Things aren’t looking too good for Hillary Clinton. A watchdog group has filed an ethical complaint with the Arkansas state bar to investigate Hillary Clinton’s role in the Russian collusion investigation into President Trump. The government watchdog group’s complaint cites that Clinton’s Arkansas law license should be reviewed and possibly revoked because it may have violated the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct. Fox News covered the watchdog group’s complaint: Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is facing an ethical complaint from a government watchdog group calling on the Arkansas state bar to probe whether Clinton’s involvement in the Russia investigation into President Trump should affect her ability to practice law in the state. Now, a series of recent investigations approved by Attorney General Pam Bondi suggests to Davis that his long-sought goal is most likely approaching. Bondi this month approved two federal criminal investigations of New York Attorney General Letitia James and one of Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif. Bondi also instructed an unnamed federal prosecutor to begin a grand jury investigation of whether Obama administration officials committed federal crimes when they assessed Russia’s actions during the 2016 election. Bondi’s order came weeks after National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard accused Obama and his aides of a “treasonous conspiracy” and said she had sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department. Davis applauded Bondi’s actions in a recent interview. “This is the greatest conspiracy in American history,” he said, referring to what he says are Democratic plots against President Donald Trump. “There must be the most severe legal, political and financial consequences for this unprecedented weaponization. Obama, Biden, Clinton and former FBI, Justice Department and CIA officials have repeatedly dismissed the allegations. Democrats say new probes are an effort to distract attention from allegations that Trump has abused his power in his second term and from his failure to release the Jeffrey Epstein files. Former senior Justice Department and FBI officials note that a Trump-appointed special counsel and Republican senators already investigated the claims and found no crimes. They called the idea “absurd,” “bananas” and “insane.” Davis said he is unaware of Bondi’s next step. But he praised the recent party-line Senate confirmation of a new U.S. attorney in South Florida, Jason Reding Quiñones, whom he called a personal friend and urged senators to support. “I want Jason to set up his own grand jury and pursue this aggressively,” Davis said. “And I want him to put criminals in prison for a very long time.” Davis called for Quiñones to convene a special federal grand jury in Port St. Lucie, the seat of St. Lucie County, which Trump carried by 10 percentage points last year. It would investigate what he calls a Democratic conspiracy to undermine Trump stretching from the 2016 campaign to the 2022 FBI search of his Mar-a-Lago estate to today. Quiñones, a Miami-Dade County judge appointed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis a year ago, is a former federal prosecutor in Miami and a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserve. He was a major crimes prosecutor but received poor performance evaluations, The Miami Herald reported. Quiñones filed and dropped a racial discrimination complaint and moved to the Civil Division, where he received satisfactory reviews. Quiñones and the Justice Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Viewing the Mar-a-Lago search as part of a decadelong anti-Trump conspiracy serves a legal purpose, legal experts said. It could allow prosecutors to treat alleged acts from 2016 and 2017 as part of a single conspiracy and bypass a five-year statute of limitations on denial of rights charges. Davis said a “conspiracy against rights” federal criminal charge could be used in the Florida investigation that he called for Quiñones to open. A special grand jury could investigate whether actions by Clinton and Obama in 2016 and 2017 violated Trump’s rights as part of a single broad, anti-Trump conspiracy by Democrats that Davis believes includes the Mar-a-Lago search and continues today. On Tuesday, the disgraced Wall Street Journal published a report about Elon Musk re-thinking launching a third political party. According to the report, Elon Musk was considering backing JD Vance in the 2028 election instead. However, it turns out that was all just fake news. The woman has since been identified as 33-year-old Sheylla Cabrera. Now, a new report has revealed that the husband of Cabrera was caught on a Ring video pulling a large tarp hours before Cabrera was found dead. Fox News reported more on the Ring video: A California woman was found dead in a national forest just a day after her husband was captured on video dragging something large wrapped in what appeared to be a tarp or sheet away from his home. The body of Sheylla Cabrera, 33, was found on Aug. 13 in Angeles National Forest wrapped in a tarp or sheet similar to the one her husband, 36-year-old Jossimar Cabrera, was seen pulling the day before on Ring camera footage, according to KTTV and KTLA. Search and rescue teams from the Montrose Mountain Search and Rescue team reported finding something suspicious in the Angeles National Forest that matched the material seen in the Ring video, the outlets reported. Homicide detectives responded to the scene and confirmed that Mrs. Cabrera’s body was wrapped inside the material, according to the reports. Mr. Cabrera was immediately identified as a person of interest in the investigation. The couple’s three children were also reported as missing. He fled to Peru before the discovery of his wife’s body, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently working with local authorities to extradite him to California. Officials are expected to charge him with murder if he is sent back to California. Sheylla Cabrera, 33, of Lancaster, north of Los Angeles, was reported missing Aug. 12 to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Deputies found security video of her husband, Jossimar Cabrera, 36, “dragging a large object in a large piece of material” from the apartment complex where they lived with three young sons, the sheriff’s department said Tuesday. Officials believe foul play was involved in Cabrera’s disappearance, and Jossimar Cabrera has been named a person of interest. The Mexican and Peruvian consulates were alerted regarding Cabrera, and investigators later learned he had fled the United States. On Saturday, the three Cabrera children were found safe and taken into protective custody in Peru, the sheriff’s department said. President Donald Trump on Thursday threatened to strip federal funding from California school districts that defy his administration’s transgender policies. The Trump administration interprets Title IX as requiring schools to maintain separate bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports teams for males and females, a stance that directly conflicts with California state law allowing students to use facilities and join teams based on gender identity. “Any California school district that doesn’t adhere to our Transgender policies, will not be funded,” Trump wrote on Truth Social early Thursday morning. “Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump’s ultimatum comes after the Justice Department sued California last month for continuing to allow transgender-identifying males to compete in female sports. The suit argued that California was depriving young girls of athletic opportunities.  “Title IX was enacted over half a century ago to protect women and girls from discrimination. Aside from California, other school districts across the country could also lose funding over transgender policies, including multiple districts in Northern Virginia. The beloved family restaurant Cracker Barrel is taking serious heat online for a rebranding effort that many fans absolutely despise. The main update is a logo change for the first time in 47 years.  The Southern country-themed restaurant chain first opened in 1969. It got its name from the 19th-century practice of people gathering to socialize around a barrel full of crackers outside a country store. While the original logo had just text, most customers are more familiar with the version that debuted in 1977, which included a man sitting next to a barrel. The new logo follows the current trend of simplification and features a basic font on a plain background with no graphics. The restaurant said in a press release that the new logo is “rooted even more closely to the iconic barrel shape and wordmark that started it all.” But the public does not appear to be convinced. “As a brand designer that worked at [Cracker Barrel] for almost 9 years, watching them commit brand suicide is… something,” one popular response on X says. “President Trump needs to federalize Cracker Barrel and deport this CEO to Bukele’s  ̶t̶o̶r̶t̶u̶r̶e̶ ̶c̶a̶m̶p̶ correctional facility as soon as possible,” Daily Wire podcast host Michael Knowles joked.
