Defending King of the Baggers Title in 2026

HARLEY-DAVIDSON® X DYNOJET FACTORY RACE TEAM READY TO DEFEND MISSION KING OF THE BAGGERS TITLE IN 2026 2025 Champion Kyle Wyman and Bradley Smith Return; James Rispoli to New Big Diehl Racing Satellite Team MILWAUKEE (February 20, 2026) – The Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team is prepared and eager to begin its title defense in the MotoAmerica® Mission King of the Baggers Championship. The team is revealing its plans for the upcoming season today during the Flat Out Friday indoor flat track racing event at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, part of the Mama Tried custom motorcycle show weekend. Factory Race Team riders Kyle Wyman and Bradley Smith will make a special appearance at the event with their new race-prepared Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® motorcycles. Wyman is the defending champion of the Mission King of the Baggers road racing series and will carry the #1 plate in 2026. Also introduced was racer James Rispoli, who will contend the 2026 Mission King of the Baggers Championship for the new Big Diehl x Harley-Davidson Factory Racing team. The 14-race 2026 Mission King of the Baggers Championship series launches March 5-7 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. “It was a challenge to win the 2025 King of the Baggers Championship, and it will be an even greater challenge to defend that title,” said Jason Kehl, Harley-Davidson Director of Racing. “Everyone will be out to beat the bike with the #1 plate. The Harley-Davidson® x Dynojet Factory Race Team has been tirelessly testing and developing our Road Glide racing motorcycles during the off season. I’m confident that Kyle and Bradley, backed by the expertise and energy of the entire team, are ready to battle on the track to retain the championship where it belongs, at home in Milwaukee.” The Big Diehl x Harley-Davidson Race Team will operate as a satellite team fully supported by Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing, which will supply technical support for race-prepared Road Glide motorcycles built to the same spec as the Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team motorcycles. Big Diehl Racing has been a successful entrant in automobile road racing, including the professional Trans Am Series. “I am very excited about linking Big Diehl Racing with Harley-Davidson Factory Racing and joining the battle for the Mission King of the Baggers Championship,” said Big Diehl Racing owner Richard Diehl. “The King of the Baggers series offers exciting and very competitive racing on motorcycles that fans can relate to. Harley-Davidson Factory Racing has put together a seamless program for our satellite team with the latest equipment and an experienced, championship-caliber rider in James Rispoli. This promises to be a great year of racing.” The Mission King of The Baggers series offers exciting competition between American V-Twin touring motorcycles prepared for competition and equipped with stock frames and a fairing/windscreen and saddlebags. At some tracks these race-prepared touring motorcycles may exceed 170 mph and will navigate the tightest corners with incredible agility. The 2026 King of The Baggers series features 14 races over seven doubleheader weekends held in conjunction with the MotoAmerica Superbike series. Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team Road Glide® motorcycles are powered by modified Screamin’ Eagle® Milwaukee-Eight® 131 Performance Crate Engines. The team’s racing motorcycles also feature upgraded suspension components, including Screamin’ Eagle/Öhlins Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks, plus competition exhaust, race tires and lightweight bodywork. The Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team partner roster includes DynoJet, Rockford Fosgate®, Öhlins®, Akrapovič, STM Racing Clutch, K&N Filters, SYN3® lubricants, and Screamin’ Eagle® Performance Parts and Accessories. Kyle Wyman (#1) is the defending MotoAmerica Mission King of the Baggers Champion and resigned a contract to continue with Harley-Davidson X DynoJet Factory Race Team for two more years. In 2025 Wyman dominated the series, riding a Harley-Davidson® Factory Race Team Road Glide motorcycle to score seven race wins and three additional podium finishes in 14 races, closing the season with a 70-point lead over second place. Since joining the Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team in 2021, Wyman leads the series with 25 race victories. Wyman, age 36, began racing at the age of eight, competing in amateur flat track events across the country throughout his youth. At 16, he turned professional, continuing in flat track aboard a Harley-Davidson XR750 motorcycle before transitioning to road racing in 2008 at age 18. He formed KWR Racing at the age of 21 and won the 2019 Daytona 200. “Last season was one of the most satisfying of my career,” said Wyman. “The only way to top it will be to bring home another championship for Harley-Davidson. We’ve been working hard in the off-season, but our competitors have also, and everyone on the Baggers grid is going to be gunning for us this season. I know this team is up for the challenge.” Bradley Smith (#38) returns for a second season in Mission King of the Baggers riding for the Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team. The 35-year-old British racer finished the 2025 season with 115 points, posting three podiums including a second place at the opening round in Daytona. Road racing motorcycles as a professional since 2006, Smith raced in the premier MotoGP class for eight seasons and a combined 119 starts. “I’m excited about the upcoming 2026 season with Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team,” said Smith. “A year’s worth of experience on the Road Glide motorcycle and familiarity with all of the tracks should elevate my results. We have really put together a great off-season of development. There’s no better team in this series and I expect we’ll be the front-runners for another championship.” James Rispoli (#43) enters his fifth season racing in the Mission® King of the Baggers Championship in 2026. Racing for the Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team and for Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Racing, Rispoli has won twice and posted 14 podium results in the King of the Baggers series and finished second in points in 2024. In 2025 he placed sixth with 130 points. Rispoli won the 2025 Mission Super Hooligan National Championship Presented By Roland Sands Designs and Powered by Harley-Davidson® aboard a race-prepared Harley-Davidson® Pan America® 1250 ST motorcycle for KWR Racing. The 34-year-old rider began racing in flat track as a teenager and earned the nickname “Hogspoli” while winning the 2020 American Flat Track Production Twins championship aboard a Latus Motors Racing Harley-Davidson XG750R motorcycle. He won back-to-back AMA Pro Racing Supersport championships in 2011-2012. Rispoli will defend his Super Hooligan title aboard a Saddlemen Racing Development prepared Pan America 1250 ST, alongside fellow Saddlemen teammates and title contenders Jake Lewis, Cory West, and Travis Wyman. “It’s exciting to have a new team enter the series, and I’m stoked to be riding for Big Diehl Racing in 2026,” said Rispoli. “I have had a great off-season, and I can’t be more thrilled to line up for a full season in KOTB. Former Mayor Could Possibly Lose U.S. Citizenship

