Rep. Omar deflects questions on widespread Minnesota fraud tied to Somali community, blames lack of ‘Guardrails’ rather than cultural factors

During an appearance on CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper," Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota's 5th District faced a slew of questions about widespread fraud within her state's Somali community. The interview aired one day after the Small Business Administration launched an investigation into a "network of Somali organizations" linked to the schemes.

New Intel Appears To Support Actions Taken In Second Strike Against Drug Boat

An unreleased video of a second strike on suspected narco-terrorists appears to support War Secretary Pete Hegseth and the War Department, according to ABC News. The report suggests that a second strike was not only justified, it was necessary to complete the intended mission. ABC News anchor Martha Raddatz weighed in on the new information from an anonymous source on Wednesday evening, saying that it supported reports of two survivors remaining after a first strike on a suspected drug-running boat in the Caribbean. Where the new intelligence diverged, she reported, was that the suspected narco-terrorists were not simply clinging to the wreckage. The two appeared to be making attempts to salvage their illicit cargo and may have remained in contact with others in their network once their vessel had been disabled. A JAG officer was also giving legal advice. So, again, David, that video will be key, and Admiral Bradley will be on the Hill tomorrow behind closed doors.” The Washington Post published an anonymously-sourced “exclusive” on Saturday claiming that things had gone very differently, however. According to the initial story, a direct order to “kill them all” was attributed to Secretary Hegseth — and the scenario described suggested that two survivors had been clinging to wreckage when a second strike was ordered to ensure that they weren’t left alive. Democrats and legacy media outlets were only too happy to run with that narrative, and they spent much of the day Sunday declaring Hegseth — along with anyone who had been involved in carrying out his order — was likely guilty of war crimes. The narrative continued into the week as the hosts of ABC’s “The View” not only proclaimed Hegseth guilty of “war crimes,” but insisted that if other military service members were eventually tried for war crimes, it would be because Hegseth’s orders had effectively “set them up.”

California Opens Tip Line To Report Federal Immigration Agents, Quickly Blasted By GOP

California Opens Tip Line To Report Federal Immigration Agents, Quickly Blasted By GOP

California has opened its tip line to report federal officers, as Democratic leaders in the state attempt to push back on immigration enforcement measures by the Trump administration. “My office created a portal that will allow Californians to report misconduct by federal agents,” Attorney General Rob Bonta posted to X on Wednesday, asking people to send in a tip if they “believe a federal agent is abusing their power or acting unlawfully.” “Federal agents have broad authority to enforce federal laws, but they must do so lawfully,” he added. The webpage specifically names Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the National Guard as examples of entities that could be reported to the state. However, it disclaims that it cannot guarantee it will “take any action” on a report. The move was quickly blasted by Republicans, as there is a limited scope of what a state government can do regarding federal authorities. “How about if you think state agents or officials have abused their power or committed unlawful acts?” Assemblyman James Gallagher said. “Asking for a friend.” Bonta is facing scrutiny for using roughly $500,000 in campaign dollars for legal assistance as part of a federal bribery case probe, KCRA reported. “We have a portal too. People can report California state officials engaged in illegal activity at the following link,” First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli posted with a link to the FBI’s tip line.  50% off DailyWire+ annual memberships will not return for another year, so don’t miss this deal! The Daily Wire reported last month that the Trump administration was suing the state over new laws seeking to stop federal agents from wearing masks and other measures that the administration says are meant to protect the safety and identity of agents who may be targeted while off the job. “The No Secret Police Act and No Vigilantes Act directly regulate the Federal Government by dictating permissible uniforms for federal agents and forcing federal agencies to adopt specified policies,” the lawsuit stated. “But the Federal Government, not California, has authority to control its own agents and activities.” At the time, Bonta raised concerns about Trump’s approach to immigration. The Golden State has been at the center of attention for the administration’s efforts, especially after anti-ICE riots broke out in Los Angeles earlier this summer, along with a tense raid at a pot farm leading to hundreds of arrests. “It’s problematic when Californians can’t tell the difference between a law enforcement officer who is charged with protecting them and a criminal who is attempting to cause them harm,” Bonta’s office stated. “The FBI itself has warned that the practice of ICE agents obscuring their identity has led to a rise in copycats committing crimes, threatening public safety and eroding trust in law enforcement.”

