Young Woman Shares Good News With Late Mom A sweet but heartbreaking clip shows a young woman, a medical student, who reached out to her mother to tell her that she had gotten into her top residency program. However, her mother, who she called and left a message for, had passed away. Paighton Noel's phone call follows a similar call she made to her mother in 2020. At that time, Paighton phoned her mother to let her know she had been accepted to the University of Utah's medical school.