The Justice Department is seeking to strip a former mayor of his U.S. citizenship, accusing him of lying during the naturalization process. Federal authorities allege that former North Miami Mayor Philippe Bien-Aime “willfully misrepresented his identity and immigration history throughout the naturalization process,” NBC 6 South Florida reports. “The Justice Department filed a civil complaint to revoke the U.S. citizenship of former North Miami mayor, Philippe Bien-Aime, alleging he fraudulently obtained naturalization by concealing material facts about his past,” U.S. Attorney Reding Quiñones said. “The case underscores that U.S. citizenship is a privilege—not a right—and those who lie or hide the truth to obtain it will be held accountable. If proven, the defendant faces denaturalization, reinforcing the Department’s commitment to protecting the integrity of the immigration system and ensuring that fraud carries serious consequences,” he continued. The complaint alleges that on July 31, 2000, an immigration judge determined that Janvier gained entry into the United States by fraud, specifically through the use of a photo-switched passport. The judge ordered him removed to Haiti. However, the filing states there is no indication he ever left the United States as ordered. The complaint further alleges that Bien-Aime was not eligible to obtain a visa as the spouse of a U.S. citizen because his marriage was invalid. “He appealed the deportation order, then withdrew the appeal, claiming he had moved back to Haiti, when in reality, he remained in the U.S. and took on a new name, Philippe Bien-Aime, and new date of birth, then married a U.S. citizen to obtain permanent resident status. But DOJ says that marriage was fraudulent, because he was already married to a Haitian citizen,” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin said. “DOJ says after making a serious of fraudulent statements to immigration authorities, he was eventually naturalized as a U.S. citizen in 2006 under the new identity. DOJ says federal investigators at DHS/USCIS discovered the fraud & confirmed it through a comparison of fingerprints that he provided under the two identities. That review is part of an ongoing national initiative designed to find fraud in partnership between DOJ & USCIS,” he continued. NEW: In a rare denaturalization case, DOJ has filed to strip U.S. citizenship away from the former mayor of North Miami, FL, who they allege is a Haitian fraudster who used two identities & committed marriage fraud to obtain American citizenship after illegally entering the U.S.… pic.twitter.com/8YzBbIxEFg — Bill Melugin (@BillMelugin_) February 19, 2026 NBC News shared further: Peterson St. Philippe, an attorney for Bien-Aime, told NBC Miami in a statement that they are in the process of reviewing the complaint and will be responding to the allegations “through the appropriate legal channels.” “As this is a pending litigation, we will not be commenting further at this time,” St. Philippe said. The case against Bien-Aime comes as the Trump administration is expanding its efforts to revoke U.S. citizenship for foreign-born Americans as part of the president’s broader agenda to curb immigration. Denaturalization is lengthy and time-consuming process and has a high legal bar. Even when federal authorities are investigating someone with the aim to denaturalize, it could take years, and a subsequent deportation would take even longer. If the government ultimately succeeds in its effort to strip Bien-Aime of his U.S. citizenship, it could raise legal and political questions about his time in office. North Miami’s city code states that candidates seeking office must be qualified electors — meaning they must be citizens eligible to vote and registered at the time. To register to vote, a person must be a U.S. citizen.

