Virginia’s Fairfax County Weighs Teaching Elementary Schoolers About ‘Gender Spectrum’

A Northern Virginia school board will vote Thursday on a proposal to add lessons on the “gender spectrum” to elementary school curriculum—despite opposition from a majority of parents and community members. The Fairfax County School Board reviewed recommendations from the 2022-2023 Family Life Education Curriculum Advisory Committee that it had not yet acted on. That included a proposal to add instruction on the so-called gender spectrum at the elementary school level and “a more inclusive curriculum overall.” “The exclusion of gender identify at the elementary level does not create an environment that is open and accepting of all students or provide a safe space for students to learn about themselves and others,” the recommendation reads. “Students who do not ‘see’ themselves in the curriculum do not feel valued and may feel that there is something wrong with them or they are being dismissed.” Fairfax County Public Schools also proposed teaching kindergartners about families with “two moms” or “two dads.” “This recommendation broadens examples of family structures to be more inclusive of the many different families in our schools,” the Family Life Education Curriculum Advisory Committee recommendations say. The district proposed teaching 10th graders to “recognize the development of sexuality and gender as aspects of one’s total personality.” “Why is there such an obsession in K-12 schools to waste hours on discussing issues that have nothing to do with academics?” senior adviser for Parents Defending Education Michele Exner asked. “Schools are still lagging behind because of [COVID-19] closures, and Fairfax County was one of the slowest school districts to reopen,” Exner, a mother of two and a Fairfax County resident, told The Daily Signal. “It is unconscionable that the School Board continues to push social and political topics instead of focusing on children’s core educational needs.” Most parents and community member do not support adding lessons on gender identity in elementary schools, the district admitted in a summary of the comments submitted. The Family Life Committee conducted a community review of the proposed changes from May 10 to June 10. More than half of the 2,539 people who commented were local parents of students in Fairfax County schools. Other respondents included community members, school staffers, and students. Parents shared concerns about lessons on gender identity not being age-appropriate for elementary schoolers, and expressed the belief that they should be the primary educators of their children on such topics, according to the district’s summary of comments. Some parents said they were afraid that lessons on the so-called gender spectrum would confuse their children and cause misunderstandings. “Instruction should focus on facts about sexual development and limit instruction on sexual-orientation and gender-identity terms,” said one of the surveyed residents of Fairfax County, located in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. “Gender identity and gender spectrum are not needed in elementary school.” Many community members called on the school district to focus on improving academics instead of focusing on the Family Life Education Curriculum. “Trying to normalize ideas like ‘gender is a spectrum,’ and ‘not everyone has a gender,’ is harming many of our kids and society,” another respondent said. The changes to the Family Life Education Curriculum focus on sexualizing children, rather than family or education, Katie Gorka, chair of the Fairfax County Republican Committee, told The Daily Signal. “They introduce mature sexual ideas at too young an age and push transgender ideology, which is deeply destructive to children,” she said. “The Fairfax County School Board needs to listen to Fairfax parents and put their radical ideology to the side.” Fairfax County spokeswoman Julie Allen told The Daily Signal that parents can opt their children out of the Family Life Education Curriculum. “If you wish to opt your child out of all or some of the Family Life Education lessons, please complete this form and return it to your child’s classroom teacher prior to FLE instruction,” a message on the school district’s website reads. Virginia law requires schools to notify parents when instructional material contains “sexually explicit content” and allow parents to opt into non-explicit material.  The proposals under consideration have no neutral educational benefits, said Gorka of the Fairfax GOP. “What the School Board is proposing is obviously a part of the broader, politically motivated move to indoctrinate America’s children and to insert radical sexual ideology into our classrooms,” she said. Fairfax County mom of three Stephanie Lindquist-Arora said she is most concerned about the district’s “obsession with pushing early exposure to age-inappropriate and otherwise controversial topics.” “What is their hurry to introduce young children to these issues and why are they so insistent on doing so despite substantial community and parental opposition?” she wonders. “The consideration of these absurd recommendations also raises larger questions about the purpose of public schools and demonstrates how far they’ve strayed from their actual mission in Fairfax County.” The post Virginia’s Fairfax County Weighs Teaching Elementary Schoolers About ‘Gender Spectrum’ appeared first on The Daily Signal.

