The FBI Assistant Special Agent who insisted that the attack in New Orleans on New Years’ Day — in which Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, rammed his truck into a group of celebrants, killing 15 and injuring dozens of people — was not a terrorist attack, has reportedly been reassigned. “The city of New Orleans was impacted by a terrorist attack,” New Orleans mayor LaToya Cantrell said. But Duncan, who was in charge of the investigation, initially stated, “We’ll be taking over the investigative lead for this event. This is not a terrorist event. After hitting the crowd, he exited the vehicle and fired upon local law enforcement. Law enforcement returned fire, and the subject was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two law enforcement officers were injured and transported to a local hospital. … An ISIS flag was located in the vehicle, and the FBI is working to determine the subject’s potential associations and affiliations with terrorist organizations. Weapons and a potential IED were located in the subject’s vehicle. Other potential IEDs were also located in the French Quarter. The FBI’s special agent bomb technicians are working with our law enforcement partners to determine if any of these devices are viable, and they will work to render those devices safe. The FBI is the lead investigative agency, and we are working with our partners to investigate this as an act of terrorism. We are aggressively running down all leads to identify any possible associates of the subject. Trump to put in place his own. The 11th-hour decisions, many of them executive actions, include measures on environmental justice, prison reform, immigration and foreign relations. Some are intended to preserve Mr. Biden’s legacy, while others are last-ditch efforts to expand his approach. Many are likely to be undone after Mr. Trump takes office next week. “Environmental justice” means banning fracking and limiting drilling off the coast. “Prison reform” means jailbreak. This is always the danger of an outgoing administration, particularly one as venal, corrupt, and terrible as Joe Biden’s administration. Biden is creating two national monuments in California, an action that is not really about creating national monuments; the monuments are intended to prevent mining and drilling that would cover 848,000 acres of desert and mountainous land in a portion of the state where no human would ever visit — unless they were actually going to increase the energy production of the United States. Biden commuted the sentence of 37 out of 40 inmates on federal death row. He left out those who had murdered protected classes of people, which apparently does not include small children. Biden said he would cancel student loans for more than 150,000 borrowers, which he doesn’t actually have the capacity to do and the Supreme Court said he could not do. The Biden administration issued sweeping extensions of deportation protections for hundreds of thousands of people to prevent President Trump from actually moving those people out of the country. And, of course, President Biden signed a piece of legislation that gives full Social Security benefits to some public sector retirees who are currently receiving them at a reduced level. The garbage policies that Biden is planting in the heart of American democracy are going to take a while to come to fruition, but they’re going to be completely damaging. The vast overspending, the changes to procurement systems, the way that environmental regulations have been done, all those things will take time to fully materialize. By the time Biden left office, people didn’t like him — across the spectrum. Moderates didn’t like him because he wasn’t moderate. The Left didn’t like him because they are nuts and felt he wasn’t nuts enough. Meanwhile, President Trump is entering the White House with more positive sentiment than he has ever had in his entire political career, including his first term. According to a new CNN poll, Trump continues to see majority approval for his handling of the transition; 55% approval, which is a very, very high percentage. Almost six in 10 Americans expect Trump to do a good job in his second term, and that’s including moderates, Democrats, and everybody else. Why? It’s because as it turns out, Trump is a pragmatist. He’s utilitarian. All he cares about is winning. Even people who may not agree with many of his conservative policies are interested in a country that actually functions again, a country that actually has a booming economy and a strong foreign policy. He is coming in with a honeymoon. And if Congress does what it is supposed to do, then we are going to see this boomlet turn into an actual boom on behalf of President Trump. You can feel the mood changing in the country. The addition of Elon Musk on the Republican side of the aisle has been an imagistic boon in extraordinary ways. Yesterday, for example, his super-heavy booster was caught again by the so-called chopsticks. Musk is doing things with technology that are simply astonishing. It’s cool to be American. It’s cool to live in a country that makes this sort of thing possible. It’s cool to live in a country where a guy who comes to America with pretty much no money can build himself into the richest person on Earth, making companies that create electric cars and rockets that are reusable and can be caught in mid-air that are 20 stories high. The explosion caused a spectacular display in the sky caught on camera by a man named Dean Olson, while on vacation in Turks and Caicos. A young British female describes her encounter with a tall, black-hooded entity that throws up a tar-like substance and then mimics the eyewitness.I received the following account:"Hi. I live in a small town in the United Kingdom, and this happened several years ago when I was around 12 years old. So, early adolescence, I’m 19 now and a female I should add. It was around 9 pm at night and in the winter and it gets dark around 6/7pm usually. So again around 9 pm, I’m leaving my grandma's house which at the time was just a street away from mine, and this being the street that this took place on.I get around to