“Massive Win” – Judge HALTS Redistricting Referendum In Blue State

A Virginia judge dealt a significant setback to Democrats and their effort to redraw the state’s congressional districts before the 2026 midterm elections. A Tazewell County Circuit Court judge granted an emergency injunction to block the planned April referendum while the case moves through court. Democrats are attempting to pass a congressional map expected to give the party four additional U.S. House seats. Judge Temporarily Blocks Democrat-Backed Referendum To Redraw Virginia's Congressional Map https://t.co/5EzvPJXSrZ — zerohedge (@zerohedge) February 20, 2026 More from the Associated Press: Virginia Democratic Attorney General Jay Jones has already vowed to appeal the ruling by a Tazewell Circuit Court, which granted a temporary restraining order requested by the Republican National Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee. The plaintiffs argue that the ballot referendum’s timing and phrasing are illegal. The court’s decision on Thursday, while temporary, could kill the referendum for this year if it withstands appeal. The restraining order is in effect until March 18 and early voting is slated to start March 6. The Republican request for a restraining order — also signed by Republican U.S. Reps. Ben Cline and Morgan Griffith — argued that Democrats were ramming redistricting-related bills through the legislature despite legal hurdles that prevent such a rushed process. In a statement, the GOP national committee said the latest ruling was “a massive win in defending honest representation for every Virginian.” It’s the second time Tazewell Circuit Court Judge Jack Hurley Jr. has ruled against Democrats’ redistricting agenda. In January, he ruled that a resolution for a constitutional amendment was illegally passed in a special legislative session and taken up too close to an intervening election. That case has been appealed to the state Supreme Court, and justices had said they would allow the referendum to proceed while they review the appeal. According to Virginia Mercury, Hurley found the plaintiffs have an “extraordinarily high likelihood of success on the merits.” The plaintiffs claimed that the “referendum violates the timing requirement of Article XII, Section 1 of the Virginia Constitution because early voting is set for ‘sooner than 90 days after’ the January passage of House Joint Resolution 4,” the outlet stated. If successful, the proposed congressional map drawn by Democrats would likely give them a 10-1 advantage in the state’s congressional delegation. Virginia’s congressional delegation currently consists of 6 Democrats and 5 Republicans. Just in: A judge has issued an emergency injunction halting voting on the referendum to redraw Virginia’s Congressional maps The map is below is 10D-1R pic.twitter.com/SKYkVYV4q7 — The Calvin Coolidge Project (@TheCalvinCooli1) February 19, 2026 Virginia Mercury explained further: Hurley also found the ballot language — particularly the phrase “restore fairness” — is likely misleading and violates the Constitution because it “would lead a voter to believe he or she were doing something unfair by voting against the proposed amendment.” The order states that “the equities of this case warrant temporary relief ‘for the limited purpose of preserving the status quo between the parties pending a hearing on a motion for a preliminary injunction.’” The court denied the commonwealth’s motions to transfer venue and to stay the case, and ordered that defendants are “temporarily restrained” from administering or taking action to advance the referendum. The order remains in effect until March 18, unless modified or extended.

The Strange Story of Kyle Andrew Odom, the Ex-Marine Who Claimed Earth Is Secretly Ruled by Martians
