Leftist author Fran Lebowitz said late last week that President Joe Biden should dissolve the U.S. Supreme Court because she does not like the fact that the majority of justices are constitutional originalists. Lebowitz made the remarks during an appearance on liberal comedian Bill Maher’s HBO show “Real Time” on Friday. “It’s so disgraceful, this court, that it shouldn’t even be allowed to be called the Supreme Court,” Lebowitz fumed. “It isn’t. It’s an insult to Motown to call it the Supreme Court. It’s not even a court.” She falsely claimed that the Supreme Court ruled that presidents can act as kings and do not have to obey the law, which is not what the court ruled. She said, “When they passed that law, that ruling, where they said, ‘You’re not the president, there’s a king,’ which is what that ruling is, you can do whatever you want, you can never be held responsible, I thought, ‘You know, Biden is still the president. No one seems to notice.’ But I think Biden should dissolve the Supreme Court.” “Dissolve the Supreme Court?” Maher fired back. “Come on.” Lebowitz responded: “I’m the president, I’m the king now, like you said, and go home!” Am I Racist? Democrat John Kerry, who served as President Joe Biden’s U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, said last week that the First Amendment was in the way of Democrats’ desire to fight “disinformation.” Kerry made the extreme remarks during a discussion with the World Economic Forum on Green Energy when asked by an audience member what could be done to fight online disinformation. “You know there’s a lot of discussion now about how you curb those entities in order to guarantee that you’re going to have some accountability on facts, etc.,” he said. “But look, if people only go to one source, and the source they go to is sick, and, you know, has an agenda, and they’re putting out disinformation, our First Amendment stands as a major block to be able to just, you know, hammer it out of existence.” “So what we need is to win the ground, win the right to govern, by hopefully winning enough votes that you’re free to be able to implement change,” he added. DONALD TRUMP: Kamala is mentally impaired.  Joe Biden became mentally impaired Kamala was born that way.  If you think about it, only a mentally disabled person could have allowed this to happen to our country. TAPPER: Okay. So- first of all, there are actual people out there with mental impairments and that's insulting to them. Second of all, Vice President Kamala Harris is not mentally impaired. LINDSEY GRAHAM: No, I just think she's crazy liberal. I don't question her- TAPPER:  But what- what do you think about that rhetoric?  GRAHAM: I- I just think the better course to take is to prosecute the case that her policies are destroying the country. They're crazy liberal. 400,000 people have been let loose in our country. 16,000 people convicted of being a rapist, 13,000 convicted murderers, and 400,000 people generally convicted of crimes were released on her watch. It’s not going to get better. TAPPER: OK. So I saw that statistic. We dove into it, our fact-checker, that statistic is actually over decades. So some of those people you're talking about are people that came into the country during Trump. And second of all, some of them are in prison.. A lot of them are in prison for- not ICE prisons, but federal prisons for their- for their crimes.  GRAHAM: I can tell you this- the man who killed Laken Riley in Georgia was released by the Biden/Harris Administration on parole because they had no capacity at the border to hold him. That's not a reason to parole people. I promise you they're meant- women have been raped and murdered, people have been hurt by illegal immigrants released in this country without detention, it is a nightmare. It is crazy. It's crazy to boycott a speech by the Prime Minister of Israel to a Joint Session of Congress thinking it won't embolden Iran. It’s crazy to withdraw from Afghanistan, hoping things will be different this time. Medicare for All. Green New Deal. Crazy stuff.  TAPPER: Okay.  GRAHAM: I'm not saying she's crazy. I’m saying your party…your policies are batshit crazy. The Regime Media talk a good game with regard to “reducing the temperature” and de-escalating insightful rhetoric, but as we continue to see, these words are mostly empty.
