She seems to have excellent bedside manner. One of the biggest mistakes a doctor or nurse can make is failing to explain what is happening to a patient. The person is already anxious about things. Knowing what is going on can ease that tension, making the patient feel more at ease about any procedure. Bella may not understand the words, but she can sense the calm tone Liv is using. She maintains an even speaking voice, not raising or lowering the volume. It is a relaxing cadence.