Accidental Document Release Shows Court Set to Punt on Strengthening Protections for Unborn in Idaho Case

The Supreme Court appears prepared to allow emergency room doctors in Idaho to perform abortions in certain situations, according to a copy of a forthcoming court ruling accidentally posted Wednesday. The apparent 6-3 decision reinstates a lower court’s order that required Idaho hospitals to perform emergency abortions to protect the health of the mother. The preliminary ruling said the court is dismissing the case as “improvidently granted,” meaning it decided it should not review the case.  The court quickly deleted the opinion from its website after the accidental posting. The brief release was a rare protocol breach, reminiscent of the early May 2022 leak of the decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which was issued in late June. The posted version indicated the majority will dismiss appeals by Idaho and its Republican leaders, according to the report by Bloomberg News, which obtained a copy of the opinion before it was taken down. The court maintains, however, that the copy of the opinion isn’t necessarily the final ruling. “The Court’s Publications Unit inadvertently and briefly uploaded a document to the Court’s website,” Patricia McCabe, the court’s public information officer, told Bloomberg. “The Court’s opinion in Moyle v. United States and Idaho v. United States will be issued in due course.” The court did not immediately respond to The Daily Signal’s request for comment. Before the ruling, Idaho law protected life in all cases except when the life of the mother is in danger. The Supreme Court appears set to rule that Idaho’s Defense of Life Act, which took effect in August 2022, conflicts with 1986’s federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act. The latter requires hospital emergency departments that accept Medicaid funds to either provide available treatment required to “stabilize” a patient’s emergency medical condition or transfer that patient to another medical facility. Three conservative justices—Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch—appeared to object to the decision. Idaho law prohibited abortions except when a physician determines “in his good faith medical judgment … that the abortion was necessary to prevent the death of the pregnant woman.” “A frustrating outcome, no doubt, for those of us who recognize state authority to protect the unborn,” Sarah Parshall Perry, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation, said in a post on X. ?BREAKING:The Supreme Court inadvertently released the Moyle v. Idaho decision this morning before pulling it off the website. The question at issue was whether the government's interpretation of the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) required the… pic.twitter.com/ndW5JdND1e— Sarah Parshall Perry (@SarahPPerry) June 26, 2024 The Supreme Court heard arguments on April 24 for the two consolidated cases, Moyle v. Idaho and Idaho v. United States. The Biden administration argued that state and federal laws were in conflict because the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act allows doctors to perform abortions to address risks to a woman’s health, which the Idaho law does not. Idaho held that its law and the federal law are consistent because EMTALA doesn’t mandate a particular treatment for particular medical conditions. The federal law leaves that to doctors, who must exercise their best medical judgment in the context of laws and regulations of the states in which they practice. The Biden administration sued Idaho in August 2022, seeking an injunction to prevent the state from enforcing its pro-life law. A U.S. District Court granted the injunction and the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit agreed. Thomas Jipping and Sarah Parshall Perry contributed to this report. EXCLUSIVE: Miss Maryland Contestants Push Back After Male Winner Steals Their Crown

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL: Miss Maryland USA professes to celebrate both the beauty and confidence of young women, promising a “fair environment in which young women have the opportunity to develop skills that will help them win in life by being their personal best in everything they do.” But on June 1, when the beauty pageant crowned a man the winner of Miss Maryland USA, a number of the contestants felt that they had not been granted that fair and supportive environment they were promised. The male winner goes by the name Bailey Anne Kennedy and identifies as a transgender woman. The day that he was crowned Miss Maryland USA was also the first day of Pride Month—a fact that was not lost on the contestants. Bailey Anne Kennedy was crowned the new Miss Maryland USA in June, becoming not only the first transgender woman to win the title but also the first Asian American to achieve the coveted honor. ??https://t.co/ldx4WgnksJ pic.twitter.com/W7k79dC6S8— Good Morning America (@GMA) June 25, 2024 “I was shocked,” one contestant told The Daily Signal as she described how she found out that she was competing against a man. This contestant, who asked to remain