While largely failing to have the media be held accountable for lying to the American people about President Biden’s failing mental acuity, Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s book Original Sin caused quite the stir on ABC’s The View. During Friday’s show, the liberal ladies were at each other’s throats as they battled over where or not it mattered that their Democratic Party lied to the American people. One of the purported conservatives even exclaimed: “We have Trump because you guys screwed this up!” Pretend independent Sara Haines finally came out as a supporter of Democrats and said her criticism came from a place of love, and that she wanted them to gain the trust of the public again: People lost trust in them because the voters were saying there was a concern. There were people across the board saying they had a concern, and the Democrats said, “no, no, over here, look over here.” They told the voters what to care about and did not listen when the voters said they cared. So, these stories come out aren't about beating a dead horse, it’s saying if they could have a fair conversation that we heard you, we saw it as they saw it, they'd be gaining some of the voters back to say, okay, we're not going to keep saying. As someone staunchly far-left, co-host Sunny Hostin rejected the idea that the Democratic Party needed to answer for their lies. “No, I don't. I think that I want to move on from why the Democratic Party lost and I want to hear from the Democratic Party about how we are going to take our country back,” she proclaimed. She wanted to know “what they are going to do to combat fascism.” And like the staunch racist that she was, she wanted to lash out at white people some more: “I want to talk about why this administration is giving refugee status to South African white Afrikaners!”     Purported conservative Alyssa Farah Griffin noted that Trump’s approval rating was at “39 percent” compared to the “27 percent” for Democrats collectively. But before she could finish her thought, moderator Joy Behar rudely interrupted to claim it wasn’t because Democrats were “being bad” but rather “because they haven't fought hard enough” against Trump. As Farah Griffin was pointing out that Biden had forgotten who George Clooney was (a friend of his), Behar defended the forgetfulness by suggesting Clooney “looks different lately. He does.” Behar eventually resorted to shouting over Farah Griffin to stop talking about Biden’s failing mental acuity, to which Farah Griffin screamed back that they as Democrats “screwed this up”: BEHAR: The ship has sailed! It's out in the ocean somewhere with Biden! It's over! Get over it! FARAH GRIFFIN: We have Trump because you guys screwed this up! With all due respect. BEHAR: Does it help to just keep going over the same material about Biden over and over again?! The View cast were part of the cover-up of Biden’s failing mental acuity. In July of 2024, moderator Whoopi Goldberg proclaimed that declared that Biden could have “pooped his pants” and she still would have held water for him. In May of 2024, Behar admitted to guest Bill Maher that she self-censors her criticism of Biden lest she help Trump get elected. The transcript is below. I want to talk about why this administration is giving refugee status to South African white Afrikaners. As opposed to Afghans and Ukrainians and people of color. That's what I want to talk about. BEHAR: I think that Sara's point is they have to admit what they did wrong before we can move on to that. Am I right? HAINES: Yes. [Crosstalk] ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: There's also a reality here. Just so we know, this table spends a lot of time criticizing Donald Trump and a lot of it is very valid and needs to happen, but it’s a fact his approval rating is 39 percent. HAINES: It’s higher than the Democratic Party. FARAH GRIFFIN: However Democrats is 27 percent. People felt gaslit and lied to. In 2023 – BEHAR: Wait, part of that I think the low ratings for the Democrats – I think partly – I may be making this up – is because they haven't fought hard enough. What she's talking about. Not because they’re so angry with the Democrats for being bad. FARAH GRIFFIN: That may be part of it. 77 percent of Americans in 2023 said Joe Biden was too old run again. And they were told: sit down, shut up, he is the nominee; and then when it became untenable and he stepped aside, they anointed Kamala Harris they were told. There was not a primary. There was not a democratic process. BEHAR: I know. It was a mistake. HOSTIN: I don’t think it was a mistake. FARAH GRIFFIN: And then when she lost, they said, ‘don't look backward. We're moving forward, we’re not even going to talk about why we didn’t listen to you. We had Joe Biden here last week. It was an honor to have him. I think he is a good man. I do not think he could have been president for four more years. The hardest job on the planet. [Crosstalk] BEHAR: And do you think – can this guy be president for four more years?! FARAH GRIFFIN: He was elected. I didn't vote for him! George Clooney goes on the record to Jake tapper and says he moved mountains. He flew in from Italy to do this record fundraiser for Joe Biden. Joe Biden didn't recognize George Clooney. One of the most recognizable. BEHAR: He looks different lately. [Laughter] He does. FARAH GRIFFIN: One of the most recognizable men on the planet. Now, that is not a presidential duty. It's not the job -- you don't have to recognize George Clooney. Does that give you confidence that in the middle of the night that if China is about to attack us there's a war breaking out in Iran he is the sharpest person to be able to handle that? BEHAR: Wait a second, which administration texted war plans to their brother? [Applause] Was that Joe Biden?! No! FARAH