“Pulled Up To Your Hometown & They Loved It” – Gavin Adcock Continues To Troll Zach Bryan After Born & Raised Fest Confrontation

The fence jump heart around the world. By now, you’ve no doubt seen the viral video of Zach Bryan jumping over a fence to confront Gavin Adcock yesterday at Born & Raised Fest in Oklahoma. Zach Bryan was clearly riled up before taking the stage for a surprise appearance with Gabriella Rose in his home state of Oklahoma. ZB, who typically keeps it professional onstage, was yelling obscenities in the middle of “Madeline” about the “Run Your Mouth” singer. @cvincent87 it’s that Gavin Adock f*ck you there that threw me. Then I saw the fence climbing video and understood #gavinadcock #zachbryan #bornandraised2025 #bornandraised #musicfestival ♬ original sound – cvincent87 After he left the backstage area and while he was apparently on his way home, ZB decided to stop and have words with Adcock, jumping over a barbed wire before being held back by security. @greatamericanbarscene This is for Charley #zachbryan #gavinadcock ♬ Open the Gate – Zach Bryan The whole thing went down right before Gavin was set to go onstage for his headlining set, but after he got offstage, he took to social media and left several comments explaining what happened, claiming that Zach was “absolutely wasted” when he tried to fight him: “Had a headline show to play. Dude was absolutely wasted. Had to do what was good for the fans. Everybody knows how that woulda ended.” And in another comment on his own post, Gavin confirms that he didn’t want to fight Zach because he didn’t want to go to jail before his own headlining set: “Had a show to play for Oklahoma. Wasn’t going to jail over that psycho.”   And he summed it up with the caption on his own TikTok post: “Dude needs help.” A wild scene, to say the least. Aaron Watson said it best in his reaction video that if a man is jumping three rows of barbed wire, he might be a little crazy. However, based on some more information that Gavin Adcock gave, speaking about the wild scene, it appears that ZB did not jump the fence entirely unprovoked. Adcock said to his fans in a recent social media post: “Like I already said, I don’t think Zach Bryan’s a very good person. He wasn’t locked out of the festival. He had been there all day with his multiple security guards. He saw me standing between my buses when he got here and saw me walk on my bus when I went to watch the Georgia game. Proceeding to go to other artists and ask them, ‘Where’s Gavin? Where’s Gavin?’ And their guests, and treat them like dogs**t. Flipping them birds and saying just douchebag stuff to them all day. So he had plenty of opportunity through the whole day to do whatever he wanted to do. But decided he was going to wait like an hour before my set while I was standing out there.” But it wasn’t until Zach was outside the fence that he decided to confront Gavin – and Gavin admits that he had some fun with it: “I wasn’t even mad. Didn’t even have a single reason to fight him. After he had already left before my set, I was standing outside. He pulls up in a pickup truck outside the gate and starts giving out threats. So I just decided to stir him up to the point where he jumped over the fence. I don’t think anybody’s scared of Zach Bryan. I’m just an adult and fighting him would have only meant going to jail, missing my set, and falling into a Zach Bryan lawsuit. And we all know he likes to manipulate people with money.” Gavin also seemingly responded to some of the criticism that he wasn’t willing to fight Zach, explaining that he had a headline show to perform and didn’t want to mess it up for the fans in attendance: “No artist that cares about their fans is going to fight right before their set, missing going on and disappointing fans that spent way too much money to be there… And he created this whole “I’m badass jump over the fence” narrative just to try to make himself look bigger or tougher even though he could have just walked on in the gate. He had been in there all day.” He ended by wishing Zach well: “And at the end of the day, I know my decision I made was right. I didn’t take the Zach Bryan bait. And I’ll be praying for him to get better because he sure needs it.” Income all the Zach Bryan dick riders pic.twitter.com/9DndQmAo3e — Gavin Adcock Music (@GavinAdcock) September 14, 2025 Even though Gavin admitted that he stirred the pot once ZB approached him, he made he right choice not to engage in a full-blown fist fight. Gavin still had a headlining spot to play that night, so say what you will about the Georgia native, but in that moment, he made the right choice, given he had a lot more to lose. For those who like to criticize his decision-making, it seems like he should be getting some credit for this one. However, after the show, he’s done with his job and is still having some fun taking jabs at the “Oklahoma Smokeshow” singer. After posting his insight on what truly unfolded backstage, he posted another image from the night, taking a shot that ZB’s hometown crowd loved him more. “Pulled up to your home town and they loved it.” I think it’s clear from the Charley Crockett drama he was recently involved in that Adcock likes to have the last word/last laugh, so it’s not shocking that he found the opportunity to get one more word in. Leading up to this incident, it was safe to guess these two wouldn’t share the stage together anytime soon, and afterward, it’s even more of a sure bet that these two will not be in the same room together without a brawl breaking out. “It’s Chaos, Or… We Become The United States Of America Again” — Ernest Delivers Message Of Unity To Louisiana Crowd Following Assassination Of Charlie Kirk