anonymous to protect her privacy, will be identified as Contestant A. “I had mixed feelings. I started to think that the winner might be predetermined.” “A transgender woman gets crowned during first day of transgender Pride Month?” she asked. “It did not seem like a coincidence. Especially when owner of the pageant is a transgender woman herself. I was feeling like neither myself nor my fellow contestants had a fair opportunity from the beginning.” Kennedy will now go on to compete for the title of Miss USA in Los Angeles in August. The 31-year-old beauty pageant contestant, who would reportedly be the oldest Miss USA winner in pageant history if he won, is married to Marine Corps officer Casey Guthrie. Kennedy describes himself as a military wife. Immediately after winning the Miss Maryland contest, Kennedy marched in the Capitol Pride Parade in Washington, D.C. Screenshot, Miss Maryland USA, Instagram. “To be able to be in this position and be able to make an impact on my community, especially with the LGBTQIA community, military spouses, and immigrant women—to be able to make such an impact,” Kennedy told ABC News this week. “I think that’s just something that I could never dream up, and it’s such an honor to be here.” This year, Miss Maryland USA removed multiple requirements for the contest and now allows women who are over the age of 28 and women who are married to compete. And it is not lost on Kennedy that his win is breaking with former precedent for the contest. “To win the whole thing, I knew it was bigger than me,” Kennedy told ABC. “I knew that ultimately, this will mean something more to my community, the LGBTQIA community and military spouses and immigrant girls. Hopefully, this will send out a message to everybody, and it will be a delicious invitation for people to just be themselves and to forge their own path, even if they can’t see.” Kennedy did not respond to requests for comment. Reached by Instagram direct message, the male beauty contestant blocked The Daily Signal. Miss USA similarly did not respond to a number of requests for comment. The Daily Signal reviewed a copy of the 2024 Miss Maryland USA Contestant Agreement, which specifically asks contestants to verify that they are biologically female. If a contestant is not a woman but is a man, such as in Kennedy’s case, that contestant would have to provide proof that he’s legally recognized by the government as a woman—and maybe even that he had undergone so-called transgender surgeries and hormones. “I attest that I am a female, recognized legally and medically as such in the United States,” the agreement states. “If your sex designated at birth was not female, [you] must be able to provide legal and governmental recognition of [your] assigned sex as female by the U.S. federal government or [your] U.S. state of residence (which may include, if requested by us, any certification that [you have] fully completed sex reassignment required by your state and/or provided by a physician).” A former state-level contestant within the Miss Universe organization who spoke with The Daily Signal about the matter expressed that she was very concerned that a man was allowed to not only compete in and win the competition, but also to share women’s spaces while some of these women were completely unaware of his actual sex. “We need transparency and consent to protect women-led spaces, especially those that involve minor teen contestants,” said the former contestant, who asked to remain anonymous to protect her privacy. “Unless things have changed from when I competed, contestants share changing rooms and bedrooms,” she added. “Parents (and all contestants) have the right to know of biological male individuals occupying their female children’s private spaces, including shared changing rooms and hotel rooms. Further, organizations must not impose political agendas that undermine the hard work, finances, and dedication of contestants.” A Man … or a Woman? Multiple female contestants who spoke with The Daily Signal said they were not sure if Kennedy was a man or a woman until after the competition had finished and he had been declared Miss Maryland USA. This is likely due to the fact that Kennedy does, very convincingly, look like a female beauty queen. Photographs of the male contestant show that Kennedy is toned, leggy, and slim, with long black hair and accentuated cleavage. Several of the women who spoke to The Daily Signal indicated that Kennedy looks more masculine in person and that his online photographs depict him as more feminine than he is in real life. “I first realized I competed with a biological man a few days after the competition,” said contestant Elizabeth McCarthy. “I saw it on the Miss Maryland USA Instagram post. At first, I was shocked. I felt sick to my stomach and was so upset for the other women in the top five. I was disgusted and disappointed that the pageant coordinators allowed women to undress in front of a man without any disclosure.” “I just don’t understand what happened to embracing your TRUE self,” she added. “The self that God made perfectly in His image. I don’t understand what happened to loving