Accused Charlie Kirk Assassin Linked To Explicit Furry-Themed Video Game

More details emerged about Tyler Robinson, the man accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk last week, all helping to paint a disturbing portrait of the 22-year-old. Friends of the alleged killer told the Daily Mail that Robinson used the online alias “craftin247″ on multiple online platforms. This was the username he allegedly used to engage with the “furry” community, a subculture interested in anthropomorphic animal characters. The Steam account associated with the name “craftin247” downloaded the game “Furry Shades of Gay,” the outlet noted. The game is described as involving “love, queer relationships, hot gay sex, and slapstick humor.”  According to the report, “craftin247” was a frequent player, as evidenced by their participation, which earned them a special upgrade: an anthropomorphic cat character dressed as a French maid. That same username also had a profile at FurAffinity.net, another website dedicated to sexualized images involving cartoon animals. The Daily Mail reported that last week, the user watched content created by RedRusker, who is known for creating furry porn. RedRusker apologized in the past for images of very young-looking animal characters engaging in sexual acts. Robinson’s mother told investigators that her son became more political and Left-leaning over the past year, and he reportedly lived with a transgender-identifying romantic partner, as The Daily Wire previously reported.  A text exchange between the two men was released by Utah County prosecutors earlier this week. It included Robinson referring to his male roommate as “my love.”  The texts also referenced recovered bullet casings found with the suspected murder weapon. One of the casings said, “Notices Bulges, OwO what’s this?” which is a furry culture meme. The “OwO” is meant to look like a wide-eyed cat face, the New York Post noted.

Liberal Foundation Called Out By JD Vance Has Stake In AI Company Sparring With White House

WASHINGTON—An AI company that this week drew the ire of President Donald Trump’s administration by restricting how it’s able to use its tools is partially owned by the leftist Ford Foundation — the same organization slammed by Vice President JD Vance this week for sowing political division. Senior administration officials who spoke with Semafor slammed tech giant Anthropic for its refusal to allow its AI model to be used for certain law enforcement tasks, saying the restriction has “deepened hostility” from the administration to the AI company. Anthropic had declined requests from contractors who are working with federal law enforcement agencies, and Trump officials believe it goes beyond terms of service concerns, officials told Semafor. The officials accused Anthropic of selectively enforcing vague policies due to political considerations, Semafor reported, making moral judgments about how law enforcement agencies conduct their business. Those concerns may be bolstered by an ownership stake in the company by left-wing networks, including the Ford Foundation, which the White House just rebuked. The Ford Foundation purchased shares of Anthropic in 2024 in collaboration with Omidyar Network, a network headed by Pierre and Pam Omidyar, longtime Democratic donors who, in 2020, poured $45 million into the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a well-known dark money organization that funnels millions to pet Democrat projects and causes. In the announcement of the purchase, Omidyar’s network said the purchase was being made for “social good.” “We are investing in generative AI that protects and promotes the public interest and prioritizes the long-term benefit of humanity. That’s why we recently acquired shares in Anthropic, a leading generative AI company.” On Monday, Vice President Vance promised to “go after the NGO network that foments, facilitates and engages in violence” — groups that White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller explained are nonprofits and organizations funding violent protests and riots. He then specifically mentioned the Ford Foundation. “Did you know that the George Soros Open Society Foundation and the Ford Foundation, the groups that funded that disgusting article justifying Charlie’s death, did you know they benefit from generous tax treatment? They are literally subsidized by you and me, the American taxpayer, and how do they reward us? By setting fire to the house built by the American family over 250 years.” Vance was referring to an article from The Nation that misquoted Charlie Kirk, incorrectly suggesting that Kirk had made a racist comment. The Nation’s Elizabeth Spears headlined that piece: “Charlie Kirk’s Legacy Deserves No Mourning,” and her sub-headline read: “The white Christian nationalist provocateur wasn’t a promoter of civil discourse. He preached hate, bigotry, and division.” Following Vance’s remarks, The Nation claimed it had never been supported by Soros or Open Society and is not currently funded by the Ford Foundation. A Vance spokesman pointed the media to grant records showing that the Ford Foundation had given The Nation $100,000 in 2019 for its internship program, and the Open Society Foundation had donated to a nonprofit that was previously associated with the publication, POLITICO reported. A spokesman for Anthropic said the Ford Foundation doesn’t have any influence on decisions. “The Ford Foundation represents a tiny fraction of our investor base,” the company spokesman said. “And they do not dictate our positions or activities.” Anthropic, however, is filled with anti-Trump voices. One of its newest board members, Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings, is one of the most prominent Democratic donors in the country, donating millions of dollars to both Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris and California Governor Gavin Newsom. Daniela Amodei, Anthropic’s co-founder and president, has also donated the maximum amount to Harris and once said, “Trump represents a serious and legitimate threat to the rule of law.” Amodei also said “odds of things going well will be substantially improved” if Trump were not elected in 2024. And records investigated by journalist Gabe Kaminsky in November 2024 showed that Omidyar (who founded eBay in 1995) was behind the Governors Safeguarding Democracy initiative — the second Trump resistance to  “protect the rule of law” around the country. Omidyar has also said that “Trump represents a serious and legitimate threat to the rule of law.” Anthropic has, however, managed to do business with this administration. The Defense Department had awarded Anthropic a “two-year prototype other transaction agreement with a $200 million ceiling” earlier this year, and as part of that agreement, Anthropic is supposed to “prototype frontier AI capabilities that advance U.S. national security,” Anthropic announced in July. And in August, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced a “groundbreaking” agreement with Anthropic to bring “Claude for Enterprise” and “Claude for Government” (advanced AI large language models) to all three branches of the U.S. government for only $1 in support of the White House’s AI plan. Its leadership has also appeared at numerous administration events, including one alongside Amodei and Trump for an energy event.