Texas Takes Back Bathrooms As New Law Bans Men From Using Women’s Facilities

Get ready to flush idiocracy down the drain because public bathroom signs matter again in Texas. The Texas Women’s Privacy Act, or “bathroom bill,” went into effect Thursday. It requires you to do your business in the bathroom that matches your biological sex. State Senator Mayes Middleton wrote the bill to save female multiple-occupancy private spaces in Texas, including restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms, from being invaded by men. “This is common sense to want to make sure we don’t allow men in women’s private spaces,” Middleton said during a press conference on August 4. He believes the gendered symbols that have long identified which restroom to use for decades finally have a purpose again. “This bill restores those boundaries and makes them enforceable,” Middleton said. The bill also requires the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to house inmates according to their biological sex and domestic violence shelters made for women to only serve women and their children. “These are boundaries that have existed for generations. They are boundaries based on biological truth. Boundaries based on Biblical truth.” Women across the country have been fighting for more laws like the one in Texas. Just last month, a woman in California went viral for complaining about men being in the women’s locker rooms at her gym. Tish Hyman has since put pressure on her state leaders in California to keep women safe. RELATED: ‘Answer Straight!’: Tish Hyman Crashes Swalwell’s Town Hall, Demands Answer On Men In Women’s Spaces Another victim of men wrongfully invading women’s spaces is Payton McNabb. During a high school volleyball game, she was knocked unconscious by a man playing on the opposing women’s volleyball team. She is thrilled Texas has chosen to stand up for women. “A big win for basic privacy and common sense,” McNabb said. “With the Texas Women’s Privacy Act officially going into effect today, I’m thinking about the girls who will never have to go through what I did. Seeing these protections taken seriously is a reminder of what good leadership looks like.” The law imposes civil penalties of $5,000 for a first violation, followed by $25,000 for subsequent violations. People can file complaints with the state’s attorney general, who issues the penalties. The bill includes some exceptions, such as allowing entry for custodial, maintenance, medical, or childcare purposes. The Texas Women’s Privacy Act is a victory for the state’s lawmakers who have fought for this protection since the first bills were introduced in 2017. Now with the law in effect, Texas Scorecard reports the state joins 19 others that have legislation protecting women in locker rooms and bathrooms.

Melania Trump Says 7 More Ukrainian Children Reunited With Their Families

Some hopeful news emerged, even as the war between Russia and Ukraine drags on. First Lady Melania Trump’s office just announced that seven additional children — six boys and one girl — have been reunited with their families in Ukraine as part of a humanitarian effort. The first lady released the following statement on the news: “My dedication to guaranteeing the safe return of children to their families in this region is unwavering.” Trump revealed in October that eight Ukrainian children who had been displaced during the conflict were reunited with their families, bringing the total number of reunited families to 15.  “I commend the leadership and persistent diplomacy of Russia and Ukraine in the pursuit of the reunification of children and families,” the statement continued. “Their bridge-building has created a tangible collaborative environment — an anchor for optimism. This cooperation will continue to drive the process forward through the next phase.” “In close partnership, my representative and I have provided humanitarian support from the United States to enhance the reunification initiative’s outcome. My hope is that, ultimately, our collective efforts will lead to broader regional stability.” The Kremlin’s children’s rights commissioner, Maria Lvova-Belova, posted on Telegram, thanking the first lady for her “unwavering commitment and involvement in the effort.” Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, President Trump said that his team is making “tremendous progress” toward ending the years-long Russia-Ukraine war, offering updates on his peace negotiations.   Trump confirmed that no more meetings would take place until Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reached the final stages of a resolution, as The Daily Wire previously reported. “Let’s all hope that PEACE can be accomplished AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!” Trump said in part in a statement last week. The president’s statement came after news that Ukraine has agreed to the terms of a potential peace deal, negotiated by the Trump White House, that could end the years-long war with Russia. “The Ukrainians have agreed to the peace deal,” Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll told ABC News on November 25. “There are some minor details to be sorted out but they have agreed to a peace deal.” Mary Margaret Olohan contributed to this report.

LEAKED: Creepy Epstein Footage Revealed…

The House Oversight Committee’s September 2024 release of never-before-seen police footage from Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion exposes the disturbing evidence of a systematic criminal enterprise that wealthy elites operated with impunity for decades. EPSTEIN’S CRIME PALACE AND THE DEEP STATE COVER-UP The House Oversight Committee’s release of never-before-seen police footage from Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion is not a victory for transparency—it is a devastating, late-stage admission of guilt by a compromised system. The materials confirm what has been whispered for decades: a systematic criminal enterprise was operated with utter impunity by the wealthiest elite, enabled and protected by a Deep State network stretching from law enforcement to the highest echelons of global power. This footage, documenting extensive photographic collections and compromising evidence, is the irrefutable proof of institutional complicity. The images and documentation found within the 14,000-square-foot fortress of corruption were not accidents; they were calculated documentation used by Epstein to leverage and blackmail the most powerful figures on the planet. ELITE ARROGANCE AND INSTITUTIONAL SUBVERSION: 14 YEARS OF BETRAYAL The most damning evidence is the timeline: Police conducted video documentation in 2005, yet the criminal enterprise was allowed to operate freely for another 14 years until the 2019 arrest. This massive gap is not a bureaucratic error—it is a catastrophic failure rooted in elite arrogance and willful institutional subversion. The vast wealth and high-profile connections—including the sickening display of photographs with figures like Pope John Paul II and Fidel Castro—served as a shield, creating an impenetrable barrier to justice. The delay in prosecution is a documented betrayal of public trust, proving that the U.S. justice system is functionally obstructed when the accused possesses sufficient financial and political power. REGULATORY MALICE: THE DESTRUCTION OF THE CRIME SCENE The developer’s decision to demolish the mansion and erase the address is the final, shocking act of regulatory malice—an attempt to physically obliterate the evidence of the elite’s collaboration. This is not standard real estate practice; it is the physical manifestation of a calculated maneuver to cleanse the record and stop the tide of public scrutiny. The deliberate effort to eliminate “crime tourism” underscores the extraordinary, unholy nature of properties associated with this network of systematic criminal predators. The entire apparatus—from the judiciary to the police—is implicated in a history of prioritizing elite protection over justice.
