The Trump administration announced that it is sanctioning over 30 individuals and entities tied to three Iranian brothers who have laundered billions of dollars as part of Iran’s “shadow banking” network, which helps Tehran evade sanctions and fund the regime’s nuclear program and terrorist proxies. Mansour, Nasser, and Fazlolah Zarringhalam have used Iranian exchange houses and foreign front companies to help Iran evade sanctions and move money from its oil and petrochemical sales, according to the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). “Iran’s shadow banking system is a critical lifeline for the regime through which it accesses the proceeds from its oil sales, moves money, and funds its destabilizing activities,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in a statement on X. “Treasury will continue to leverage all available tools to target the critical nodes in this network and disrupt its operations, which enrich the regime’s elite and encourage corruption at the expense of the people of Iran.” TRUMP ADMINISTRATION SANCTIONS ICC JUDGES FOR TARGETING THE UNITED STATES AND ISRAEL The sanctions come as President Donald Trump follows through on his campaign promise to curb the Iranian regime. OFAC has sanctioned hundreds of individuals, entities, and vessels related to Iran and its proxies since Trump took office. Despite being in active nuclear negotiations with the Iranian regime, Trump has kept up his “maximum pressure” campaign on Iran to prevent it from obtaining a nuclear weapon and stop its backing of terror organizations across the Middle East. The Zarringhalam brothers used front companies in both Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates to assist sanctioned Iranian regime officials and affiliated businessmen in receiving payments from petroleum sales and other commodities. The Hong Kong-based front companies being sanctioned are: Bstshesh HK Limited, Fitage Limited, Gutown Trade Limited, Konosag Trading Limited, Lastsix Trading Limited, Magical Eagle Limited, Marlena Trading Limited, Prettandy Trading Limited, Profu Company Limited, Saledige Trading Limited, and Xia Trading Limited. The UAE-based sanctioned front companies are: Wide Vision General Trading L.L.C, J.S Serenity FZE, Moderate General Trading L.L.C, Ace Petrochem FZE, and Golden Pen General Trading L.L.C. TRUMP TO WORLD: STOP BUYING IRANIAN OIL — OR ELSE According to OFAC, Iran’s shadow banking networks are composed of numerous financial facilitators like the Zarringhalam brothers, and allow “sanctioned Iranian persons and military organizations to access the international financial system and facilitate Iran’s international exports, the proceeds of which fund Iran’s military and its terrorist proxies.” The network often uses front companies outside of Iran, located primarily in Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. The sanctions will block all American property and interests in property belonging to the designated individuals, and prohibit American citizens from contributing funds, goods, or services to them.

Dr. Henry Mosley of Johns Hopkins University condemned the “gender ideology” movement, citing the lived experience of his granddaughter, who fell victim to what he describes as “medical malpractice,” IW Features reported.   Mosley, a physician epidemiologist, and professor emeritus at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, first realized the dangers of “gender ideology” when his 16-year-old granddaughter Prisha told him she was transgender. As Mosley’s career largely focused on family planning and preventing abortions, controversy was nothing new to him, but he was not keen on accepting his granddaughter’s “transgender” diagnosis.  “I called her counselor, who just completely put me off. She said I didn’t know what I was talking about,” Mosley stated to IW Features. “My son, Jonathan Mosley, who’s a physician, also spoke with her, but there was nothing we could do to persuade her that Prisha was mentally ill.” According to Mosley, Prisha’s counselor was adamant that her distress stemmed from her family not affirming her “trans” identity. Despite this, Mosley observed that Prisha was self-harming, attempting suicide, and “having all kinds of serious mental health problems.”  The American Medical Association (AMA) guidelines require mental health screening and psychotherapy for gender-confused patients, the lack of which ultimately led to Prisha’s decline.  “[Gender ideology] is like a cult or a religion, and you can’t persuade people who have certain religious beliefs that they are contrary to science,” Mosley said.  Gift Dad an All Access Membership. During this time, Mosley kept in communication with her and said he would support her in any way he could.  “When she broke up with her partner and decided to leave Florida, we helped her,” Mosley said. “She had found a job in Michigan, and we rented her a truck and helped her make the move.” While living in Michigan, Prisha chose to detransition, and since then, she’s become an advocate, bringing awareness to the dangers of “gender ideology.” “I’m grateful that people in my family are listening to me and care about the damage that happened,” Prisha told IW Features. “People trust doctors, but recently, doctors working with patients who claim to be trans have been dishonest and harmful.” Prisha has filed a lawsuit against the medical professionals who pushed her to transition, as have many other detransitioners. Mosley said the underlying issue is money and that the “lawsuits are going to have a huge impact.”  “Her mental illness was not relieved at all by transition,” Mosley said. “She was told that ‘You’re really a male, and if you just transition, life is going to be good.’ Well, of course, none of her mental health symptoms were alleviated by living as a male.”  Mosley followed in his granddaughter’s footsteps by becoming an advocate for children vulnerable to this ideology, testifying at the Maryland State House and urging lawmakers to ban “gender-affirming care.” He also published an op-ed in the Baltimore Sun, where he says “gender ideology” should be kept out of schools.  Unfortunately, Mosley said he has not been able to have an impact on Johns Hopkins, where he says his medical records at the university have been changed from saying “sex” to “sex assigned at birth.”  “I emailed the CEO of the medical school with a little information about biology, and he never responded,” Mosley said.  Mosley refers to what happened to his granddaughter and others as “medical malpractice” in the gender medicine field, and he said he will continue to be outspoken about it. A Colombian illegal alien who attempted to join ISIS after being released into the country by the Biden administration has been captured by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), The Daily Wire can exclusively reveal. ICE says that the 35-year-old illegal alien from Colombia entered the United States in Lukeville, Arizona on July 14, 2024. He was then apprehended by Customs and Border Protection, who found he did not have valid documentation. He was entered into removal proceedings, but was later released into the interior of the United States by the Biden administration. Then he tried to join ISIS. ICE learned from the Department of Justice in May that the Colombian illegal alien was in communication with a social media account that claimed to arrange travel and combat training for those who want to join the Islamic terror organization. The social media account asked the illegal alien to record and send videos of himself pledging allegiance to ISIS. He was arrested on May 22, 2025 in a joint effort between ICE and the FBI in the Boston area during Operation Patriot, a wider operation in the area that resulted in the arrest of nearly 1,500 illegal aliens in the region. “This Colombian alien entered the country illegally and was released under the Biden administration. He went on to engage with an ISIS recruiter,” an ICE spokesman told The Daily Wire. “If we’re going to make America safe again, we need to ensure those coming to this country do so legally, and are properly processed, which for four years was not the case.” News of the Colombian’s arrest comes just after ICE arrested a suspected member of Al Qaeda late last month in Philadelphia. That man, a Tajikistan-born Russian national, entered the United States by way of California in 2023 and was similarly paroled into the interior of the country under the Biden administration despite not having an immigrant visa. ICE and the FBI worked together to arrest the man after Tajikistan warned that the illegal alien is a fugitive thought to have ties to a criminal organization. The Russian national is now in ICE custody, pending his removal from the United States. Just days before the arrests became public, a different illegal alien, this one an Egyptian national, injured several people in a firebombing terrorist attack against a pro-Israel demonstration in Boulder, Colorado. The Biden administration not only witnessed a drastic surge in the number of terror suspects who attempted to enter the United States, but also attempted to cover up the surge, one former Border Patrol Chief charged last year. “In San Diego, we had an exponential increase in significant interest aliens. These are aliens with significant ties to terrorism,” Former Chief Patrol Officer Aaron Heitke said during a hearing with the Homeland Security Committee in September. “Prior to this administration, the San Diego sector averaged 10 to 15 SIA arrests per year. Once word was out the border was far easier to cross San Diego went to over 100 SIAs in 2022 well over that in 2023, and even more than that registered this year.” The Biden administration, Heitke said, barred him from publicly discussing the drastic increase. “At the time I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or mention any of the arrests,” he said, adding that the administration “was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border.” Some terror suspects were actually let into the country. The Biden administration even paroled hundreds of potential terrorists into the interior of the United States, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard explained in April. “Just the other day, we found 700 alien terrorists who have ties to MS-13, Tren de Aragua, and the Sinaloa cartel,” Gabbard revealed during a cabinet meeting in the White House. She added that the National Counterterrorism Center “identified almost 600 individuals with ties to other terrorists who came through our border illegally, claimed asylum, and under the Biden administration were paroled here within our borders.”