Leaders Of Indian Tribe Fighting Alligator Alcatraz Have History Of Domestic Violence Arrests

Leaders of a Native American tribe fighting to close the Florida illegal alien detention center dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz” have batted down numerous allegations of domestic violence over the years as the tribe receives tens of millions in taxpayer dollars.  The chair, treasurer, and a top adviser of the Miccosukee Tribe have all faced domestic violence charges over the past 30 years, according to a new report from the American Accountability Foundation. These allegations have ranged from misdemeanor battery to felony battery of a pregnant woman. The tribe has also been plagued by kidnapping accusations and battles with the IRS, according to the American Accountability Foundation. “While the Miccosukee Tribe wages a legal battle against Alligator Alcatraz, hoping to manufacture outrage, what they really want is to distract from their own sinister record,” American Accountability Foundation President Tom Jones told The Daily Wire. “There’s a bleak history here: leadership tangled in a newborn baby abduction, repeated beatings on women, and a brazen refusal to pay federal taxes. The tribe’s latest public stunt is not about justice; it’s a smokescreen to keep Americans from asking tough questions about their dark trail of corruption and crime.” The tribe grabbed headlines after it joined several environmental groups in a suit against Florida and the Trump administration over Alligator Alcatraz. A judge ordered the detention facility shut down, but a federal appeals court ruled earlier this month that the detention center can remain open. The lower court decision led to a glowing ABC News profile of the tribe, featuring extensive quotations from Curtis Osceola, a senior executive policy adviser to Miccosukee Tribe Chairman Talbert Cypress, according to the outlet. “It was a roar of applause,” Osceola told ABC. “Everyone was very, very pleased that the judge granted the temporary restraining order.” What ABC didn’t mention was that Osceola was arrested in January for battery and resisting law enforcement.  Osceola was booked on January 24 after a woman called police, and they responded to his residence in Doral, Florida. According to police, Osceola answered the door with blood on his face. This blood appears to be visible on his mugshot.  Osceola mugshot/ American Accountability Foundation report. After police went into Osceola’s home to check on the status of the female caller, a woman identified as his girlfriend alleged that he slapped her amid an ongoing dispute about his divorce from his wife. Police said that “there were various signs of a disturbance inside the residence including a broken glass on the floor.” Osceola later claimed the incident resulted from his girlfriend’s “adverse reaction to prescription medication.”  The charges were dropped about a month after the arrest — but not after Osceola lost his role as Miami-Dade County’s chief resilience officer.  “While I have been cleared of all wrongdoing by the state attorney’s office and all charges against me have been dropped—in the court of public opinion, things are different. It is for this reason, among others, that the Mayor’s office has decided to rescind their offer to me to lead the Office of Resilience as its Chief,” he said in a statement.  Prosecutors gave a different explanation. The office of Miami-Dade State Attorney said that the charges were dropped due to “the victim indicating that she had no recall of the incident and therefore that she was unwilling to cooperate in the prosecution of the case.” Other tribal leaders have also been arrested on domestic violence charges.  