the street and because it’s a road with houses on either side and a hill when you walk onto it you’ve got a clear sight of the whole place and even though it is dark it’s lit up by street lamps all the way down so not too menacing, but in short, I could see no one was on the street. So I chose a pathway and started making my way down the street, and about 3 houses down I noticed that a tall person was standing directly parallel to me, almost like he appeared from nowhere. This scared me and I stopped walking and just looked at him.He was facing away from me looking down the street towards the bottom of the hill, but his head was hung and he was looking at the pavement as if he was asleep standing up. He was wearing all black from what I could tell and had his hood up. I think I remember trying to make a weird “Are you okay” conversation. When I get scared I have weird ways of trying to rationalise it at the moment I was hoping he would say “Oh yeah I’m fine I’m drunk” or whatever and walk into a nearby house. Instead, he didn’t react except for opening his mouth and throwing up this thick black tar-looking substance. It was A LOT and it made a slap noise against the concrete and it really tripped me out. Then after that, he turned his head towards me really slowly, he like bent his neck and kept his body still if you can imagine that, but I couldn’t see his face, his hood was giving a grim reaper effect.That was officially a big 'nope' and I didn’t know what else to do besides just carry on walking down the street, so I did and to my horror when I looked across the street he was copying me and walking down the street at my pace. It sounds stupid but I stopped again I’m not sure exactly why I was hoping he’d carry on walking but he stopped as well. So I started to sprint and so did he at the exact same pace once again, and at this point, I started accepting that something was going to happen to me and I stopped again. This time however the tall figure carried on sprinting down the hill and I watched as it sped up so freakishly fast that he cleared the street in around 5 seconds. He got to a main road at the end and I was on my knees because my legs gave up on me I was so frightened. He let out this scream and imagined the most robotic but human scream you can, like loud but the same pitch, and then it scattered away down the main road.I’m not going pretend I know what it is, I’m open to any interpretation." A young Mississippi man recalls his strange encounter, possible abduction, by Grey aliens. I had an abduction-type scenario happen while I was in jail in Hattiesburg, Mississippi in May 2023. I was 22 years old. I was being projected fairy tale stories as well (referring to other abductees who claimed that they were shown cartoon characters during their abduction experiences) but I broke through them and saw what was happening.There were three Grey aliens behind a 2-way mirror. A man in Michigan encountered unknown beings that he believed were protecting him while he conducted his daily walk. What could these entities be?I recently received the following account:"Recently, I was walking up one of my longer road routes, and at one point, there is a small intersection. A fire road to your right goes up a hill, while going along the paved road will bring you into an isolated wooded area, with only 3 houses spaced out from one another.In between this wooded area and the random houses, there is a quarter mile patch of dense woods, where from the road you can clearly see a dilapidated abandoned farm house and shed. We have lived in this area almost 6 years (near Traverse City, MI). I sense something was watching.It happened 4 more times, and although it was a bit scary, I knew I wasn't in danger. But I began to see these beings with my mind's eye. The more regularly I walked that way, and the calmer I was, they were easier to see.There were usually 4 or 5, at least 10 to 12 feet tall. All of them had different animal skull heads: a steer, a ram, an elk, a moose and an ibex. They had massive bodies (or massive coats) of different colored animal fur, and hand-type appendages that looked like freakishly long human hands.They were always led by the steer, and usually would circle around me. But never in a violent or frightening way. They conveyed to me they were protecting me. I asked from what, but got no answer.I noticed not long after encountering these friends, I began to struggle with time slips on my walks. Whether I have some extra weight on my frame or not, 2 of the 3 directions I can walk are radically steep climbs going home. So when I began getting home in less than a quarter of the time, my wife stressed to me to stop taking music.I listened. One morning, coming back down the route my woodland friends resided in, the ram and ibex appeared suddenly and I suddenly felt afraid. They related with anger they had warned me not to walk this way anymore, and I was not heeding their warnings. If I continued to ignore their pleas, I would be left "utterly alone to (my) peril."They slowly bent down towards me, and I did not want to look into their eye sockets. But that's all I could do. There was a horribly loud screeching white noise static sound, then silence.I rubbed my eyes, and quick continued walking home. I felt utterly disoriented, and I couldn't figure out why.I get home, and as I am walking up our yard, my wife is frantic. She shouts at me "Where the hell have you been?" And I defensively told her she knew I always walk in the morning.Her face conveyed something I was not initially catching. She asked me if I knew what time it was. I said I did not. She told me it was noon. I left for my walk at 7 am. A walk that should have gotten me home no later 8:30.When we discussed everything I had experienced, we both agreed walking that way was really not a smart idea. I do walk outside now, but not for the long walks I did. Usually just trips under 30 minutes.I have not had any more direct contact with these beings, but I know they are always there, watching over the woods, and observing the humans.I still have no clue what they were protecting me from. All I know is I will listen to their warnings."
