Following last night’s presidential debate, former President Donald Trump, Vice President Kamala Harris, President Joe Biden, and Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance stood together at the 9/11 memorial in New York City.  President Biden, Vice President Harris, former President Trump, Sen. Harris and Trump shook hands at the event, harkening back to last night’s exchange at the debate.  The ceremony included moments of silence that corresponded with the times the hijacked planes hit the two towers. That was followed by a reading of the names of the lives lost by family and friends of the victims.  Trump met with the firefighters at Ladder Company 15 in New York City and will also participate in a private wreath-laying ceremony in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