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran illegal alien deported to El Salvador’s prison for terrorists, is being brought back to the United States to face new charges, a recent report says. Abrego Garcia, who was incorrectly dubbed a “Maryland man” by Democrat politicians and members of the media, is on his way back to the United States to face federal charges pertaining to his role in an illegal alien smuggling ring, a report from ABC News claims. The Salvadoran national, who is believed to be a member of MS-13 and stands accused of beating his wife, is believed to have smuggled thousands of illegal aliens, including children, from the southern border into the interior of the country over the course of nearly a decade. Some of those smuggled into the United States are believed to be members of MS-13. Abrego Garcia now faces a two-count indictment in a federal court in Tennessee for his role in the illegal alien smuggling operation, anonymous sources told the outlet. The Salvadoran national, who has remained in El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center since his deportation in March, was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol in 2022. One of the law enforcement officers can be heard saying that Abrego Garcia, who was driving a van full of men who did not speak English and claimed to not have drivers’ licenses, was “hauling these people for money.” “He’s getting paid to haul these people, probably to Maryland, I would say,” the officer said of the Salvadoran national. “Sometimes they come in with dope.” An officer also indicated that Abrego Garcia’s van appeared to have an extra row of seats in it. The Supreme Court ruled after Abrego Garcia’s deportation in March that the United States had to “facilitate” the illegal alien’s return to the country despite him being a Salvadoran national. Abrego Garcia has been defended by various Democrat politicians, with Rep. Glenn Ivey (D-MD) and Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) even flying to El Salvador to visit the illegal alien.

With even more closures announced, it looks like Rite Aid will likely be a thing of the past. The company’s website announced the suspension of its rewards program in late May, and as of June 5, the company will no longer honor gift cards or accept returns and exchanges. The company listed all its locations for sale in May 2025 in hopes a buyer would come forward to save the brand. In addition to the pharmacy’s retail locations, the sale and closures would also mean the end of Thrifty Ice Cream. The company announced it would close hundreds of Thrifty Ice Cream locations, marking the end of an era. Rite Aid Will Close Almost 500 Retail Stores According to Daily Mail, Rite Aid initially announced plans to close 361 stores but recently announced an additional 111 locations, with 39 in both California and New York shuttering. It’s unclear when the final day of business will take place. CVS entered into an agreement to purchase 64 Rite Aid locations in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, The Hill reported. The company looks forward to the future. “We’re well-positioned to serve our existing customers and patients, as well as those who may be transitioning to us from Rite Aid and are excited to introduce them to our best-in-class front store and pharmacy offerings, upon the closings of the transactions,” CVS said in a statement shared with Nexstar. “We’re working closely with Rite Aid on plans to ensure that the transition will be seamless for patients and customers and access to pharmacy care is not interrupted.” Walgreens also entered an agreement with Rite Aid not to purchase retail locations but to acquire prescription files from locations across nine states. President Donald Trump on Friday moved to ensure American airspace dominance and protect the U.S. from foreign threats from above. “Summing up all three of today’s drones and aviation executive orders, our message is simple: American innovation belongs in American aerospace,” said Michael Kratsios, director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. Trump signed three executive orders, “Unleashing American Drone Dominance,” “Restoring American Airspace Sovereignty,” and “Leading the World in Supersonic Flight,” The Daily Signal has learned. The drone order expands commercial drone operations, secures supply chains, and boosts U.S. manufacturing. It launches initiatives to secure the drone supply chain, reducing reliance on hostile foreign manufacturers. “Since the beginning of his first term, President Trump has recognized the incredible potential of drones to boost American productivity, create high-skilled jobs and meet national needs in areas like public safety, infrastructure, inspection, agriculture, and more,” Kratsios told reporters on a conference call. “But for too long, red tape has hindered homegrown drone innovation, restricting commercial drone use, and burdening their development.” The order also prioritizes American-made drones in federal procurement and enables the export of U.S. drones. Sebastian Gorka, deputy assistant to the president and senior director for counterterrorism, said the drone order was motivated by public outrage about the drones spotted over New Jersey this past winter. “Drones are a disruptive technology,” Gorka said. “They have an amazing potential for both good and ill. The president understands this, and today, he will act decisively to allow American innovation while at the same time protecting our nation.” The order will secure the skies from two type of drone users: “evildoers and idiots, the clueless and the careless,” he added. The “Restoring American Airspace Sovereignty” creates a federal task force to modernize drone regulation and respond to security threats. It directs the departments of Justice and Homeland Security to integrate counterdrone efforts into Joint Terrorism Task Forces. “We have a responsibility to protect and restore airspace sovereignty,” Kratsios said. “Under President Trump’s leadership, we are securing our borders for national security threats, including in the air, with large scale public events, such as the Olympics and the World Cup on the horizon.” It also directs the Federal Aviation Administration to expedite rules restricting drone flights over sensitive or critical areas. The “Leading the World in Supersonic Flight” order promotes U.S. leadership in supersonic aviation by repealing regulations that the administration thinks have blocked commercial supersonic flight.
