Police responded to an active shooter situation Thursday at Florida State University. At least six people sustained injuries in the shooting. According to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, five individuals are in serious condition and one is in critical condition. She also ordered Citibank, which received the funds but refused to disburse them at the government’s request, to unfreeze the climate groups’ funds. However, Chutkan directed Citibank to refrain from releasing any funds until Thursday afternoon. After that, the groups will be able to use that money to finance climate-friendly projects. The administration has already appealed her decision, which she said would be explained in a forthcoming memorandum. Through the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act, the EPA was given $20 billion for grants to financial institutions to fund climate-friendly projects. In Google’s antitrust case, a federal judge ruled that the tech giant “illegally dominated two markets for online advertising technology”. Two members of the United States military who were deployed to the US-Mexico border were killed after having a vehicle accident in New Mexico. The accident occurred on Tuesday near Santa Teresa, New Mexico. The two service members were Marines from Camp Pendleton in California who were stationed at the border after President Trump issued an executive order to secure the U.S.-Mexico border.