GRIFFIN: Should we just keep lowering the bar because Trump is bad and nothing else is bad because Trump is bad? [Crosstalk] BEHAR: The ship has sailed! Music legend Kid Rock roasted Bruce Springsteen Thursday, then identified a possible contributing cause of America's low fertility rate. Fox News' Jesse Watters confronted Rock with footage from Springsteen's Wednesday concert in Manchester, England, where the "Born in the U.S.A." singer badmouthed the Trump administration and the president. "The mighty E Street Band is here tonight to call upon the righteous power of art, of music, of rock 'n' roll in dangerous times," said Springsteen. "In my home, the America I love, the America I've written about — that has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years — is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration." The geriatric rocker, whose preferred candidate for president lost in an electoral landslide last year, urged his foreign audience to "rise with us" against "authoritarianism, and let freedom ring." Springsteen kept complaining and lecturing his audience over the course of his performance, declaring, for instance, that "they're rolling back historic civil rights legislation that led to a more just and plural society," and "they're abandoning our great allies and siding with dictators against those struggling for their freedom," reported CBS News. When speaking with Watters about a sample of Springsteen's polemics, Rock expressed doubt over whether the liberal musician would similarly slam the president at a show stateside and questioned his relative quality. 'Never liked him, never liked his music, or his Radical Left Politics.' "Let's break it down. Pound for pound, when it comes to heartland rock and roll, Bruce Springsteen's made some good songs, I'll give him that. Bob Seger smokes him any day of the week in my book," said Rock. "Bruce Springsteen is another one of these liberals who has mountains of money that so desperately wants to keep his good standing in the eyes of Hollywood and the elite but plays like this working-class guy." "His politics are so ass-backwards — just stay in Europe, Bruce," added Rock. Watters quipped, "Maybe 'The Boss' should go by 'The Employee' next time." President Donald Trump exercised less restraint than Rock in his response to the liberal performer's rant. "I see that Highly Overrated Bruce Springsteen goes to a Foreign Country to speak badly about the President of the United States," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Never liked him, never liked his music, or his Radical Left Politics and, importantly, he’s not a talented guy — Just a pushy, obnoxious JERK, who fervently supported Crooked Joe Biden, a mentally incompetent FOOL, and our WORST EVER President, who came close to destroying our Country." 'It all made sense.' Toward the end of his message, the president leaned harder into his insults, writing, "Springsteen is 'dumb as a rock'" — a "dried out 'prune' of a rocker (his skin is all atrophied!) [who] ought to KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT until he gets back into the Country." Later in the segment, Watters pressed Rock on the kinds of people he sees at his concerts, asking specifically, "Do you ever see anybody with blue hair, armpit hair — female armpit hair?" The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed in a report last month that the fertility rate, only slightly higher than the record-low set in 2023, now sits at 1.6 births per woman over her lifetime. By way of contrast, in 1960, the U.S. rate was 3.7. The rate necessary for a population to maintain stability and replenish itself without requiring replacement by foreign nationals is 2.1. "It just hit me right now because who's going to sleep with these ugly ass, broke, crazy, deranged, [Trump derangement syndrome], liberal women?" continued Rock. "I mean, you look at these rallies, it's like a bunch of women that no guy wants to sleep with and a bunch of dudes that want to sleep with each other." Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel said he was shutting down the bureau's offices in Washington, D.C., and relocating 1,500 FBI employees to other offices. Patel made the announcement during an interview with Maria Bartiromo on the "Sunday Morning Futures" show. He explained in a released preview video that having so much of the bureau's workforce in the capital did not make sense. 'When we do things like that, we inspire folks in America to become intel analysts and agents and say we want to work at the FBI because we want to fight violent crime.' “This FBI is leaving the Hoover Building because this building is unsafe for our workforce,” said Patel. The iconic headquarters of the FBI was first proposed in 1939, but the construction and approval were delayed for many decades. The first employees moved to the completed building in 1974 and the last employees moved in 1977. President Richard Nixon named the building after J. Edgar Hoover, the first director of the FBI, after his death in 1970. "The FBI is 38,000 when we are fully manned, which we are not. In the national capital region in the 50-mile radius around Washington, D.C., there were 11,000 FBI employees. That’s like a third of the workforce. A third of the crime doesn’t happen here," Patel concluded. "So we are taking 1,500 of those folks and moving them out. Every state is getting a plus-up," he added. "And I think when we do things like that, we inspire folks in America to become intel analysts and agents and say, 'We want to work at the FBI because we want to fight violent crime, and we want to be sent out into the country to do it.'"He said that he hadn't planned on making the announcement on the show and added that the move would be implemented over the next three to nine months.
