Former Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) said this week that a new study that was released by Rutgers University is important for understanding how communist China brainwashes Americans into not believing that it is a threat. Gallagher, who is the former chairman of the House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, made the remarks during a Tuesday interview on Fox News with Martha MacCallum. “It’s incredibly valuable,” Gallagher said in relation to the study being used to understand why TikTok should be banned. “I think what was so unique about the initial NCRI analysis that came out in August is they use the metrics that TikTok themselves had encouraged people to explore, to defend themselves.