ourselves for who we ARE, not how we WANT to be. I feel absolutely terrible that society pushes us to change who we are. It’s not fair, kind, or loving.” A third contestant, who asked to remain anonymous to protect her privacy and will be identified as Contestant B, said that she felt betrayed by the way the contest was handled. “I felt lied to,” she shared. “I would’ve liked to know ahead of time, as I was subject to change, utilize the bathroom, and be in the same space as a biological man … it surely seemed like the organization and Bailey was trying to hide this fact until it was convenient to them.” A third Miss Maryland contestant, who will be identified as Contestant C, stressed that she is “not against the LGBTQ community” and believes that individuals who identity as LGBTQ have “rights just like every individual.” “However, I do believe the competition was rigged,” she shared. “There isn’t a doubt in my mind that it was not. For example, I think in previous years, the pageant secured different judges … I think they were changed. In addition, the staff were not respectful nor pleasant. I completely understand that this is a pageant and it is fast paced, but there is a certain respect that individuals should provide, especially since we are all grown women who can take direction and listen.” “I believe it is disheartening to have so many women pay for coaches, hair and makeup, and find sponsors when they already knew who they were going to select,” Contestant C added. Contestant B also pointed out that Kennedy is a self-described “stay-at-home wife with no kids.” Given that the Miss Maryland USA contest awards women not only for beauty but for hard work and professional success, Contestant B found it odd that Kennedy would win without a job or a family. “I met a lot of women who were moguls in business, philanthropy, and more. But Bailey ended up winning without a job or being in school,” the contestant stressed. “How does that showcase or inspire women/young women that they can do anything?” A Pride Month Win Several of the women that The Daily Signal spoke with believe that Kennedy’s win was attached to his transgender identification, noting that he won the pageant on June 1, the very first day of “Pride Month.” “It was Pride Week when she won, so I would assume it was to show that the pageant community does not discriminate,” Contestant C said. “I feel Kennedy won this competition because it was set up,” McCarthy told The Daily Signal. “What are the odds that a trans-identifying individual wins the Miss Maryland USA title on the first day of Pride Month? I feel that men are taking over everything that women worked so hard for.” “I believe Kennedy won this title solely based on her status of being transgender and the first transgender to win Miss Maryland, especially it being the first day of Pride Month,” Contestant B argued. “This organization wanted to check all of its diversity and different boxes, so instead of selecting the most qualified, they selected what would make them stand out to the new organization owner, who is also transgender,” she added, arguing, “This space is less about women supporting women and more about how many boxes we can check.” All of the female contestants who spoke with The Daily Signal said that they wished Miss Maryland USA would have been truthful in acknowledging why they selected Kennedy as the winner, and they argued that Miss Maryland USA owes the 2024 contestants a “public apology.” Screenshot, Miss Maryland USA Instagram. McCarthy even suggested that Miss Maryland USA replace Kennedy with first runner-up, Terra Johns. Johns, who did not return The Daily Signal’s request for comment, supported Kennedy publicly in an Instagram post and said she was “honored” to have the “opportunity” to watch Kennedy make history. “You’re going to Miss USA, and I can’t wait to cheer you on!” she wrote. But in the same caption, the beauty pageant contestant and first runner-up also discussed the important of God’s plan for her life, hinting at disappointment. “This is not rejection, it’s redirection,” she wrote. “God always has a plan, and I haven’t lost sight of that. I trust Him and I know that my best days lie ahead of me. As my best friend so eloquently reminded me before competition weekend, the true glory is in the process of becoming. Here’s to the beautiful unknown and to steppingstones of elevation. The work doesn’t stop here.” Given that many of the contestants poured huge sums of money into their outfits, makeup, and hair, the women would like to see some kind of monetary compensation as well an apology. “It’s expensive,” said one woman, “and they already had [picked] a winner.” “I hope that they give all of the women their money back,” added another contestant. “Pageant life is big money, and I cannot imagine how much money they obtained from us. I believe that the Miss Maryland pageant should have held a separate pageant for transgender individuals where they can compete and go onto to become Miss USA if they would like to do so.” The post EXCLUSIVE: Miss Maryland Contestants Push Back After Male Winner Steals Their Crown appeared first on The Daily Signal.