A simple, yet powerful, message. This weekend, Ernest opened for Lainey Wilson at the Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City, Louisiana as part of her 2025 Whirlwind tour, and like many other country stars have done this weekend, including his friend Morgan Wallen, Ernest took time to honor Conservative activist and media personality, Charlie Kirk. Charlie was shot and killed on September 10th while speaking at Utah Valley University courtyard as part of The American Comeback Tour, which was hosted by the TPUSA chapter at Utah Valley. During the event, Kirk was sitting under a tent with a massive crowd gathered around him as he spoke to the students. A singular shot was fired at Kirk, striking him in the neck, and he died shortly thereafter, leaving behind two very young children and his wife, Erika. It has been incredibly sad to see and read about, and I can only imagine how heartbroken Erika, his kids and family are. On Thursday, Erika was seen arriving back home in Phoenix, Arizona with Charlie’s body, alongside Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance. My heart breaks for her and the family: POWERFUL IMAGE: Erika Kirk waves a cross out her car window after passing supporters in Arizona. Pray for her and her children pic.twitter.com/lnO8HC8ESP — Breaking911 (@Breaking911) September 12, 2025 Many from both sides of the political aisle have offered their prayers and condolences to Erika and her family, and plenty of country musicians have been speaking out about the political violence that occurred this week, which has absolutely no place in America. Erika gave an incredibly powerful address to the world on Friday night, just days after the horrific assassination of her husband, and I was blown away at her grace and power in the face of such evil and tragedy that not only affects our country, but her personal life, so deeply. She’s a true believer and a force to be reckoned with, that’s for sure: And Ernest kept it short when addressing the horrific tragedy that took Charlie’s life, acknowledging the senseless loss of life that occurred, and explaining that he believes there are just two things that can happen in this country going forward: “It’s chaos, or, we become the United States of America again” After the heavy and sad week I think many of us have had this week, in many ways, it really can feel as simple as that. Of course, that’s not to minimize the horrific tragedy of Charlie’s assassination in any way, a young man lost his life, a wife lost her husband and two very young children lost their father, something I can’t even begin to imagine, but we must find some sort of way forward that’s far less divisive than what it’s been like in this country over the last decide-plus: “A lot of people and families lost loved ones this week to pointless violence, in my opinion. And that sucks. And there’s two things that can happen from that: It’s chaos, or… we become the United States of America again.” Amen… the crowd seemed pretty amped up by it, too, and filled the arena with cheers as he spoke: @whiskeyriff Well said. @Ernest // : @Watts Fresh Produce, Louisiana #whiskeyriff #ernest #charliekirk #usa ♬ original sound – Whiskey Riff Ernest also delivered a rousing rendition of Toby Keith’s iconic hit “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American)” during his set: @mallorywilliams52 @Ernest singing Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue was one of the most powerful things I’ve experienced in awhile. #ernest #countrymusic ♬ original sound – Mallory| MOM | TEACHER The post “It’s Chaos, Or… We Become The United States Of America Again” — Ernest Delivers Message Of Unity To Louisiana Crowd Following Assassination Of Charlie Kirk first appeared on Whiskey Riff.

Foo Fighters plays surprise concert with new drummer

Foo Fighters played their first 2025 concert, which was a surprise show announced only one day before, which happened last September 13 in a 900-capacity venue in San Luis Obispo, California. Besides being their first live performance in one year, it also marked the debut of Ilan Rubin, their new drummer. Dave Grohl announced him at the show, saying: "Everybody else has said it. I finally get the opportunity to say, ladies and gentleman, will you please welcome, the most badass motherfucker, Ilan Rubin, is playing in the Foo Fighters. It's official". Rubin was a member of Nine Inch Nails and curiously, Foo Fighters' previous drummer Josh Freese, replaced him in NIN right after being fired. One of the reasons why the Foo Fighters were inactive were due to Dave Grohl's personal issues. He revealed last year he would become a father again but from an out of marriage relationship. The post Foo Fighters plays surprise concert with new drummer appeared first on Rock and Roll Garage.