Talbert Cypress, the chair of the tribe, was charged with battery in 2006. Court records indicate that he ended up going through a pretrial diversion program. Another key tribal official, Kenneth Cypress, was charged in 1995 with battery of a pregnant woman and disorderly intoxication. There ended up being no action taken on the arrest, according to court records. He is currently the treasurer for the Miccosukee Tribe’s Business Council. Talbert was quoted by the media in opposition to Alligator Alcatraz, saying that the tribe “will always stand up for our culture, our sovereignty, and for the Everglades.” The Miccosukee Tribe has been involved in numerous other legal controversies, including a 2018 incident where the tribal authorities took the child of a Miccosukee woman and a white man from a Miami hospital. The parents accused the tribe of kidnapping their child after the grandmother of the child obtained an emergency order giving her custody. The grandmother claimed that the father would abuse the child, a claim both parents disputed.  After a lengthy legal battle and calls from lawmakers, including then-Florida Senator Marco Rubio, to return the child, the parents regained custody of their daughter. The grandmother at the center of the case, Betty Osceola, has organized vigils in protest of Alligator Alcatraz. It is unclear if she is related to Curtis Osceola, the embattled tribal adviser. As the tribe weathered all of these incidents, it was heavily funded by the federal government. Since 2008, the tribe has taken in around $233 million in federal funding, according to an analysis from the American Accountability Foundation. This includes over $100 million from the Department of the Interior and $50 million from the Department of Health and Human Services.  American Accountability Foundation report. Even as the tribe cashed hefty checks from the government, judges have ruled that it has been delinquent in paying its taxes. In 2018, a court ruling opened up the tribe to being on the hook for more than $1 billion in unpaid taxes after a judge ruled that casino profits were taxable income. As of 2021, each tribal member reportedly receives $160,000 annually in casino profits, according to court documents.  The American Accountability Foundation said that the “controversial tribe should cease to be funded by taxpayers as they continue to skirt taxes and hamper the Trump Administration’s immigration enforcement.” The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals sided against the tribe in 2021 after it appealed the decision, saying that it “encouraged members to hide their payments from the IRS.” “The taxpayers here followed the Tribe’s advice, and they are now subject to hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax deficiencies. They offer various reasons why they do not owe taxes on these payments,” the majority wrote. “One assertion is that any taxes are barred by a statute that exempted an earlier land transfer from taxation; another is that the payments are merely non-taxable lease payments from the casino. Unfortunately for these Tribe members, the payments are just income — taxable income. That means we affirm.” Four years later, the same court ruled against the tribe after it attempted to shut down Alligator Alcatraz.  The judges ruled that a lawsuit brought by environmental groups and the tribe “failed to state a viable claim” that Florida and the Department of Homeland Security violated federal environmental laws. The decision was celebrated by Republicans in Florida, including Governor Ron DeSantis, who promised to open up similar detention centers across the state.  As of last week, the Department of Homeland Security told The Daily Wire that Alligator Alcatraz was still holding a variety of illegals, including those convicted of drug trafficking, murder, and sexual offenses targeting children. “Despite repeated hoaxes peddled by the media and activist judges, Alligator Alcatraz is still open and housing some of the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens, including murderers, pedophiles, weapon traffickers, and drug dealers until they are swiftly removed from our country,” said Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