Pop Star Olivia Rodrigo Canceled for Wearing T-Shirt Where She’s Edited as Jesus

“Drivers License” and “Vampire” singer and pop star Olivia Rodrigo is face to face with cancel culture after putting on a t-shirt with herself photoshopped to look like Jesus on it. At Rodrigo’s Barcelona, Spain stop on her “GUTS” tour, she was tossed the gift from one of her fans. On it is the word “Barcelona” in the colors of the country's flag. The shirt sparked controversy as it had Rodrigo’s head photoshopped onto the body of Jesus Christ. When tossed the shirt, Rodrigo looked shocked and, without hesitation, put it on. She sat on stage with her lead guitarist and sang her song, “favorite crime.” Critics argue that her move affirms her support of being likened to none other than the Son of God. @gliglixx OLIVIA CON LA T SHIRT DE BARCELONA. NO PUEDO CREER QUE ESTABA TAN CERCA ?? #oliviarodrigo #livies #oliviarodrigosour #gutsworldtour #barcelona #spain #favoritecrime #concierto #guts #madrid #españa #spain ♬ sonido original - Gleiskel Lopez She received so much backlash for the move because, if it wasn’t obvious, Olivia Rodrigo is NOT Jesus and it was sort of sacreligious to do what she did. Fans, or I guess former fans now, shared their distaste with Rodrigo on social media. On TikTok, users called it blasphemy and said they were unliking and unadding all her songs on their Spotify playlists. It’s unclear whether the fan made or just gifted Rodrigo the t-shirt, but there are now websites of the shirt available for purchase online.   This isn’t the first time Rodrigo has turned heads with her anti-Christlike values.  In March, she distributed Plan B pills, which can be an abortifacient, and has previously been very vocal about her support of abortion. As you’re aware, abortion is not in line with the Lord’s teachings. Unfortunately, Rodrigo isn't alone when it comes to celebrities blaspheming God. In November, pop star Sabrina Carpenter filmed a music video in a Roman Catholic Church in Brooklyn. In January, rapper Lil Nas X posted a TikTok video downing communion cups and munching on wafers in what looked like a church. He’s previously mocked Jesus by giving a Devil version of himself a lap dance and even released a song/music video called “J Christ,” where cultish scenes and blasphemy were integral components. Rodrigo getting the shirt from a fan is one thing, but looking at it, realizing what it is and then putting it on is too far. I’m glad people are realizing that just because these people are celebrities, doesn’t mean they get to do and say whatever they please with no repercussions.

‘Jackass With a Microphone’: Experts React to CNN Sued for Defamation

The dam appears to have broken after NewsBusters took the lead in recent days to put a spotlight on the massive defamation suit against CNN that could possibly cost them upwards of $1 billion. Along with the increased notoriety of the case, so has followed public awareness and expert analysis. NewsBusters has sought out expert opinions on how CNN had allegedly harmed plaintiff, security contractor, and Navy veteran Zachary Young, the legal realities of the case, and media industry insight. As part of his legal filing to prove economic damages, Young submitted an analysis from Major General James V. Young, Jr, Army (retired) (no familial relation to Zachary Young). “Mr. Young has a specialized background, training and career experience that makes him uniquely qualified for work that most people are not,” the former Major General wrote in his analysis. “This work is so unique that there are limits to what he can discuss, even several years after it has concluded.”     Maj. Gen. Young warned, “This type of work is based on one’s network and reputation and comparable positions are not available on job boards or employment web sites.” He also noted that trust is a major factor in the security circles Mr. Young worked in. “[B]reaches in that trust will have a profound impact on the ability to be included in comparable projects,” he added. In an interview with NewsBusters, security contractor Erik Prince said Young had suffered “significant economic damage” and that it would be “very hard” for him to continue to work in the field because he had his “discretion blown away” by a “jackass with a microphone” at CNN. He also argued that since CNN equated Young with human trafficking, it would be hard for him to complete banking transitions and obtain certain services. Prince also suggested the story was an “effort by CNN to shift the focus” away from President Biden’s pullout blunder, and effectively turned Young into a “boogieman.” As for the legal realities, NewsBusters spoke to newsroom lawyer and professor Charles Glasser, who served as the Global Media Counsel for Bloomberg News for 14 years, and currently teaches the History of Journalism and Media Law and Ethics at New York University. Key pieces of evidence provided to the court were CNN’s internal e-mails. A Florida appellate court recently affirmed that they constituted enough evidence of malice and that the case couldn’t be dismissed. On those messages, Glasser said: “…the snippets of evidence are pretty damning. After 40 years, I’ve heard reporters say some pretty egregious stuff in the newsroom, but things like emails and Slack messages are pretty hard to get around.” “I don’t see this going to trial,” Glasser predicted, thinking they would settle before trial: Unless there’s something in the case we haven’t seen yet, the smart move would be for CNN to do what they’ve gotten away with in the past: Like their smear of the Covington Kid, they’ll likely settle quietly and pretend it never happened. The Poynter Institute and other apologists will go along and just ignore it. On the prospect of settling, Vel Freedman, the lawyer representing Young told NewsBusters there was “no active settlement discussion” and that it was “so far off the table.” He also said there was “zero chance this case gets stopped before trial” and that the goal was to “take CNN to task.”     