What absolute nonsense!
DEI has no business in our emergency services and it’s absolutely criminal to think certain people, perhaps less qualified people, were given spots in the Fire Department or in Leadership because of their race, gender or any other nonsense category!
There should be one question only: Who is the best candidate we can get that can fight fires better than anyone else applying!
Sorry folks, that’s just the truth and I don’t care if you like it or not.
And if we apply that criteria and we get 10 White Men….so be it!
Or if we apply that formula and we get 10 Black Men….so be it!

Jennings: “I’m not. I’m just simply saying that as a matter of public policy in California, the main interest in the fire department lately has been in DEI programming and budget cuts. And now we have this.”

Honestly, a few weeks ago, I didn't really know who Jasmine Crockett was. And life was good.
Now in the span of just a few days, she's hit my radar twice.
First was this beauty:

Speaking to Vanity Fair, Crockett issued statements that many people are considering wildly racist, or at the very least "race obsessed" including slamming new Hispanic immigrants who want a strong border, saying quote: "It is wild to me when I hear how anti-immigrant they are as immigrants, many of them. I’m talking about people that literally just got here and can barely vote that are having this kind of attitude.”

One of the most consistent elements of the identity politics practiced by the left is its selectivity. Whether in politics or higher education, the outrage that comes from allegedly racist or insensitive comments is confined to targets on the right. A case in point is the deafening silence after a diatribe by Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, during which she accused Hispanic voters of having a “slave mentality” and said that they “can barely vote.” There was no vaporous segment on The View or condemnations on the floor from members.
Crockett has been celebrated in left-wing publications such as Vanity Fair for schooling her colleagues, which she describes as “old as sh*t.”
She offered Vanity Fair her “distilled summary of what happens within the Latino community.” Not surprisingly, it is identity politics with a race edge:
“I’ve not run into that with the Asian community. I’ve not run into that with the African community. I’ve not run into that with the Caribbean community. I’ve only run into it with Hispanics. When they think of ‘illegals,’ they think of, you know, maybe people that came out of the cartels and that kind of, like, the criminal-type book or whatever. It’s insane.”
“It almost reminds me of what people would talk about when they would talk about kind of like ‘slave mentality’ and the hate that some slaves would have for themselves. It’s almost like a slave mentality that they have. It is wild to me when I hear how anti-immigrant they are as immigrants, many of them. I’m talking about people that literally just got here and can barely vote that are having this kind of attitude.”

Ironically, just before the election, I wrote how recent immigrants seemed to have a particularly strong connection to our defining and collective values. That does not appear a view shared by the congresswoman.
Crockett was, if anything, inclusive in her attacks based on gender and race. She also attacked black men and women for voting for Trump. She just dismissed black men as hating women: “I’m going to chalk up to misogyny.”
What is unimaginable is that any woman or person of color could vote on the merits against the Democrats.
Imagine if a white person said this....The View would have a weeks-long meltdown!
But said by Crockett? Crickets.
It's not the first time she's spouted racist tripe, remember this anti-White tirade?

Here is a transcript of the exchange:
CROCKETT: We were talking about how many voters. Listen, when you’re counting people, you’re not just counting voters. You count children, don’t you?
WITNESS: Correct.
CROCKETT: You count a lot of people that aren’t necessarily voters. And I want to make sure that we really get to the nitty-gritty on Texas, because this is hilarious to me.
Texas added two seats in 2020, according to the census, and we know that there was a significant undercount, specifically in Texas, for a combination of reasons.
But we know that specifically Texas added 4 million people. Of those 4 million people, do you want to take a guess at how many were Anglos? Just a guess.
WITNESS: I’d say a majority.
CROCKETT: 180,000. That’s it, of 4 million. 95% of the people that were added, and we know that when it comes to minority populations, they tend to be undercounted.
So get this. We added 4 million people. They were people of color. Texas got two new seats. So they took those black and brown and Asian bodies, and guess what? Do you think that we got a new black, brown, or Asian seat?
Somehow, the way that they do their Republican math in the state of Texas, that amounted to two new white seats.
Guess what? White Republican seats. We got two new Republican seats out of 4 million people of color. So let me tell you, they love to use our bodies to apportion us in an inaccurate way.
Or how about this one?
Jasmine Crockett makes almost $200,000 a year. She was never "dragged out" of her home. She was not stolen and sent across an ocean as she mentions here.

Rep. Crockett: I hate that he plays on the fact that most people, unless you’ve been through the immigration system, don’t really understand how immigration works.
But typically when I’m on the road and people talk to me about the price of food, one of the things that I ask them is, ‘How many of your children are you raising to go and work on the farms?’ I usually get absolutely zero hands.
I explain to them, this is why we don’t demonize people that are actually coming to our country to help us out economically. If you want to better understand how it is that our food prices are so expensive, well, one of the reasons is that we don’t have the labor that we need.
I have talked to the farmers as someone that serves on the AG Committee. Or when we look at how he’s demonized the Haitians in Springfield, Ohio, we know that those business persons have come out and said, ‘No, they helped us out.’
We needed that labor.
Why is it only the Far-Left that constantly seems obsessed with race?
And race-baiting?

Meet Jasmine Crockett, an American lawyer and politician currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 30th congressional district since January 2023.
Her district includes parts of South Dallas County, Central Dallas, Dallas Love Field Airport, and portions of Tarrant County.

I have so many questions, perhaps you do too.
First up, why does her profile look like some 1-900 sex phone number that you'd dial up in the 1990s and pay $4.99/minute for?
Look Jazzy, you're in Congress (somehow) not running some illicit, late night, sex line.

Second question: are you literally doing nothing other than reading your X notifications?
Aren't you supposed to be working or something?
Or is this one of those 100 days Congress has off each year?
Third question: why does the concept of WE THE PEOPLE trigger you so much? Why do all the far-left Communists in America hate WE THE PEOPLE so much?
Fourth question: are you really so thin-skinned that you can't handle feedback from WE THE PEOPLE?
In regard to that last question, I believe Ms. "Full-of-Crock"-ett is in for a VERY rough future.
If these people get so triggered that they have to block people who simply answer a question they asked online, then the next four years of massive reform lead by Trump, Vance, Elon and Vivek is going to be extremely rough on them.
Some may not make it.
And no, that's not a threat. I'm saying some will literally not be able to cope and will drop out of office. They'll just leave. That's my prediction.
Because this is the generation that was raised on participation trophies....and DEI.
Everything was handed to them because life must be made FAIR.
Not fairness of opportunity, fairness of outcome.
And when the adults are back in charge, and we return to a meritocracy and we start holding people accountable and asking "What did you get done this week?" -- my hunch is that people like Ms. Crockett will turtle and crater.

Google Search, citing to Columbian University, defines ghetto as "behaving in a low-class manner":
So that's the definition and I'm curious to know if you think what you watched in that clip above is proper decorum or ghetto behavior?
And since ghetto behavior simply means "behaving in a low-class manner" I find it wildly rude and racist and offensive that some people would conflate this with a certain race.

I believe Jasmine Crockett and her ilk (the Far-Left hating America constituency) are going to be in for a very rough four years and I think many will simply not make it to the finish line in office.