Leftists Attack Kristin Chenoweth For Sympathetic Charlie Kirk Post, She Responds

Actress Kristin Chenoweth addressed the backlash she received from followers after expressing shock and sympathy over the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The 57-year-old star, known for playing the original Glinda in the Broadway musical “Wicked,” discussed what happened and attempted to cater to her fan base while promoting her new Broadway show, “The Queen of Versailles.” “I’m. So. Upset.,” Chenoweth shared on Instagram after Kirk’s assassination. “Didn’t always agree but appreciated some perspectives. What a heartbreak. His young family. I know where he is now. Heaven. But still.” NY1 reporter Frank DiLella said during a newly published interview on Thursday that Chenoweth’s post was met with “mixed reactions.”  “Mixed? You’re being kind,” the Tony Award-winning star replied, insinuating that the backlash had been substantial. DiLella mentioned how the actress had a “big LGBTQ+ fan base” and asked what she hoped to “convey” by posting about Kirk, who he described as “controversial” for having views “openly opposed same-sex marriage [and] trans rights.” “I saw what happened online with my own eyes and I had a human moment of reflection right then,” Chenoweth said, referencing the widely circulated video footage of Kirk being fatally shot at Utah Valley University. “I came to understand that my comment hurt some folks and that hurt me so badly. I would never,” she continued. “It’s no secret that I’m a Christian, that I’m a person of faith. It’s also no secret that I am an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and for some, that doesn’t go together. But for me, it always has and it always will.” Most left-wing celebrities stayed silent on the Kirk killing, but some managed to overcome their partisan views to display moments of humanity.  Leftist actress Jamie Lee Curtis also got dragged for saying during an appearance on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast, “I believe he was a man of faith, and I hope in that moment when he died that he felt connected to his faith,” as she became emotional. “Even though I find what his ideas were abhorrent to me, I still believe he’s a father and a husband and a man of faith, and I hope whatever ‘connection to God’ means, that he felt it,” Curtis said. Michael Keaton also commented on Kirk’s assassination, saying, “I’m going to take a minute to say that, regardless of how I probably — not probably — have disagreed with many things he said, Charlie Kirk leaves behind two kids and a wife. You gotta remember that.”

MILITARY Weapons Flood Campuses—What’s Coming Next?

