Member of the House of Representatives‚" and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) was censured last month for endorsing a Hamas rallying cry. Like Blaze News? Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox.
