Anti-Free Speech Google Launches New AI with ‘Toxicity’ Evaluations

Google is claiming that its newest artificial intelligence product will help people‚ but its track record of bias and censorship undermine its assertions. Google boasted in a Dec. 6 press release that Gemini is its “largest and most capable AI model” yet. AI “will bring new waves of innovation and economic progress and drive knowledge‚ learning‚ creativity and productivity on a scale we haven’t seen before‚” bringing “enormous benefits to people and society‚” Google CEO Sundar Pichai boasted in the release. Yet‚ despite all the grandiose promises‚ Google's measures against supposed toxicity and negativity indicate that Gemini‚ which will be used by Bard and other applications‚ will be just as biased as the Big Tech platform has been.  Dozens of paragraphs down‚ Google admitted to what seemed to be censorship measures. “Gemini has the most comprehensive safety evaluations of any Google AI model to date‚ including for bias and toxicity‚” the company announced. It boasted of using Real Toxicity Prompts as benchmarks designed supposedly to “limit harm.” Google explained‚ “we built dedicated safety classifiers to identify‚ label and sort out content involving violence or negative stereotypes‚ for example. Combined with robust filters‚ this layered approach is designed to make Gemini safer and more inclusive for everyone.” This seems to indicate suppression of certain viewpoints‚ which are frequently labeled hate speech by leftists. Demis Hassabis‚ CEO and Co-Founder of Google DeepMind‚ excitedly boasted of Gemini’s features in the release‚ including “State-of-the-art performance‚” safety measures‚ and “Next-generation capabilities‚” including coding‚ analysis of image and text and supposed “reasoning” abilities. Yet‚ MRC Free Speech America previously found marked bias on Bard‚ including a refusal to tell the truth about terrorist group Hamas. In a September study‚ MRC Free Speech America found that Google’s election-interfering efforts to suppress Democrat Joe Biden’s presidential opponents carried over to Bard AI. Will it affect Gemini too? Conservatives are under attack. Contact Google at 650-253-0000 and demand it be held to account to mirror the First Amendment while providing transparency‚ clarity on so-called hate speech and equal footing for conservatives. If you have been censored‚ contact us using CensorTrack’s contact form‚ and help us hold Big Tech accountable.

PolitiFact Picks Fight With DeSantis For Admiring Calvin Coolidge

PolitiFact Picks Fight With DeSantis For Admiring Calvin Coolidge

To close out the Wednesday GOP Presidential Debate‚ the Washington Free Beacon’s Eliana Johnson asked the candidates which former president they would draw inspiration from and for his choice‚ Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis selected Calvin Coolidge. For some reason‚ PolitiFact decided to fact-check this. DeSantis argued‚ “When Calvin Coolidge was president‚ "the country was in great shape‚" but PolitiFact claimed it is more complicated. On one hand‚ PolitiFact notes‚ “Coolidge’s reputation has risen in the past two decades‚ especially among conservatives‚ who value his record of balanced budgets‚ low taxes‚ light regulation and limited government. Biographer Amity Shlaes‚ who chairs the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation‚ wrote that‚ under Coolidge‚ Americans began buying cars and electric appliances‚ and patents "increased dramatically.” On the other‚ "Coolidge’s hands-off approach appeared to be reasonably popular with Americans. But the Roaring ’20s ended abruptly with the Great Depression five months after Coolidge left office. This sequence of events has been hard for historians to ignore: A periodic survey of historians currently places Coolidge 24th in the ranking of presidents‚ just below average." That survey PolitiFact cites also ranks Franklin Roosevelt as the nation’s third greatest president which says more about the people doing the ranking than FDR. PolitiFact continued to blame Coolidge for problems that were not unique to him‚ '"Much was happening both at home and abroad‚ and one must ask whether Coolidge’s policy of apparent inertia was really appropriate for a twentieth-century presidency‚' wrote Peter Clements‚ author of 'Prosperity‚ Depression and the New Deal.' Coolidge 'spoke in his inaugural address of problems such as lynching‚ child labor and low wages for women. Yet he did nothing to overcome any of these issues.' Coolidge tried to get a federal anti-lynching law but‚ naturally‚ PolitiFact omitted that. Finally‚ the staff writes "David Greenberg‚ another Coolidge biographer and a Rutgers University historian‚ has faulted Coolidge failing to help farmers in the run-up to the Depression and for a foreign policy approach that failed to forestall fascism’s rise in Europe." Not only would PolitiFact not write a “fact-check” about a Democrat citing FDR as their answer to this question by reminding people of internment camps or threats to pack the Supreme Court if it did not rule in a certain way‚ they did not fact-check DeSantis’s fellow Republicans. Was Coolidge a perfect president? No‚ none of them have been‚ but the economy performed great during his tenure and he understood the limits of the power of the office which is more than can be said of the current president. Most importantly‚ however‚ is that which president Ron DeSantis considers to be a worthy role model for his own presidency is an opinion.

