Adult illegal alien with prior arrest, deportation record charged with rape of minor An illegal alien who was previously deported has been charged with heinous sex crimes against a minor in Virginia, according to reports.  On Wednesday, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) arrested 21-year-old Hiuder Pedro Javier Sacul Caal during an investigation into rape of an underage victim.  CCSO confirmed Sacul Caal is illegally present in the U.S. and was deported at least once before, WSET reports.  “Due to the fact that this is an active investigation, the sheriffs office will not be releasing any additional details related to the case,” Sheriff Whit Clark explained in a statement.  “We are especially sensitive to the fact that these crimes involve a young juvenile who lives here within our community.
