Sounds kind of what Hunter was doing??

" Federal law requires people doing the political bidding of a foreign government or entity inside the U.S. to register with the Justice Department, which in recent years has stepped up its criminal enforcement of illicit foreign lobbying, which in recent years has stepped up its criminal enforcement of illicit foreign lobbying."

Using a tracking app‚ mother busts NC teacher having sex with her son in parked car: Prosecutors

A mother in North Carolina used a tracking app to catch a teacher having sex with her son inside a parked car‚ according to prosecutors. Gabriela Cartaya-Neufeld‚ 26‚ was arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with an 18-year-old student on Nov. 29‚ according to a statement released by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.Cartaya-Neufeld was charged with five counts of felony sexual activity with a student by a teacher. She was then taken to the Mecklenburg County Detention Center. Citing court records‚ WNCT-TV reported that Cartaya-Neufeld was released the next day on a $75‚000 secured bond. Cartaya-Neufeld appeared in court on Thursday‚ where allegations surfaced of the South Mecklenburg High School teacher having an illicit sexual relationship with one of her students. Prosecutors claimed that the mother of the student caught wind of the possible relationship over Thanksgiving. She allegedly grew suspicious when her son missed rugby practice. The mom reportedly used the Life360 app – a family safety location app – to track down her son at Park Road Park in south Charlotte."According to prosecutors‚ the mom drove to the park‚ where she reported seeing Cartaya-Neufeld and her son in a car having sex. She took photos of the car and license plate and then called police‚" WSOC-TV reported.Since October‚ the teacher and student had sex at least five times but fewer than 100 times‚ according to court documents. Prosecutors said the alleged sexual encounters happened at the home of the student’s mother‚ Cartaya-Neufeld’s home‚ and car. Additionally‚ there were reportedly rumors swirling at the South Mecklenburg High School about the illegal relationship. At one point‚ school administrators reportedly questioned the student and the teacher about the allegations. The principal of South Mecklenburg High School said in a statement‚ “Although I cannot discuss personnel information‚ I wanted to inform you that we take this matter seriously. We share your concerns regarding this situation. The safety and security of our students and staff is of the utmost importance to us all‚ and while this is a troubling situation‚ it is being managed by law enforcement.”According to the school's website‚ Cartaya-Neufeld is listed as a science teacher for ninth through 12th-grade students. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools confirmed she started working for the school system in 2020.The student allegedly threatened to run away. The judge ordered Cartaya-Neufeld to wear an electronic monitoring device over the alleged sex crimes.Under North Carolina state law‚ a teacher cannot have sexual relations with a student‚ unless they are legally married to the student. Consent or being age 18 is not a legal defense. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding this case to please call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600 or Charlotte Crime Stoppers. Disney CEO Bob Iger blames abysmal box office for 'The Marvels' on COVID‚ addresses major gripe of comic book fans

Disney CEO Bob Iger said the abysmal box office figures for "The Marvels" were a result of COVID. The Walt Disney Company spent $274.8 million to make "The Marvels‚" but then received a $55 million subsidy from the government of the United Kingdom‚ according to Forbes. However‚ "The Marvels" has been an absolute box office bust. Variety reported on Sunday that "The Marvels" is "officially the lowest-grossing installment in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe."Since its release date on Nov. 10‚ "The Marvels" has made an extremely disappointing $80 million in North America and $197 million globally. Disney appeared to wave the white flag in its statement released on Sunday‚ "With ‘The Marvels’ box office now winding down‚ we will stop weekend reporting of international/global grosses on this title."Bob Iger gave his reasons why he believed that "The Marvels" was a disaster at the box office during an appearance at The New York Times Dealbook Summit last week."'The Marvels' was shot during COVID‚" Iger began. "There wasn’t as much supervision on the set‚ so to speak‚ where we have executives [that are] really looking over what’s being done day after day after day."Iger also blamed streaming services for Disney movies flopping at the box office. “The experience of accessing [the films] and watching them in the home is better than it ever was‚” he said. “And [it’s] a bargain when you think about it. Streaming Disney+ you can get for $7 a month. That’s a lot cheaper than taking your whole family to a film. So‚ I think the bar is now raised in terms of quality about what gets people out of their homes‚ into movie theaters.”Iger also addressed a major gripe that comic book fans have – making sequels just for the sake of making a safe sequel. “I don’t want to apologize for making sequels‚” Iger prefaced. “Some of them have done extraordinarily well‚ and they’ve been good films‚ too."The Disney CEO specified‚ "I think there has to be a reason to make them. You have to have a good story. And often the story doesn’t hold up to — is not as strong as the original story. That can be a problem.”Iger continued‚ "We’re making a number of them now right‚ as a matter of fact. But we will only greenlight a sequel if we believe the story that the creators want to tell is worth telling.”"Quality needs attention to deliver quality; it doesn't happen by accident‚" Iger confessed. "Quantity‚ in our case‚ diluted quality‚ and Marvel has suffered greatly from that."However‚ the Walt Disney Company admitted last month that wokeness and culture wars have had significnt impacts across the board on the multinational entertainment and media conglomerate. As Blaze News previously reported‚ Disney warned investors that the company's wokeness presents risks to its "reputation and brands" in its annual financial report with the Securities and Exchange Commission.Like Blaze News?