ABC Seethes Over GOP Debate Not Focusing on Trump‚ Slobbers Over Christie

ABC Seethes Over GOP Debate Not Focusing on Trump‚ Slobbers Over Christie

Following the fourth 2024 Republican presidential debate‚ the “big three” of ABC‚ CBS‚ and NBC shrugged Thursday morning not only at the notion they matter‚ but showed varying degrees of rage over the fact that the debate helmed by NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas‚ SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly‚ and the Free Beacon’s Eliana Johnson wasn’t dominated by questions about Donald Trump and instead beset with pesky policy issues (like‚ say‚ the economy and Israel). ABC’s Good Morning America was disgusted. Co-host and former Clinton official George Stephanopoulos falsely claimed Trump only came up from “time to time” and was “hardly mentioned after [he] said he would govern like a dictator on the first day”.     A search of the transcript shows “Trump” and “former President” came up a combined 53 times and‚ with answers like these from Chris Christie‚ Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL)‚ and Nikki Haley‚ it’s utter hogwash.  Chief congressional correspondent Rachel Scott stuck to the same script: “He may not have been on the debate stage‚ but these candidates had plenty of opportunities to go after...former President Donald Trump. Instead they targeted each other. The attacks turning ugly.” Scott also swooned over Christie fixating on Trump and attacking DeSantis‚ which squared with ABC’s personal hatred for the man who put their parent company Disney in place (click “expand”): SCOTT: Christie coming out swinging against his rivals‚ repeatedly calling out Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for not giving direct answers. First to a question on whether he would send U.S. troops into Israel to secure the release of American hostages. [DEBATE CLIPS] SCOTT: Then‚ on a question whether Donald Trump is mentally fit to be president. [DEBATE CLIPS] SCOTT: Trump‚ of course‚ was not on the debate stage. And only one candidate sounding the alarm after the former President said he would govern like a dictator on the first day of his second term. CHRISTIE: Do I think he was kidding when he said he was a dictator? All you have to do is look at the history. And that’s why failing to speak out against him‚ making excuses for him‚ pretending that somehow he’s a victim empowers him. SCOTT: Governor DeSantis suggesting those comments from Trump should not be taken seriously[.] Stephanopoulos turned to chief Washington correspondent and three-time anti-Trump author Jonathan Karl with an almost celebratory line: “[A]nother debate‚ another 90 minutes or so where Donald Trump is largely unscathed.” Karl — who needs Trump to stick around to keep the gravy train alive — blasted DeSantis‚ Haley‚ and Vivek Ramaswamy for still living in “twilight zones” because they “ignore[d] the fundamental fact of this primary‚ which is that Donald Trump has taken over the Republican Party and the party is on the verge of nominating somebody who may well be a convicted felon by Election Day” and “running on a campaign vowing to use the power of the presidency to go after his enemies.” “That was almost nonexistent on that stage as they fought over these narrow issues‚” Karl added. Ah‚ yes‚ “narrow issues” like Americans struggling to put food on the table‚ buy a house‚ and pay down loans while showing concern about illegal immigration. Stephanopoulos then condescendingly added that “[i]t’s hard to think how much these debates even matter any more.” Karl again gushed over his former ABC colleague: “Chris Christie‚ I thought‚ had a significant moment there‚ several significant moments. He’s clearly comfortable in being somebody who is not only not afraid to offend Donald Trump. He is not afraid to offend Donald Trump’s supporters‚ Donald Trump voters.” On CBS Mornings‚ socialist co-host Tony Dokoupil had the same talking points‚ lamenting “most of [Trump’s] Republican rivals” were “reluctant to criticize him” and whining the four candidates who actually showed up to face questions “spent a lot of time slamming each other‚ more time doing that than criticizing” Trump. He even went as far as to disgustingly suggest to Liz Cheney what he didn’t “want to really talk about the debate because I actually think the debate is beneath the significance of” her book’s thesis‚ which is defeating Trump should be the number one issue for voters. “[T]his slide towards dictatorship‚ this idea that Donald Trump does not follow the Constitution‚ does not believe in the Constitution‚ and‚ if he’s in power again‚ he will tear the Constitution in two. My worry is that nobody who needs to hear that message is actually listening‚” he fretted. Elsewhere‚ chief elections and campaign correspondent Robert Costa cheered Christie and Haley (click “expand”): COSTA: It was a revealing night here in Alabama. Some tough attacks on former President Donald Trump. But it’s clear most of these rivals see Nikki Haley as a real‚ emerging threat to their own chances. A high stake and combative showdown in the Deep South.  (....) COSTA: And there were tense exchanges about the Republican frontrunner and the question of whether Donald Trump is fit for office. [CHRISTIE VS. DESANTIS CLIPS] COSTA: Christie‚ with a maverick-style campaign‚ and a focus on the New Hampshire primary‚ took the sharpest line on Trump. CHRISTIE: Do I think he was kidding when he said he was a dictator? All you have to do is look at the history. [SCREEN WIPE] You wanna know why those poll numbers are where they are? Because folks like these three guys on the stage make it seem like his conduct is acceptable. TRUMP AD NARRATOR: Weak leaders COSTA: But Trump‚ who has a commanding lead in the polls‚ has been concentrating on President Biden with a new attack ad released during the debate. NBC’s Today went down the same path‚ starting with co-host Hoda Kotb in a tease boasting of “Christie going after the absent frontrunner and challenging his rivals to do the same.” Capitol Hill correspondent Garrett Haake hinted nothing mattered since “time is running out for the four candidates on stage last night to change the dynamics” even though “Christie call[ed] out his fellow candidates for ignoring their party’s dominant frontrunner.” The most ironic part of the post-debate coverage — on any network — came next when Meet the Press moderator Kristen Welker scoffed at the debates as pointless and devoid of sufficient Trump talk.  The problem? Not only did NBC host the previous debate‚ but Welker herself was one of the moderators and the topics were voluminous‚ so even they didn’t go all-in on Trump (click “expand”): GUTHRIE: They’re going to either lay a glove on [Trump] or they’re not. So‚ did they? WELKER: They didn’t‚ Savannah. In fact‚ Chris Christie was‚ yet again‚ the only candidate who decided to take direct aim at former President Donald Trump. The other candidates‚ time and time again‚ had the chance to and declined to directly go after him. You saw a great example there in Garrett’s piece where Ron DeSantis was asked if he’s fit to serve for office. He kind of danced around that question‚ didn’t directly engage. Instead‚ what we saw was a pile-on on Nikki Haley. But‚ again‚ that allows the frontrunner‚ the person who is nearly 30 points ahead in Iowa‚ to go unscathed. And‚ without seeing these candidates collectively and directly go after former President Trump‚ it’s hard to see anything changes. And‚ taking a step back‚ Savannah‚ again‚ this is the fourth debate that Trump has decided not to attend. It hasn’t hurt him. If anything‚ it’s only emboldened him. GUTHRIE: I mean‚ if you add up the candidates on the stage‚ put them all‚ it still doesn’t add up to Trump’s lead in some of these polls. (....) WELKER: Well‚ what we saw was this all-out attempt to take on Nikki Haley‚ who has been surging in the polls‚ particularly when it comes to Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley. The two of them are kind of vying for second place‚ but is this anything more than a fight for second place? That remains to be seen. ‘Not for Sale’: Ex-Prosecutors Hail Voters’ Latest Rebuke of Soros Money

Former federal and state prosecutors took a stand against leftist billionaire George Soros in response to a wave of setbacks for Soros-backed prosecutors across the nation.  Former U.S. Attorney John C. Milhiser‚ former U.S. Attorney Bill J. Williams‚ former Essex District Attorney Jonathan W. Blodgett and former Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney Nancy G. Parr penned an op-ed for Fox News on Thursday celebrating voters’ choice to reject Soros-funded prosecutor candidates in Virginia and Pennsylvania: Prosecutors are not “for sale‚” they declared to Soros. Soros has spent $35 million to elect dozens of soft-on-crime prosecutors across the United States. Despite spending almost $2 million in the primary and general election in a Pennsylvania-based Alleghany County race‚ Soros was unable to unseat incumbent District Attorney Stephen Zappala. At the same time‚ Soros-funded candidate Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj‚ infamous for persecuting the father of a rape victim‚ was defeated by a candidate she outraised at least 14-1.  In the wake of these massive triumphs for law and order over cash‚ the op-ed authors had this to say: “The voters in Allegheny County‚ Pennsylvania and Loudoun County‚ Virginia sent an important message to a billionaire and others trying to influence races for district attorneys: the office is not for sale.” The former officials went on to explain the effect of electing Soros prosecutors. “The Soros record is one of increased crime and reduced public safety in communities where his candidates are elected and in some instances even incompetence and corruption‚” they said. “These so-called progressives emerge in cities where Democrats have a monopoly on power and‚ with Soros money‚ they make it through the primary.”  The authors said that these prosecutors were often inexperienced and sought “to use the office to push a radical social agenda” before listing soft-on-crime prosecutors. Among those named were Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx‚ former Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby and former St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. The op-ed also detailed how the approach to crime embraced by Soros and his lackeys not only makes life more dangerous but also harms local businesses. “Businesses flee high-crime areas‚ leaving the local communities without ready access to important services like food‚ when grocery stores move out‚ and medicine when pharmacies close‚" the former prosecutors wrote. The authors followed with a brutal assessment of the Soros prosecutors’ tenure. “This negatively impacts the daily lives of Americans‚ particularly when prosecutors substitute a social justice agenda advocated by a billionaire and others‚ for their duty to enforce the law.” In conclusion‚ the article's authors begged voters not to “let big money and special interests influence these important elections” and stated‚ “The DA's office is not for sale.”  Conservatives are under attack! Contact ABC News (818) 460-7477‚ CBS News (212) 975-3247 and NBC News (212) 664-6192 and demand they report Soros’ connections to radical district attorneys throughout the country.