Sharon Osbourne thanks fans for their support since Ozzy’s death

Ozzy Osbourne's widow and manager Sharon Osbourne thanked the fans for their support since her husband's passing. The Black Sabbath frontman passed away back in July 22 at the age of 76 just a few weeks after his final show at the Back to the Beginning festival in Birmingham, England. She said on her social media that she was grateful for the overwhelming love and support, which brought her more comfort than people might think. Sharon Osbourne thanks fans for their support since Ozzy's death "I'm still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you've shown on social media. Your comments, posts, and tributes have brought me more comfort than you know. None of it has gone unnoticed, in fact, it's carried me through many nights," she said. In the video shared on her social media, Sharon said: "Though I'm still finding my footing, I wanted to share some glorious creatures I had the chance to spend an afternoon with. The connection you make with these powerful birds is built entirely on trust and confidence." "They'll choose to perch on you only if they sense you are safe and unafraid of them. It's a bond I know all too well, and the experience was nothing short of magical. I love you all, and I thank you deeply for the otherworldly amount of love you continue to send my way," Sharon Osbourne said (Transcribed by Blabbermouth). Sharon's father was Don Arden, who was Black Sabbath's manager for many years. After Ozzy was fired by the Metal band, she convinced him to start a solo career and arranged things so he could record his debut record, which became "Blizzard of Ozz". They eventually falled in love and got married, having three kids: Aimee, Kelly and Jack. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HD3jeUq7sm0The post Sharon Osbourne thanks fans for their support since Ozzy’s death appeared first on Rock and Roll Garage.

Mötley Crüe’s Vince Neil reveals he recovered from a stroke

The Mötley Crüe vocalist Vince Neil (64) revealed in an interview with Las Vegas Review Journal that he suffered a stroke last Christmas but now is recovered. Crüe would start their Vegas residency in March but it was postponed to this September because of his treatment, since there was a medical procedure advised by his doctors. The Hard Rock band played their first show in a year last September 12 but Vince had already performed with his solo band last August, the first time live since the stroke. Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil reveals he recovered from a stroke "I had a stroke. My whole left side went out… I had to learn to walk again, and that was tough. The doctors said they didn't think I'd be able to go back on stage again. I go, 'No, no, I'm gonna do it. Watch and see.'" "I went from people carrying me to the bathroom, because I couldn't walk myself, finally to a wheelchair. I graduated to a walker, and then I had a cane. Now I don't need anything. But it's like a full-time job getting back to where you feel good again." "It takes a while to get your brain to start moving your legs, for them to do what your brain wants to do. You try to walk but it doesn't come out right," Vince Neil said. Jerry Garcia’s opinion on The Doors and Jim Morrison

