The bill passed in a 74-24 vote and goes to Joe Biden’s desk. “Because obligations of federal funds are incurred and tracked on a daily basis‚ agencies will not shut down and may continue their normal operations‚” the White House said in a statement. According to NBC News‚ the bill funds the “departments of State‚ Defense‚ Labor‚ Health and Human Services and Homeland Security‚ among others.” 25 Republicans approved the monstrosity.