Anti-Semitic Hostin Defends Calls for Jewish Genocide on College Campuses

The presidents of MIT‚ the University of Pennsylvania‚ and Harvard felt the disgust of the civilized world on Tuesday after they defended calls for another Jewish genocide coming from their campuses‚ saying it didn’t violate their codes of conduct‚ during a congressional hearing on antisemitism. The hate movement those schools were fostering got full-throated support from staunchly racist and anti-Semitic Sunny Hostin‚ a co-host of ABC’s The View‚ on Wednesday. They started the show with a montage of clips from the hearing highlighting New York Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik calling out the university presidents for being permissive of violent rhetoric and genocide. Responding to Harvard's Claudine Gay who said calls for Jewish genocide violate their code of conduct “depend[ing] on the context‚” co-host Joy Behar shot back by suggesting the school’s plan to protect Jewish students was to “Wait till they're dead‚ I guess!" Of course‚ Hostin tried to deflect and make Stefanik out to be the controversial one at the hearing. “What Elise Stefanik‚ the congresswoman was talking about and what this entire hearing was about should have been about free speech‚ and free speech‚” she stumbled over her words. “And although many may feel uncomfortable about it‚ the most hateful and heinous speech is the most protected speech.” Co-hosts Sara Haines and Alyssa Farah Griffin teamed up to school Hostin on how colleges were already uncomfortable places for free speech because conservative speakers get events canceled and/or shouted down (Click “expand”): HAINES: Campuses have not been good for free speech in years. HOSTIN: But they have been. HAINES: They cancel conservative speakers. GRIFFIN: Harvard actually has one of the worst records on free speech.     Despite Hostin being a former federal prosecutor (which she loves to remind people of)‚ Hostin tried to suggest that those private schools could not have codes of conduct that opposed calls for another Jewish genocide: What you heard was them saying‚ what is completely accurate under the law‚ it depends on the context. So‚ if someone does yell at a crowd racial slurs or calls for genocide in a public place‚ in a crowd‚ that is protected speech. One-on-one confrontation‚ if a white student‚ for example‚ says to a black student a racial slur (…) No‚ it really can't go against the Constitution of the United States. So‚ when we're talking about this one-on-one type of thing‚ yes‚ that is when that conduct leads to harassment and could be actionable by the university‚ and that's exactly what Harvard’s person was saying. “This is about the codes of conduct. We’re not talking about the law though‚” Farah Griffin pushed back‚ noting that private schools “can go further than the law to protect students.” She pointed out that Hostin’s argument was basically to wait for a “genocide to be able to condemn genocidal language‚” and called it “a dangerous slippery slope.” Hostin whined that Farah Griffin used “that type of example” because it was “really inflammatory” and “distorts what the law is.” It’s worth noting that Hostin’s son attends Harvard. So‚ it’s possible she was desperately trying to keep the school’s image clean or perhaps her son attends the pro-Jewish genocide rallies and she’s trying to protect him. She did argue that “college is the perfect place to have these sorts of uncomfortable conversations” like genocide. Hostin got particularly triggered when Farah Griffin pointed out the truth‚ “If I said this about any other community on Earth other than Jews‚ I would be canceled ten times till Sunday.” “Yes‚ you would‚” Haines agreed. “That’s actually not true‚” Hostin shot back. Unfortunately‚ they didn’t put the theory to the test.  The transcript is below. Click "expand" to read: ABC’s The View December 6‚ 2023 11:09:06 a.m. Eastern (…) SUNNY HOSTIN:  Can I just weigh in here? Because‚ you know‚ I think this -- what Elise Stefanik‚ the congresswoman was talking about and what this entire hearing was about should have been about free speech‚ and free speech – And although many may feel uncomfortable about it‚ the most hateful and heinous speech is the most protected speech. Okay? SARA HAINES: Campuses have not been good for free speech in years. HOSTIN: But they have been. HAINES: They cancel conservative speakers. ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: Harvard actually has one of the worst records on free speech. HOSTIN: What you heard was them saying‚ what is completely accurate under the law‚ it depends on the context. So‚ if someone does yell at a crowd racial slurs or calls for genocide in a public place‚ in a crowd‚ that is protected speech. One-on-one confrontation‚ if a white student‚ for example‚ says to a black student a racial slur‚ that is -- JOY BEHAR: Then that is hate speech. FARAH GRIFFIN: This is about the codes of conduct. We’re not talking about the law though. HOSTIN: Can I finish this for moment‚ please? But the codes of conduct must adhere to the law. FARAH GRIFFIN: But it can go further than the law to protect students. HOSTIN: No‚ it really can't go against the Constitution of the United States. So‚ when we're talking about this one-on-one type of thing‚ yes‚ that is when that conduct leads to harassment and could be actionable by the university‚ and that's exactly what Harvard’s person was saying. FARAH GRIFFIN: But as it said‚ if you have to commit genocide to be able to condemn genocidal language‚ that's a dangerous slippery slope. HOSTIN: No. No. But‚ again‚ use of that type of example is really inflammatory and it distorts what— FARAH GRIFFIN: But that's actual words being used on college campuses. HOSTIN: It distorts what the law is. The law protects that kind of language. HAINES: So‚ colleges don’t have to protect the students? HOSTIN: And in my opinion‚ in my opinion‚ college is the perfect place to have these sorts of uncomfortable conversations‚ even the -- FARAH GRIFFIN: Jewish students don't feel comfortable on college campuses. HOSTIN: Even the ACLU said the Supreme Court cannot prevent speech that is likely to provide a hostile response. FARAH GRIFFIN: If I said this about any other community on Earth other than Jews‚ I would be canceled ten times till Sunday. HAINES: Yes‚ you would. HOSTIN: That’s actually not true. (…)