Military-grade weapons are now standard for UC campus police, raising urgent questions about constitutional rights and American values on college grounds. UC Regents Approve Military-Grade Equipment for Campus Police On September 17, 2025, the University of California Board of Regents granted campus police across five major campuses—including UCLA, Irvine, and San Diego—permission to replenish and expand their military-grade arsenals. These requests included thousands of pepper-ball rounds, rifle ammunition, sponge foam rounds, and new drones. The approval process follows strict annual reporting mandated by California Assembly Bill 481, which was enacted in 2021 to ensure transparency and public oversight in police acquisitions of military-style equipment. This move highlights the ongoing tension between campus safety measures and protection of constitutional rights. The Regents’ decision is set against a backdrop of intensifying campus protests, most notably pro-Palestinian demonstrations in 2024, where UC police deployed pepper-ball rounds and acoustic devices at UCLA. While the official narrative insists these tools are primarily for training, campus incidents show their active use in crowd control. The UC administration maintains that no surplus military equipment from federal programs is used, but the array of crowd-control devices and surveillance drones mirrors tactics seen in broader law enforcement trends post-9/11. Students and advocacy groups argue such deployments chill campus activism and threaten free speech, cornerstones of American liberty. California Law Mandates Transparency, but Concerns Persist California’s AB 481 requires all law enforcement agencies—including campus police—to publicly report and justify their requests for military-grade tools each year. This law was designed as a check on the growing militarization of police forces, both in cities and on university grounds. Despite these transparency measures, critics argue that annual approvals have become routine, with limited pushback from oversight bodies. Student groups, faculty, and civil liberties advocates have voiced strong opposition, warning that the normalization of these weapons risks eroding basic rights and transforming campuses into surveillance zones. The Regents, meanwhile, emphasize the need to balance campus safety with public accountability, but the debate remains fierce. During Regents’ meetings, student protesters and advocacy organizations have consistently raised alarms about excessive force and the suppression of free speech. The use of drones and long-range acoustic devices for patrol and crowd management at UC Davis and UC Santa Cruz further fuels concerns about privacy and the militarization of academic settings. Law enforcement experts counter that such equipment is vital for officer safety and effective incident management, especially amid rising unrest. The ongoing struggle reflects broader national debates about police powers and the role of government in regulating public spaces. Impact on American Values and Campus Climate The short-term effect of these approvals is clear: UC police now possess greater capacity for forceful crowd control and incident response. This escalation has already led to heightened tensions between law enforcement and student activists, with direct impact on campus climate and the exercise of civil liberties. In the long term, the routine presence of military-grade equipment risks normalizing government overreach, undermining the principles of limited government and individual freedom cherished by conservatives. The economic cost of continued equipment purchases and training adds to public scrutiny, while the political debate over appropriate law enforcement standards on college campuses intensifies. Pepper balls, rifle rounds, drones: UC police get green light for military-grade weapons https://t.co/MG9Xk2oHst — Military.com (@Militarydotcom) September 18, 2025 This precedent set by the UC system could influence other public universities nationwide, raising critical questions about the future of higher education and the preservation of American constitutional values. As scrutiny from lawmakers, students, and the wider public grows, the Regents and campus police remain under pressure to justify their policies and practices. For conservative Americans, the ongoing militarization of campus police is not just a campus issue—it’s a test of the nation’s commitment to individual liberty, common sense governance, and respect for the Constitution. Alaskan Opens His Door To “Absolutely Unreal” View Of Northern Lights

Vincent Ledvina is a Space Physics Ph.D. student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks who calls himself “The Aurora Guy.” Although the northern lights have been more visible in the lower United States this past year, there is no comparison to seeing them in Alaska. If you view the videos and images on Vincent’s TikTok page, you will want to add seeing the northern lights in Alaska to your bucket list. Vincent steps out of his door, and a brightness appears over the horizon. When he turns to his right, the full splendor of the aurora borealis becomes visible. The vibrant greens dance across the sky like a prima ballerina performing The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky. @vincentledvina The aurora tonight was absolutely unreal! ♬ Great Mother In The Sky – Lionmilk As the lights dance across the sky, undulating in a perfect rhythm, it is easy to get lost in their beauty. Vincent wants to share that beauty. He is passionate about science, nature, and especially the northern lights. His first memory of the lights was the “Halloween Storm” in 2003. The lights were visible in his home state of Minnesota. His goal is to inspire and educate people about the wonders of space weather and how it affects the northern lights in Alaska. @vincentledvina 99.9% of people have never seen the aurora… ♬ original sound – The Aurora Guy There is no adequate way to describe the myriad of colors and shapes that brighten the sky. In Alaska, the best time for a northern lights adventure is February and March. This is when they experience the clearest skies, and auroral activity is at its peak. Vincent maintains a website and blog, and offers guided aurora tours. He is working on his doctoral thesis on “auroral beads – how they form and their relation to the substorm process.” Vincent’s TikTok page is full of videos featuring the lights. Please share.
