President Donald Trump managed to secure a resounding victory in November based in large part on the American people’s belief that the Democratic Party has moved too far to the left to adequately represent the majority of the country. Despite the party’s sweeping defeats in November, leftist leaders continue pursuing an extremist agenda that incudes protesting for the return of an illegal immigrant and accused violent gang member who was deported from Maryland earlier this year. For his part, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said the tactic is already damaging the Democratic Party’s brand and could soon result in its permanent minority status. According to the Daily Caller: “I think it’s just emblematic of the fact that the Democrat Party has been thoroughly, completely radicalized. They are an open borders party. They’re a communist party. They’re a party that excuses violence and left-wing terrorism. They are a party that’s pulling at 21%,” Miller said during an appearance on “Hannity.” “But if they keep fighting to spring illegal alien gang members loose from foreign countries and bring them back to terrorize our families, that 21% will go down to 15% and 10% and lower and lower because Americans, above all else, expect their government to keep them safe. And Donald Trump is fighting harder to keep our families safer than anyone who has ever sat behind that resolute desk.” Miller said he condemned the Democrats’ efforts. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), who traveled to El Salvador in response to Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s deportation, as The National News Desk reported: Miller believes that Van Hollen should be focusing on his own constituents, specifically Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of 5 who was brutally murdered by Salvadoran national Victor Martinez-Hernandez. “How broken is that man’s heart? How broken is his conscience, that he doesn’t have even an ounce of empathy or time or concern to share with those families,” Miller said.