Infinite CBD Pet CBD Tincture Review 2023: Our Expert’s Opinion

Click to Skip Ahead About Infinite CBD Overview Key Features Is Pet CBD Tincture a Good Value? FAQ Our Experience  Our Final Verdict We give Infinite CBD Pet CBD Tincture a rating of 4.75 out of 5 stars. Quality: 4.5/5 Effectiveness: 4.5/5 Ingredients: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Check Price on Infinite CBD Infinite CBD was around long before CBD became a household term. This extra experience along with refined production methods allows the company to put out highly effective products that cost a fraction of those sold by the wave of new CBD companies currently flooding the market. This is good news for you and your pet. Because‚ in addition to Infinite CBD’s long line of human products‚ the company also makes a CBD pet tincture to help dogs and cats enjoy the benefits CBD has to offer. Like many of their other products‚ their Pet CBD Tincture utilizes CBD isolate extract that is 100% THC-free‚ making it safer for daily‚ long-term use. Unlike their human products‚ this one comes in a carrier oil of pure salmon oil. Not only does this provide a flavor dogs and cats will love‚ but it also adds to the nutritional value and health benefits. But what really sets this product apart from the competition is the price tag. While most CBD products come at a cost that makes them an investment many pet owners can’t afford‚ this one is remarkably inexpensive. This begs the question‚ is this affordable pet CBD option as effective as others? I had a chance to try Infinite CBD’s Pet CBD Tincture on my own pets. With two senior dogs in need of pain and anxiety relief and a crazy kitten who could use some chill‚ I had the unique opportunity to test the effectiveness of multiple aspects of this CBD oil. Keep reading to find out if this affordable tincture actually works and to see my full Infinite CBD Pet CBD Tincture review. About Infinite CBD Infinite CBD was founded by John Ramsay and Stephen Ryan. This happened in the early days of the hemp revolution‚ after the state of Colorado legalized marijuana but before hemp products became federally legal. Today‚ the company has a long line of CBD isolate‚ full-spectrum hemp oil‚ and THC products‚ including their CBD tincture for pets. Where Is Infinite CBD Pet CBD Tincture Produced? All of the hemp that is used in Infinite CBD’s products is grown and sourced in Colorado. The company is based out of Lakewood‚ Colorado where all their tinctures‚ oils‚ and edibles are made in-house. What Pets Can Use Pet CBD Tincture? There is still a lot to be learned about cannabidiol and other cannabinoids found in hemp oil. What researchers do know is that these substances work by interacting with the body’s endocannabinoid system‚ which influences an ever-growing list of functions‚ from memory to digestion. All mammals have endocannabinoid systems that can be affected by CBD. Recent discoveries have revealed that non-mammals‚ such as birds‚ reptiles‚ and fish‚ and potentially all invertebrates‚ also have endocannabinoid systems. But research on CBD use in these animals is limited. At this point‚ the effects of CBD are well understood in dogs‚ cats‚ and other mammalian pets. Unless you are working with a naturopath vet‚ it is a good idea to only use Pet CBD Tincture on these animals. Which Pets Is This Product Good For? Infinite CBD Pet CBD Tincture has many of the same effects as other CBD oil products. It is great for reducing anxiety‚ relieving pain‚ improving appetite‚ reducing seizure activity‚ and promoting calm. This product also has the extra benefit of being 100% THC-free. Since THC is toxic to dogs and cats and can accumulate in the body over time‚ a product like this is a better option for pets that need daily CBD treatment. If your pet is chronically anxious‚ has epilepsy‚ or has arthritis‚ Infinite CBD is a great choice for helping them find relief. Pet CBD Tincture Overview Check Price on Infinite CBD Here is an overview of Infinite CBD’s Pet CBD Tincture‚ including a closer look at the ingredients‚ the concentration‚ dosing‚ and how long you can expect it to take before it has a noticeable effect. Ingredients Each bottle of Pet CBD Tincture has just two pure ingredients. The first is the carrier oil—a feature of all CBD oil and tincture products. This oil helps dilute the CBD to make dosing easier. The type of oil used plays a big role in how biologically available and well-preserved the CBD is. Pet CBD Oil utilizes wild Alaskan salmon oil as its carrier oil. Fish oils like this one appear to absorb CBD well to help preserve it. At the same time‚ they are readily digested‚ meaning more CBD can be absorbed into the bloodstream. Plus‚ this salmon oil gives the product an enticing flavor that most dogs and cats will happily lick up. The second ingredient in this pet tincture is pure isolate hemp extract. This oil contains only CBD and is free from THC and other cannabinoids‚ terpenes‚ and flavonoids commonly found in hemp oil. Concentration Infinite CBD’s Pet CBD Tincture is available in two concentrations. The regular strength formula has 20 mg of CBD per serving. Each serving consists of five pumps. Their extra strength formula contains twice as much CBD per bottle‚ with 40 mg of CBD per serving. The less concentrated version is a great option for smaller dogs‚ cats‚ and those who only need a maintenance dose of CBD. The extra strength formula is good for larger dogs and those who need a high therapeutic dose. This option gives you more CBD per dollar‚ but the dose per pump is likely to be too high for most small animals. Dose Infinite CBD recommends a dose of 8 mg for small pets‚ 12 mg for medium pets‚ 16 mg for large pets‚ and 20 mg for extra large pets. This aligns fairly well with the generally accepted dosing guidelines for CBD for cats and dogs. According to these guidelines‚ you should give your pet 1 to 5 mg of CBD per 10 pounds of body weight. Because each pump of oil in Infinite CBD’s regular strength formula contains 4 mg of CBD‚ this product may not be the best option for dogs under 10 pounds who require a minimal dose. Because the product uses a pump instead of a dropper‚ there is no easy way to give half doses. How Long It Takes to Have an Effect In general‚ CBD supplements take anywhere from one to three weeks to have a full‚ noticeable effect. If your pet has used CBD in the past‚ you’re likely to see results faster. If this is their first time on CBD‚ it will take time for the product to rebalance the endocannabinoid system to have noticeable effects. When I used this product on my pets‚ I started seeing an effect within a few days of starting it. But it took about a week and a half for these effects to be consistent and very noticeable. In terms of absorption rate‚ most CBD oils enter the bloodstream and start having an effect within 30 to 60 minutes. My experience has been that this oil had a fairly quick activation time of around 30 minutes. Purchase Options This tincture is the only pet product Infinite CBD currently offers. It is available in