But in the case that it did make it to trial, Glasser felt CNN would be in big trouble with a jury of average Americans: Juries are made up (ostensibly) of regular citizens, and as Gawker learned in the Hulk Hogan matter, those citizens are not living in the BosNyWash bubble and have a deep distrust of what news media has become. Editors and their defenders just don’t get it. On the media aspect, Glasser didn’t think CNN nor the industry would learn a lesson from this saga because “it’s the insurance company that will take the hit,” which he explained wasn’t good either because it would drive up costs for small-time journalists and freelancers. “In a perfect world [Jake] Tapper and his producers would be publicly reprimanded, but I don’t run CNN,” he said. (For more from Glasser on the CNN defamation suit, check out his post on Instapundit). The story hit the fan the same week CNN would be taking on the duties of hosting a presidential debate with Tapper being one of the moderators. Being that the offending segment ran on his show, The Lead, Media Research Center Vice President Dan Schneider pointed out the conflict of interest: Jake Tapper started his career working for a Democrat politician and he has never been able to shake the habit. Trying to run cover for Biden's disastrous pullout from Afghanistan, he and his CNN show slimed a hero who saved the lives of those Biden put in jeopardy. Now CNN is facing a billion-dollar defamation suit at the same time Tapper will be moderating the presidential debate featuring the politician he lied for. NewsBusters will remain on top of this story.

Man who identifies as Muslim woman to receive $350,000 after being housed in men's prison for 1 month: Report

Cash-strapped New York City, which could shell out as much as $10 billion in the next fiscal year to address the migrant crisis within its limits, has now agreed to pay a man $350,000 because he was housed with other men during a brief stint at Rikers Island a couple years ago. From June to July 2022, Ali Miles — a biological man whose given name was Dylan but who now reportedly identifies as a "Muslim transgender woman" — was jailed at a men's facility at Rikers Island before transferring to an Arizona jail to await adjudication for charges there, Reduxx reported. Miles was ultimately convicted of two felony counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence as well as several misdemeanor offenses, including harassment and disorderly conduct, and sentenced to 312 days in jail, including time served.A lawsuit filed last May alleged that a NYC yoga studio deprived Miles 'of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to ... stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.'The following year, Miles filed a lawsuit against NYC, claiming that Rikers officials knew that he identified as a woman and that a judge had ordered him to be kept at the women's unit at Rikers but that the judge's order was not followed. As a result, Miles supposedly endured "transphobic" comments from prison staff, including one officer who allegedly complimented Miles' "t*ts" and "p***y," even though he has not undergone genital-mutilation surgery. The lawsuit even claimed that fellow prisoners, especially "African American male" inmates, sexually assaulted Miles. The initial lawsuit sought $22 million, but last week, NYC officials offered Miles $350,000, ostensibly to make the case go away. Per the terms of the agreement, the city did not admit fault in Miles' case, and Miles will not be able to take further legal action against the city in connection with this matter, Reduxx reported.Miles has filed other lawsuits against NYC and Arizona businesses, alleging discrimination and other forms of mistreatment on account of his so-called gender identity, even as the lawsuits often used male pronouns in reference to him. A lawsuit filed last May alleged that a NYC yoga studio deprived Miles "of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to ... gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself."Miles also filed suits against a NYC bagel shop, a Planet Fitness facility, a Presbyterian hospital, and a former Arizona employer. These suits are often "poorly-written" and "rife with spelling errors," Reduxx claimed. One suit even repeatedly referred to the plaintiff as "Mr. Miles." Others were dismissed because Miles failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay the attending fees.Like Blaze News?
