All that makes the curious case of Amanda Farías both fascinating and highly confusing at the same time. Amanda Farías is the majority leader of the New York City Council. She’s a relatively powerful person in the largest city in the United States. And at 34-years-old‚ she is not an infant. She’s an adult woman whose brain stopped growing a long time ago. And that means‚ to all outward appearances‚ Amanda should have no problem understanding the idea that actions have consequences. We don’t know who attacked the other women. According to the NYPD‚ this is the third time Stora’s been arrested in just the past six months. And all of those times‚ he was released on the streets almost immediately. That’s not because Stora was a Marine and an upstanding member of the community‚ like Daniel Penny. Instead‚ for years‚ Stora has been posting videos complaining about white people and harassing everyone he sees. Mostly he seems to go after women in public. Here’s just a handful of Stora’s recent videos‚ which somehow didn’t result in his permanent incarceration‚ even though he posted all of them publicly:   As you can see‚ Stora has a lot in common with Jordan Neely. He has a long and well-documented history of disregarding social norms and harassing people in public. And nobody did anything about it‚ even after he committed several crimes. But Stora isn’t the only person attacking women with impunity‚ of course. This is now a common occurrence in New York. Otherwise‚ presumably this guy would never have been caught. By the way‚ in case you missed it‚ there was a “Black Lives Matter” mural in the background of that report‚ right where the attack took place. This is a movement that led to the so-called “bail reforms” that let this attacker out of jail seven times‚ so he could assault this woman‚ and then get right back out of jail. It’s a movement that’s caused a lot of death and destruction in this country‚ particularly in black communities. So it’s fitting that BLM was in the shot there. In any event‚ once again‚ it’s a heinous crime that only an animal would commit. But the Democratic Party (with help from George Soros) has no problem putting these animals back on the streets‚ so they can commit more heinous crimes. And sometimes these crimes are more serious than assault. Guy Rivera‚ the ex-con who allegedly gunned down an NYPD officer this week‚ was also a repeat offender. Actually‚ that’s an understatement. According to the New York Post‚ he had 21 prior arrests and “was found to have a shiv stored in his rectum during the shooting — in apparent anticipation of being sent to jail again.” But instead of being thrown in prison for the rest of his life a long time ago‚ Guy Rivera was allowed to kill a police officer. Getting back to cause and effect‚ the solution here is actually pretty simple. There actually aren’t that many people committing these crimes. It’s a small number of criminals who are constantly committing crimes‚ because they’re incapable of living anywhere outside of a prison. This week the NYPD’s chief of transit put the numbers in context. He wrote‚ In calendar year 2023‚ NYPD cops made over 13‚600 arrests in the subway system. Of these 13‚600 arrests‚ 124 people were arrested 5 or more times in the subway system in 2023 alone. When looking further‚ these 124 people combined‚ have been arrested over 7‚500 times in their lifetimes. So‚ in case you’re curious what your cops are doing … well … they’ve arrested these people over 7‚500 times! To restate‚ of the 13‚600 arrests on the NYC subway last year‚ 124 of the people arrested have been arrested 7‚500 other times. You could dramatically cut down on crime in the New York City subway if you sentenced those 124 people to life imprisonment. The subway would become much faster overnight. And by the way‚ these statistics hold up outside of the subway‚ too. According to the NYPD police commissioner‚ as reported by Outkick‚ “nearly one third of the city’s shoplifting arrests last year involved just 327 people. Collectively‚ those same 327 people were arrested‚ released and rearrested more than 6‚000 times. That’s more than 18 arrests per person. In a single year.” In a city where the leaders understood cause and effect‚ the solution is clear: All you have to do is punish the habitual lawbreakers‚ and don’t let them out of prison. This was the point of three-strikes laws‚ before everyone pretended they were some grave human rights abuse. What Soros D.A.’s are doing is giving criminals unlimited strikes. And because this is one group you’re not allowed to criticize‚ New Yorkers are supposed to pretend that everyone in the entire city is equally guilty. As they walk through the body scanners‚ and women get punched in the face on the sidewalk‚ they’re supposed to pretend that their real problem is that “good men” are reluctant to step up. But Daniel Penny proves why “good men” are reluctant to step up. The powers that be are doing everything they can to demoralize and punish the good men‚ and then they wonder why there aren’t any around. A 35-year-old man has been charged with attempting to shoot up a Virginia church after he allegedly posted threatening messages about the church online and showed up to the church on Sunday with a semi-automatic handgun and two loaded magazines. Rui Jiang was charged by the Department of Justice on Thursday with attempted obstruction of free exercise of religious beliefs‚ use and carry of a firearm during a crime of violence‚ and making threats. Jiang was arrested on September 24‚ 2023‚ outside of the Park Valley Church in Haymarket‚ Virginia‚ allegedly carrying a handgun and two loaded magazines after a member of the church had alerted authorities about concerning social media posts threatening violence he had reportedly made. Police searched Jiang’s apartment and say they found five copies of a letter indicating that men in the church would be targeted in the shooting. “To the families of those men about to be slain – I am sorry for what I have done and about to do. May your tears not be cried in vain‚ but to celebrate how your loved ones had lived‚” the letter said. The letter indicated that Jiang was angry about not being able to get into a romantic relationship. He was previously charged in February over the alleged threats. An affidavit in support of his arrest from an FBI agent who investigated the case included several of the social media posts that raised concerns and illustrated anger toward God and the church. The FBI spoke with police who had been alerted about the troubling social media posts. “The officer observed multiple pictures posted to the account‚ including one burning a Bible in a frying pan on top of a stove‚ one with a Bible placed on the bathroom floor‚ and threatening messages against a church and the government‚” the FBI agent wrote in her affidavit. “There were also pictures of a silhouette target with bullet holes in it with the hashtag ‘Fk God‚’ as well as pictures from inside a white vehicle parked in a church parking lot at night.” One post read: “Welcome to Park Valley church‚ attended by many top secret gov clearance holders in the area. From this day forward‚ you will know that this is how you will repaid me. Blood will be on your hands.” The post with the picture of the Bible on the bathroom floor tagged Park Valley Church and was captioned‚ “Put the Bible on the floor next to the bathroom. The FBI and the Prince William County‚ Virginia‚ and Fairfax County‚ Virginia‚ Police Departments were all involved in investigating the case.