regular strength and extra strength. There are currently no bundle options available‚ but you can save 20% by subscribing for regular deliveries. In Summary Pros Works fast Easily absorbed Great taste dogs and cats love Utilizes healthy salmon oil Easy to administer Consistent results bottle-to-bottle Very affordable Cons Pump application makes half-dosing difficult Extraction methods not advertised No entourage effects Key Features Check Price on Infinite CBD CBD Isolate There are three options when it comes to CBD oil products: isolate‚ broad spectrum‚ and full spectrum. Isolates‚ like this one‚ tend to be more affordable and the results are more consistent because the amount of active ingredients can be easily controlled and predicted. These products are also 100% THC-free‚ which makes them safer for dogs and cats. But unlike full-spectrum and broad-spectrum products‚ these do not contain any of the other healthy terpenes‚ flavonoids‚ or cannabinoids naturally found in hemp. This means this product does not have an entourage effect on the body. This makes it less effective for treating certain conditions‚ including nerve pain‚ inflammation‚ and extreme anxiety. Pump Applicator Many CBD oil tinctures use a dropper applicator. This makes it easy to give very specific doses. But these also tend to be very messy and hard to direct dose into pets’ mouths. Infinite CBD’s pet tincture has an easy-to-use pump applicator. All you have to do is squeeze the pump to produce a perfect 4 mg dose. This pump helps keep things cleaner and is great for adding oil to your pet’s food or favorite treat. It also makes it easier to spray the oil directly into your pet’s mouth. Salmon Oil I talked above about the benefits of using salmon oil as a carrier oil for CBD. But this oil also has plenty of advantages in itself. Wild-caught salmon oil helps maintain a healthy skin and coat. It is also beneficial for joint health and can help improve mobility. Research suggests that salmon oil can support a healthier immune system‚ eyes‚ and cardiovascular system. Some inferior products use farmed salmon oil. Not only is this method of making salmon oil less sustainable‚ but the product is far inferior. Wild-caught salmon has a higher concentration of healthy omega fatty acids and other nutrients to help your pet thrive. Is Pet CBD Tincture a Good Value? One of the most striking features of this CBD product is the price. So many pet CBD oils are priced too high for the average pet owner to use them consistently. But this one is remarkably affordable. Considering the quality and concentration of this tincture‚ I can say that it is a really great value. For anyone shopping for CBD on a budget or who will be using CBD on their pet for the long term‚ this is a wonderful option. Check Price on Infinite CBD FAQ How do I know Pet CBD Tincture contains as much CBD as it claims? Like all quality CBD companies‚ Infinite CBD provides certificates of authenticity (COA) for all their products. These COAs are produced by third-party labs that test each product for impurities and to confirm the amount of CBD and other compounds in them. You can find this documentation on Infinite CBD’s website. How long does a bottle of Pet CBD Tincture last? Each bottle contains 1 ounce of oil. This is equal to 150 pumps. According to the dosing recommendations‚ a large dog needs 5 pumps per dose. So you can expect a bottle to last about a month if you are only dosing once per day. For small dogs and cats‚ a bottle could last up to 3 months with daily dosing. Our Experience With Infinite CBD Pet CBD Tincture I was very excited to test this product out on both my dogs and my cat. They each have issues that CBD is reported to help with. Pain Management for Ragz Ragz‚ my 12-year-old Dalmatian mix has a bad shoulder and is stiff in general due to her age. Recently‚ it has gotten bad enough that I have started giving her NSAIDs every morning and sometimes before bed. After dosing her with Pet CBD Tincture twice a day for about two weeks‚ I was able to stop using the NSAIDs completely. After three weeks on the product‚ she is doing much better and is clearly in less pain. She is not nearly as stiff when she gets up from napping. She still has a slight limp in her shoulder‚ but her mobility has improved dramatically and she has no problem finishing our walks these days. Overall‚ she seems more energetic and more like her bouncy old self. Anxiety Treatment for Papyrus Papyrus‚ my 14-year-old Chihuahua‚ has suffered from general anxiety and nervousness since I adopted him years ago. I started him on twice daily doses of Pet CBD Tincture hoping to help him relax. The first thing I noticed‚ just three nights into using it‚ was that he started sleeping much better. For the last few weeks‚ he has slept peacefully through the night without frequently waking up to change position‚ go out to pee‚ or get water‚ which was a constant problem before. The tincture also seems to have helped him relax more‚ especially in stressful situations. He had a vet appointment about two and a half weeks after starting the product and I was amazed at how he acted. He didn’t shake or whine like he normally does and he was much more interested in sniffing around the exam room than what is typical for him. Check Price on Infinite CBD Calming Therapy for Makoa My cat Makoa is only 5 months old‚ which means he is a bit of a handful. He was a feral kitten I rescued and has a saucy side from his days on the street. He isn’t nervous or anxious at all‚ but his play can turn aggressive if he gets worked up. I was curious to see if CBD would affect this behavior at all. I started him on the same twice-daily dose I was giving Papyrus since they are about the same size. The change in him was more gradual than I had hoped‚ but he has definitely calmed down since starting Pet CBD Tincture. He is still just as playful as ever and is prone to the occasional aggressive leg attack‚ but he is also much more lovey these days. He laid on my stomach and purred for the first time ever about three days after starting the tincture. Now he is looking to cuddle up and get pets every chance he gets. Like Papyrus‚ he also seems to sleep more restfully now. The tincture has taken the edge off his kitten energy‚ but more noticeably‚ it has made him more loving in between his crazy episodes. Conclusion Overall‚ I was incredibly impressed with how well this CBD tincture worked. It had a noticeable effect on Ragz’s pain levels and Papyrus’ anxiety. And it seems to have helped Makoa become a calmer‚ happier kitten. I can say with confidence that this is an effective CBD option. It also comes with some nice advantages over other products. It has an easy-to-use pump applicator‚ comes in two concentrations for more tailored dosing‚ and is incredibly well-priced. That low price tag had me questioning how well this product could work‚ as well as the quality of it. But after researching the company‚ their hemp oils‚ and using it on my own pets‚ I am a believer! Can Dogs Eat Cornbread? Vet Approved Facts &; FAQ