Jerry Garcia’s opinion on The Doors and Jim Morrison

The number of successful bands that emerged in California in the 1960s is impressive. They were fundamental to the evolution of Rock music and went on to inspire generations of artists. One of those groups was the Grateful Dead, which had Jerry Garcia as one of their leaders. As a musician who was deeply involved in that movement, the late guitarist and singer had the chance to see many other bands live at the time. One of them was The Doors, formed by Robby Krieger, Ray Manzarek, John Densmore and Jim Morrison. Over the course of his career, Garcia spoke about them, sharing his opinion on their music and on their late frontman, Jim Morrison. What was Jerry Garcia's opinion on The Doors and Jim Morrison Although both bands were formed in California in the same year, with some common influences, Jerry Garcia was not a fan of their music. "I never liked The Doors. I found them terribly offensive when we played with them (They performed separately but in the same day of a festival). It was back when Morrison was just a pure Mick Jagger copy. That was his whole shot, that he was a Mick Jagger imitation." "Not vocally, but his moves, his whole physical appearance, were totally stolen from right around Mick Jagger’s 1965 tour of the States. He used to move around a lot, before he started to earn a reputation as a poet, which I thought was really not deserved. Rimbaud was great at eighteen, nineteen, and Verlaine. Those guys were great. Fuckin’ Jim Morrison wasn’t great, I’m sorry. I could never see what it was about The Doors. They had a very brittle sound live. A three-piece band with no bass—the organ player (Ray Manzarek) used to do it. That and that kinda raga-rock guitar style was strange. It sounded very brittle and sharp-edged to me, not something I enjoyed listening to." He continued: "I kind of appreciated some of the stuff that they did later. I appreciated a certain amount of Morrison’s sheer craziness, just because that’s always a nice trait in rock and roll. No, I never knew him, but Richard Loren, who works for us, was his agent. (He) had to babysit him through his most drunken scenes and all the times he got busted and all that crap. He’s got lots of stories to tell about Morrison. I was never attracted to their music at all, so I couldn’t really find anything to like about them. When we played with them, I think I watched the first tune of two. Then I went upstairs and fooled with my guitar." "There was nothing there that I wanted to know about. He was so patently an imitation of Mick Jagger that it was offensive. To me, when The Doors played in San Francisco they typified Los Angeles coming to San Francisco, which I equated with having the look right, but zero substance. This is way before that hit song “Light My Fire.” Probably at that time in their development it was too early for anybody to make a decent judgment of them. But I’ve always looked for something else in music, and whatever it was they didn’t have it. They didn’t have anything of blues, for example, in their sound or feel," Jerry Garcia said in an interview in 1981, featured on the book "Conversations with the Dead: the Grateful Dead Interview Book". Jerry Garcia said they got better a few years later During the same conversation, the musician recalled that the Grateful Dead had the chance to open for them on another occasion in Santa Barbara when they were more famous when "Light My Fire" became a hit. In Garcia's opinion, they had evolved their sound and were more powerful live. "So Manzarek’s bass lines and stuff like that had a little more throb, but their sound was still thin. It wasn't a successful version of a three-piece band, like The Who or Jimi Hendrix or Cream, or any of the other guitar power-trio-type three-piece bands. It’s an interesting concept—a three-piece band that’s keyboard, guitar, and drums. But it was missing some element that I felt was vital." Jerry Garcia continued: "I couldn’t say exactly what it was, but it was not satisfying for me to listen to them. When they were the headliners, it was sort of embarrassing for us to open for them. ‘Cause we sort of blew them off the stand just with sheer power. What we had with double drums and Phil’s bass playing. It got somewhere, and when they played there was an anticlimax kind of feeling to it, even with their hits," Jerry Garcia said. Besides having been formed in 1965, both bands also released their debut album in the same year, 1967. But The Doors achieved success earlier with their six albums with Jim Morrison released from 1967 until 1971, when he died at the age of 27. Another coincidence is that the former manager of the Grateful Dead was also the agent for The Doors. Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger and John Densmore tried to carry on without Morrison, releasing two more studio albums but the band came to an end in 1973. They reunited again for a couple of times over the decades and there was also the project The Doors of the 21st Century which had Krieger, Manzarek and The Cult's vocalist Ian Astbury. Grateful Dead's career lasted longer, until 1995 when Jerry Garcia passed away at the age of 53. Since then there were other incarnations of the band, touring under other names like Dead & Company. Bob Weir shared a similar opinion to Jerry’s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbj1RFaoyLk&list=RDmbj1RFaoyLk&start_radio=1&pp=ygUNbGdpaHQgbXkgZmlyZaAHAQ%3D%3D Jerry Garcia's bandmate in the Grateful Dead, the guitarist and singer Bob Weir shared a similar opinion. As he told Jas Obrecht, he felt they were also more on the edge of what they were doing musically, something that didn't fit the San Francisco scene. "Um, The Doors weren’t a great fit in San Francisco. Their outreach was somewhat extra-musical. It was more into showmanship, and they had that sort of methedrine edge around them as well. They were a little on the hard-edged side for San Francisco," Bob Weir said. In terms of record sales, The Doors were more successful than the Grateful Dead. They have sold an estimated amount of more than 100 million records worldwide. They also are more well-known in other countries, while the Grateful Dead are not. The Dead never achieved massive record sales, with an estimated total of just over 15 million copies worldwide. They were essentially a live band, and their shows offered a unique experience that earned them a huge cult following. Although they did not sell as many records as other famous bands, the success of their concerts placed them among the highest-grossing acts of all time. The post Jerry Garcia’s opinion on The Doors and Jim Morrison appeared first on Rock and Roll Garage.