More information has been revealed on the death of Nex Benedict‚ the 16-year-old girl whose death was exploited by the media to pretend anti-trans bigotry led to her death. Originally‚ the media suggested she was gender non-binary. They claimed she was abused by other students at her high school‚ beaten up in a bathroom‚ and then died due to injuries from the fight. It turns out‚ not one element of that was true. It turns out‚ Benedict started the fight in the bathroom. It turns out‚ Benedict had returned to her normal state of health after that fight. And it turns out‚ Benedict committed suicide. So every major element of the mainstream media’s report was false. New details have now come to light about the life of Nex Benedict‚ which demonstrate as per usual‚ when young people commit suicide‚ it is not because society is mean to them due to their gender non-binary status; it is largely because there are extreme mental health co-morbidities with that identification. There were “massive” amounts of Diphenhydramine‚ more commonly known over the counter as Benadryl‚” in Dagney’s blood. Dr. Paul Wax‚ the Executive Director of the American College of Toxicology‚ reviewed the results and confirmed she could have consumed 50 to 100 pills to reach that toxicity level. Her routine medication‚ fluoxetine‚ for bipolar disorder was present and may have contributed‚ a second authority concluded. Her death was intentionally self-inflicted. The report indicated‚ “The 11 pages released indicate handwritten notes ‘suggestive of self-harm’ were found in Nex’s room by family members‚ and that the teen has a history of ‘bipolar disorder‚ depression‚ anxiety‚ self-harm (cutting).’ While advocacy groups remain insistent that her distress sourced from bullying at school‚ Dagney did not indicate this in her last notes. The Owasso Police Department released a statement saying‚ “Although the notes do not make any reference to the earlier fight or difficulties at school‚ the parents indicated that Benedict reported being picked upon for various reasons while at school.” As is usual in these cases‚ there is much more to the story. A hint was provided by the Washington Post on February 21st‚ 2024‚ that never made it beyond that report. Describing Dagney’s funeral‚ the article states that Dagney’s cousin spoke “along with her mother and Benedict. Nex’s biological mother was among the mourners; their father‚ who is in prison for abuse‚ was not.”  So where was Dad? What happened to the father? RedState continues the story‚ saying: On July 17th‚ 2019‚ when Dagney was 11 years old‚ an arrest warrant was issued for James Everette Hughes‚ Dagney’s father. He was arrested on July 31st‚ 2019‚ in Sebastian County‚ AR. The charge was for rape of a minor under the age of 14‚ during the time period between May 2017 and August 2017‚ when Dagney was nine years old. Among many witnesses was Sue Benedict‚ the grandmother who would adopt Dagney in 2019.  Hughes would accept a plea deal to sexual assault in the second degree on November 27th‚ 2019. He was sentenced to five years in prison with ten years suspended. He would be placed on the sex offender list and have no contact with his daughter. He was arrested again on January 25th‚ 2024‚ by the Little Rock Police Department for failing to comply with reporting as a sex offender. That was two weeks before Dagney took her own life. The details of the rest of this story are difficult to read. Hughes’ new case‚ in Pulaski County‚ AR‚ 60CR-24-894: State v. James Everette Hughes‚ was filed on March 5th‚ 2024 for the offense of failing to register as a sex offender or report address change. … Case details are difficult to read‚ and the following information is graphic. In the report‚ Dagney‚ age 11‚ would tell investigators her father anally raped her when she was nine years old. She reported he had molested her for years prior. This is obviously a story of horrific physical sexual abuse of a child by her own father that resulted in confusion‚ mental illness‚ and problems that deserve nothing but sympathy. But the media treated this as a case of conservative anti-trans bigotry‚ which is insane‚ sick‚ and wrong. Will the media walk any of what they did back here? Of course not because their original story backs their particular narrative. That particular narrative is that America is a terrible‚ horrible‚ no good‚ very bad place.