During dinner‚ your dog may stand near you and beg for table scraps‚ but some food is unhealthy and hazardous to canines. Cornbread seems harmless enough‚ and it is generally safe to serve. Dogs can enjoy a little cornbread occasionally‚ but it depends on the ingredients involved. So‚ let’s examine when it’s safe to share cornbread with your dog and when it’s a much better idea to serve a more dog-friendly treat. Is Cornbread Harmful to Dogs? Moderation is vital when it comes to feeding your dog cornbread. Cornbread is tasty‚ but it doesn’t provide much in the way of nutrition. Although it isn’t a toxic food‚ it isn’t one you want as a staple part of your dog’s diet. The ingredients in cornbread differ depending on which brand you get or the recipe you follow. Some ingredients might fall into the dangerous category‚ and the cornbread made with them should never be shared with your dog. Examples of ingredients your dog should avoid include but aren’t limited to: Butter Corn kernels Crumbled sausage Garlic Green chilis Onions Pepperoni Scallions Spicy pepper You should also be mindful of adding too much sugar to your cornbread. Excess salt or sugar is common in store-bought cornbread and is not recommended for our pets. Image Credit: Marie Sonmez Photography‚ Shutterstock Allergies and Sensitivities The primary ingredient in cornbread is‚ unsurprisingly‚ corn‚ which is a grain. Grains‚ including corn‚ are a possible but uncommon cause of food allergy in dogs. Signs of food allergies and sensitivities include: Deteriorating coat condition Diarrhea Itchy‚ flaking skin Stomach pain Vomiting Weight loss or failure to gain weight While it’s perfectly safe for most dogs to eat grains‚ you should of course avoid them if your dog has a grain allergy. There are several grain-free meals and treats you can safely feed to your dog. Is Cornbread Good for Your Dog? Cornbread might not be harmful‚ but that doesn’t mean it’s good for your dog. When sharing it‚ it’s essential to use it as a treat and not make it a part of your dog’s regular diet. As long as your dog has no allergies or sensitivities‚ the occasional piece of cornbread won’t harm them. However‚ if you notice diarrhea‚ vomiting‚ a rash‚ or itchy skin‚ it could indicate an adverse reaction to an ingredient or a potential allergy. If any of these signs develop‚ contact your veterinarian. What Happens if Your Dog Eats Lots of Cornbread? Dogs are very good at finding food and helping themselves‚ and sometimes‚ the food is harmful or shouldn’t be eaten in large quantities. If your dog eats a lot of cornbread‚ they should be fine‚ as long as it doesn’t contain any of the harmful ingredients listed above (there are others but these are the most common ones!). You might notice signs of gastrointestinal distress like diarrhea‚ vomiting‚ lack of appetite‚ or constant gulping. If your dog becomes lethargic or its gastrointestinal signs don’t start improving over the course of 24 hours‚ you should see your vet. If your dog eats cornbread containing a toxic ingredient‚ you must take them to the vet immediately. Make sure you record what was eaten‚ how much‚ and at what time so the vet has all the facts before coming up with a treatment plan. Even if your dog eats a small amount‚ keep an eye out for adverse reactions and contact your vet if you’re worried. Image Credit: Jose luis‚ Unsplash Frequently Asked Questions Can Dogs Be Allergic to Cornmeal? Cornbread is primarily composed of cornmeal‚ and the simplest recipes include only cornmeal‚ water‚ and salt. So‚ of course‚ if your dog has an allergy or sensitivity to corn‚ they will be allergic to cornmeal. Remember‚ however‚ that most allergies in dogs are to animal proteins such as chicken‚ turkey or beef. While cornmeal has been used in dog food for years‚ it’s not naturally part of a dog’s diet‚ but it does contain some useful nutrients such as fiber and linoleic acid (an essential fatty acid).  Most dogs are fine with cornmeal‚ and it’s safe for them to eat. Can Dogs Eat Cornbread Dressing? Dressing and stuffing are generally the same and aren’t safe for dogs to eat. As mentioned‚ ingredients like onions and garlic are unsuitable for dogs‚ and they’re often included in dressing and stuffing. Can Your Dog Eat Store-Bought Cornbread? Store-bought cornbread will commonly add preservatives and additives‚ even if it mentions that it is a “traditional recipe.” You might also find it contains extra sugar‚ salt  or additional ingredients that are toxic to dogs‚ such as onions or garlic. If you are going to buy something from the store for your dog‚ make sure you check the ingredient list thoroughly. Final Thoughts Dogs can occasionally enjoy cornbread as a treat. However‚ check the ingredients before sharing it since some can be toxic to dogs. If your dog suffers from allergies or sensitivities‚ it’s best to avoid serving cornbread. While cornbread isn’t harmful‚ it isn’t healthy and shouldn’t become a regular part of your dog’s diet. E-Cloth Cleaning Product Review 2023: Our Expert’s Opinion

Click to Skip Ahead About E-Cloth Key Features Reviews  Our Experience  Our Final Verdict We give E-Cloth Cleaning Products an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars. Quality: 5/5 Variety: 5/5 Materials: 4.8/5 Value: 4.8/5 Check Price on E-Cloth Anyone who knows me‚ knows I like to keep a clean and tidy home. So‚ living with two big dogs and an adult male‚ means I’m pretty much scrubbing down something every day of my life – but I don’t mind! I also try to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. I compost‚ thrift most of my clothing and furniture‚ and stay away from harmful chemicals for my cleaning products. Incorporating these choices has been beneficial for my‚ my partner’s‚ and my dogs’ general health and happiness and shows little sign of gratitude for Mother Earth. Living eco-friendly actually saves me money most of the time too. But‚ sometimes it feels like being a clean freak‚ an environmentalist‚ and loving dog mama has turned me into a walking contradiction. How can I maintain my personal cleaning standards without waste or using potentially harmful products? When I saw that E-Cloth carries reusable cleaning cloths that only use water (the most natural cleaning ingredient of all!)‚ AND had pet bowl scrubbers (which I have never seen before) I was 100% sold. Keep reading to see how E-Cloth cleaning products for kitchen‚ windows‚ surfaces‚ and dog bowls help me maintain a clean‚ healthy‚ and sustainable home! At a Glance: What We Reviewed Image Product Details Our Favorite E-Cloth Pet Bowl Scrubbers Cute bone shape 3-year guarantee Comes with 2 scrubbers Check Price E-Cloth Window Cleaning Machine washable Comes with 2 cloths 3-year guarantee Check Price E-Cloth High-Performance Dusting Cloth Nice large size Machine washable Can use it dry or wet Check Price About E-Cloth E-Cloth was started in 1995 by Steve Pearson‚ an innovator looking for a sustainable solution to clean all of the surfaces and rooms in his home with one ingredient – water. Steve created the reusable cleaning cloths we know today with high-quality microfibers and a team of scientists and engineers. Each E-Cloth is made up of premium microfibers that break up dirt and bacteria on the microscopic level. As you clean‚ the E-Cloth attracts and collects the grime from your kitchen countertops‚ room surfaces‚ and dog feeding bowls. Proven and tested multiple times over the years‚ these cleaning cloths can support your most unseemingly cleaning tasks (including cleaning out that forsaken cup holder in the backseat of your car). They do it all without using additional chemicals and cleaners. So when the job is done your hands just have water on them and the air is breathable. Who is E-Cloth Best Suited For? I don’t think it matters what kind of pet you have‚ whether it is a cat‚ dog‚ fish‚ or bird – everyone can use E-Cloths for their home cleaning. Even if you don’t have pets‚ I think the “Kitchen Dynamo” and the dusting and window cleaning E-Cloths would be great additions to your cleaning kit. It might help you use less paper towels or swap out your old cleaning rags. Halle and Indy‚ my two big dogs‚ love to adventure outside and then bring the backyard dirt and dust back with them into the house. The dust sticks to every piece of furniture‚ window‚ and surface in my house. The dusting and window E-Cloths were helpful to keep those surfaces clean in an efficient and economic way. I don’t have to tell pet owners how disgusting pet bowls can get. I personally get pretty grossed out using a “human” sponge to clean those bowls‚ I always end up just throwing out that sponge – which is wasteful! So I love the pet bowl scrubbers and highly recommend them to anyone with a pet bowl in their house. Key Features Check Price on E-Cloth The first question I had‚ when my bundle of E-cloths arrived‚ was; “do these cleaning cloths actually work?”. Can I really just add water and clean not only my surfaces‚ but Indy’s and Halle’s food and water bowls? These bowls‚ mind you‚ are completely covered with days of grime and dog nastiness that grew and spread since the last time I cleaned them. Find out below if these E-Cloths work and what my favorite features of these cleaning cloths are: Do E-Cloths Work? The short answer is yes! I used all of the E-cloths I received for different cleaning tasks around the house including: dusting my bookshelves‚ cleaning off the dog slobber from the windows of my back door‚ wiping down my stove with the Kitchen Dynamo‚ wiping down my kitchen sink‚ scrubbing away to filth on my four dog food and water bowls Everything looked shinier and cleaner when I was finished. I didn’t see a trace of dust or a flying piece of dog hair or a remnant of dog drool on any of the living room furniture or windows. The best part was all I did was add water to the cloths! Material The microfibers you see in E-Cloths are heavier and more durable than the fibers you see in most other cleaning cloths or textiles. E-Cloth moves their cloth fibers through a solution that creates even splits along a single fiber. When you add water to these splits‚ they attract and capture dirt and grime. That is why all you have to do is add water to this extremely high-quality material for it to work. It’s crazy how simple and effective it is! Variety of Products One of my favorite parts about the E-Cloth brand and their line of products is that they have a product designed for each and every household chore or task. So there is a lot to choose from and something to meet every deep-cleaning need. For example‚ the kitchen E-Cloth is designed for wiping down microwaves‚ cooktops‚ and sinks‚ while the Kitchen Dynamo is designed for stubborn residue or dirt in small areas that are normally hard to reach. My favorite products I received‚ the Pet Bowl Scrubbers‚ are perfectly made to scrub out the grime from pet water and food bowls. The best part is that I can use them over and over again. No more wasted “human” sponges over here! Their only purpose is to clean the dog bowls and I also love that. Ease of Use and Care You just add water to whichever cloth you are using to clean‚ wring it out‚ and then wipe or scrub down the surface‚ pet bowl‚ or window you want to clean. Each cloth is designed to effortlessly clean that space or area. This makes your daily chores easier and more time-efficient. At the end of the cleaning job‚ your fingers don’t smell like chemicals and you don’t get a headache from all the toxins you’ve sprayed in the air. You can also add other cleaning materials to the cloths‚ like hot water with lemon‚ baking soda‚ vinegar‚ or other natural cleaning sprays. All of the cloths‚ except for the Pet Bowl Scrubber‚ can be machine-washed and air-dried once a week. You can hand rinse the scrubbers out and hang them to dry as much as you’d like. The Kitchen Cloth‚ the Kitchen Dynamo‚ and the window cleaning cloths you can boil in hot water to remove the accumulated bacteria and dirt whenever you want and as many times as you want to. 3-Year Promise Each E-Cloth you purchase comes with a “3-year Promise”‚ which means it is guaranteed that you can use the variety of E-cloths for three years or over 300 times with regular care and washing. Can you imagine how many paper towels or cotton or synthetic rags you could go through in three years?! That is a lot of trash you’re saving the planet from and a lot of money you’re keeping in your wallet. Reviews of the 3 Best E-Cloth Cleaning Products 1. E-Cloth Pet Bowl Scrubbers Check Latest Price I love having a scrubber that is purely dedicated to cleaning my dog’s food and water bowls and nothing else! The rough scrubbing side gets off all the caked-on goop and the soft side wipes it down afterward to showcase the new shiny surface. I did add a bit of dish soap to get the extra grime off of my dog’s metal bowls. They looked like new dog food and water bowls when I was done. Pros Just add water Cute bone shape 3-year guarantee Comes with 2 scrubbers Cons Should only be used for pet bowls Must be hand-washed 2. E-Cloth Window Cleaning Check Latest Price Halle loves putting her nose up against the back door windows and slobber‚ while she watches the birds outside. She lays there at that door every day for hours. So there are always smudges and slobber marks all over my back door windows. The waffle-weave E-Cloth was able to scrub the marks away completely. I kept the other polishing cloth dry and used it right after I finished scrubbing to give the windows a new‚ sparkling look. Pros Just add water Comes with 2 cloths 3-year guarantee Machine washable Cons Material of polishing cloth is thinner Lots of scrubbing required 3. E-Cloth High-Performance Dusting Cloth Check Latest Price Halle and Indy bring in a lot of dust‚ debris‚ and dirt from the outside world into my‚ otherwise clean‚ house. I dust the furniture in the living room that leads out to the backyard every other day because of it. This Dusting Cloth can be used wet or dry and gets rid of all the dust and dirt they track in. I like that I can just rinse it out and use it again and I can throw it in the wash at the end of the week. At the end of the week‚ it is like I have a brand new dusting cloth. Pros Can use it dry or wet Nice large size 3-year guarantee Machine washable Cons May be hard to use for small crevices Our Experience With E-Cloth Cleaning Products My experience with E-Cloth cleaning products has been spectacular! I love my house being clean‚ in every sense of the word‚ and that can be a challenge with two large dogs always running around. I love having the option of using just water to clean too. I don’t have to worry about my dogs licking some nasty chemical or my boyfriend and I breathing in something toxic. I love my dogs‚ Indy and Halle! But they do bring their fair share of dirt into the house. Especially since both of them‚ and their limitless energy‚ have unfiltered access to the backyard through the back door. The High-Performance Dusting Cloth and the Window Cleaning E-Cloth set have really helped combat that issue. You can add water to both to wipe down away the grime and then rinse them out and leave them hanging to dry and use them another day. I didn’t even need to add water to the Dusting Cloth to get rid of the surface layer of dust on the bookshelves and TV stand that the dogs brought in. The Window Cleaning E-Cloth rid my back door windows of the slobbery grime that accumulates from Halle. She loves to hang out by the back door‚ watching the birds through the windows‚ but she does not want to leave the comfortable living room. I am obsessed with the E-Cloth Pet Bowl Scrubbers. I love that they’re shaped like bones and are dedicated solely to cleaning my dog bowls. They work really well. I did add some dish soap to them as I cleaned them just to get the bowls a little more sanitized and sparkling. I love how fast the scrubber dried and that the package came with two (2) scrubbers! I will be a lifetime user of these Pet Bowl Scrubbers. And lastly‚ the Kitchen Dynamo is great and so easy to use‚ it has already worked its way into my daily kitchen-cleaning routine. I use it for my stovetop‚ the interior of my microwave‚ and my kitchen counters – especially in the areas behind my toaster and air-fryer. The maintenance for these E-Cloths is so easy and convenient. Either boil it in water to sanitize it after a day of cleaning or just simply rinse it out after a single use – which you would do anyway. Then once a week‚ throw it in the wash on cold and let it air dry. These E-Cloths work better than paper towels or old rags‚ which are what I used before. The E-Cloths last longer and are prettier than old rags and they are so much less wasteful than paper towels. They are also better on our wallets because we’re not going through so many single-use cloths or paper towels and constantly needing to buy more. I love these sustainable additions to my cleaning kit. I also love knowing that I am continuing to do my part to protect the pups’ health‚ my own health‚ and Mother Earth. Check Price on E-Cloth Conclusion The E-Cloth line of cleaning products is great‚ especially for pet owners. I would definitely recommend the Pet Bowl Scrubbers as an absolute must for anyone with a cat or a dog. They work very well and you will never have to use an old dish sponge or waste a brand-new “human” sponge again! I recommend the other E-Cloths for dusting‚ window-cleaning‚ and kitchen cleaning for everyone‚ pet owners and non-pet-owners alike. They are really simple to use and care for‚ plus they are guaranteed to work for the next three years of your life with continued usage. That’s a pretty long time for a household cleaning product that removes over 99% of bacteria from your home‚ if you ask me. If you are looking to make more eco-friendly home choices without compromising your personal standards of cleanliness and hygiene‚ E-Cloths are a wonderful and helpful support for your cleaning routines. PetPace Dog Collar Review 2023: Our Expert’s Opinion

Click to Skip Ahead About PetPace Overview Key Features Is PetPace a Good Value? FAQ Our Experience  Our Final Verdict We give PetPace Dog Collar a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Functionality: 5/5 Accuracy: 4.75/5 Phone App: 4/5 Ease of Use: 4.5/5 Check Price on PetPace Have you ever wondered what’s going on inside your dog’s body? Are they healthy and happy‚ or hurting and doing their best to hide it from you? The PetPace smart collar was made to answer these questions and so much more. You can think of the PetPace collar as a highly intelligent Fitbit-type wearable device made specifically for dogs and cats. This highly intelligent sensor measures seven major vital signs and utilizes AI algorithms to create a comprehensive picture of your pet’s health. It even contains GPS to track their activity levels and help you find them if they ever wander off. The key is in the thousands of data points this collar collects every day. Over time‚ this data can be compared to a database of millions of data points gathered from other dogs and cats that match your pet’s age‚ breed‚ and gender. Using this vast amount of information‚ PetPace can determine things like pain level‚ wellness score‚ and sleep quality. It will even warn you if there is a sudden change in your pet’s vitals that might indicate illness‚ stress‚ or other issues that require intervention. I had the opportunity to try the PetPace collar on my dog‚ Ragz. Because she is getting up there in age and dealing with some joint pain and stiffness‚ I was very curious to find out how well she is doing on the inside. Keep reading my full PetPace product review to find out what insights I gained from using PetPace on my dog for just two weeks. And to get more information on what this high-tech pet gadget has to offer. About PetPace PetPace was developed by a group of engineers who also happen to be devoted pet parents. By studying recent advancements in human wearable sensors and working with veterinarians for over a decade‚ they were able to create PetPace‚ the most advanced pet health tracker on the market. This American company is based out of Burlington‚ Massachusetts. What Does PetPace Measure? The PetPace collar continuously measures seven vital statistics‚ including: Heart rate Temperature Respiration rate Heart rate variability Activity Sleep Posture This data is compiled and analyzed by AI to generate information about your pet’s overall well-being. By comparing this data to other users’ data and research archives‚ PetPace can warn you of potential disease‚ pain issues‚ and more. The company’s website features a number of case studies highlighting how this collar has helped uncover unknown health conditions in its users. One owner was alerted to her cat’s persistently elevated heartbeat using PetPace. After a trip to the vet‚ the cat was diagnosed with thyroid problems and put on medication to help her avoid the more severe symptoms that had not yet developed. Another owner found her senior dog had a far lower-than-average heart rate and heart rate variability. After tests‚ it was determined the dog was suffering from cardiac issues and was treated to avoid further heart damage. In addition to monitoring vital signs‚ the collar also contains a GPS that can be used to track movement‚ activity‚ and location. Parts of this aspect of the PetPace system are still in development. When complete‚ it will be possible to set a boundary around your home to receive push notifications on your phone if your dog or cat leaves your property. Which Pets Is PetPace Best Suited For? PetPace is a great option for most pets as it provides valuable data you may not even know you need. It is an exceptionally valuable option for senior pets more likely to suffer unseen disease‚ pets recovering from surgery‚ and other high-risk pets who need extra monitoring. The PetPace collar comes in three sizes. The small collar is suitable for cats and dogs eight pounds and up with a neck larger than eight inches. Unfortunately‚ PetPace is not a great choice for very small dogs and cats due to size constraints. Overview Check Price on PetPace Here is an overview of what you can expect from the PetPace collar‚ including information about the collar itself‚ connectivity and battery life‚ the phone app‚ warranty‚ and pricing. Collar The PetPace collar is meant to be worn with the sensor centered on the dog or cat’s neck. It needs to be a little tighter than the average collar‚ but you should still be able to comfortably stick two fingers under the band. The collar itself is made of nylon and has a rubber cover that sits over the front section. This rubber piece has a number of cones that press against the pet’s neck. Contrary to what I first thought when I saw them‚ these cones are actually acoustic sensors‚ not something meant to help keep the collar in place. The collar and sensor box are water-resistant and highly durable. The buckle is a standard clip style with an adjustable tab on each side so you can get the perfect fit for more accurate readings. Connectivity PetPace uses a wifi connection for setup and to transmit data. In instances when wifi is not available‚ such as on walks‚ it will transmit data via cellular. I did receive a number of “lost connection” notifications during my test period. Luckily‚ the connection always seemed to restore itself quickly and without me having to do anything. Battery According to the website‚ the battery in the collar should last between 2 days and 6 weeks‚ depending on which operation mode you are using and how active your pet is. This is the one area where I ran into the most issues with my collar. I had it set to standard data transfer mode (every 15 minutes) which should allow the battery to last between 2 and 3 weeks. This was not the case for me. The longest my collar lasted was 6 days on a full charge. The shortest was just 27 hours. It’s possible my collar has some sort of battery defect. Time will tell if the charging schedule becomes more normalized. Phone App Overall‚ I found it relatively easy to navigate the phone app considering how much data and information the app gives you access to. It was easy to set up Ragz’s profile and upload her picture. And after a brief warmup period‚ I started getting data that I could graph and compare. The home page shows you current readings or qualitative scores for all seven vitals. Meanwhile‚ the analytics page gives you extra insight into your pet’s health by compiling averages and comparing their information to similar users. Through the settings on the app‚ you can set variables for things like temperature and heart rate alerts. The app also provides a roadmap of different data milestones you can hit to get even more information about your pet’s health. While all vitals information is available right away‚ comprehensive insights such as health profile‚ wellness score‚ and pain score‚ are only available after the collar has collected multiple months’ worth of data. I did encounter a few minor issues with the app‚ which you can read about in the “Our Experience” section below. Warranty Each PetPace collar comes with a 1-year warranty that protects it against manufacturer defects. Pricing PetPace collars cost about $300 for the device itself. To get access to the data‚ you need to purchase a subscription plan. A one-year plan costs $150. If you opt for the 2 or 3-year plan‚ you’ll receive 20 to 30% off the total subscription package. In Summary Pros Valuable insight into pet’s health metrics Real-time alerts for acute changes in vitals Monitors more vitals than competition AI algorithms provide clear picture of health standings Easy to set up Accurate readings Long list of functions Durable Cons Phone app can be a bit buggy Battery life is inconsistent Requires an ongoing subscription GPS capabilities are still in development Key Features Check Price on PetPace Smart Data Analysis Much like the Apple Health app does for humans‚ this collar helps provide insights into your pet’s overall health by analyzing multiple data points using AI. Not only do you get real-time metrics for many vital measurements‚ but you also get an easy-to-understand breakdown of what those measurements tell you about your pet’s overall health. Measures Multiple Vital Stats The electronic‚ thermal‚ audio‚ and movement sensors in this collar provide a wealth of information on cardiac functions‚ activity‚ and mobility. By tracking seven different vital statistics‚ PetPace is able to draw conclusions about your pet’s pain levels‚ overall health‚ and important changes in behavior and vitals. The app makes it easy to look at current readings as well as track averages using graphs and datasets. Globally Connected Not only does PetPace use information about your pet to provide health insights‚ but the app also pulls from its vast user data and research to tell you how your pet compares to others that are the same age and breed. If needed‚ your vet can even access your pet’s PetPace information to track their progress after diagnosis or surgery. Is PetPace a Good Value? The PetPace collar isn’t exactly cheap. And it requires an ongoing subscription to use. But‚ for pet parents worried about their pet’s health‚ I think both investments are more than worth it. Even for my dog‚ who is relatively healthy and has no ongoing issues‚ I feel the price is worth paying in order to keep a closer eye on her as she ages. Check Price on PetPace FAQ Is PetPace safe? Yes‚ PetPace is safe for pets. Like other wearable health sensors‚ this one conforms to FCC regulations in terms of radio frequency and electromagnetic fields. It emits less of both than the average smartphone. When can I expect to see data? PetPace starts transmitting real-time health data almost immediately after connecting the collar with the app. More advanced features‚ such as health scores and pain scores‚ take longer to deliver as more data is needed to calculate them. You can expect to get all of the insight PetPace has to offer within 12 weeks of starting your journey. Is PetPace V2.0 different from PetPace V1.0? The newest version of PetPace‚ V2.0‚ is the only one currently available. It has many advancements over the original‚ including AI algorithms‚ more advanced sensors‚ better connectivity‚ and GPS. Our Experience With PetPace I was very excited to get started with PetPace for my soon-to-be 13-year-old Dalmatian mix‚ Ragz. She has always been very healthy. But as she’s gotten older‚ she has slowed down and started to have some mobility issues. While many aspects of this product are appealing‚ I was especially excited to see how the pain scoring worked. And more importantly‚ if I could use it to determine the effectiveness of different supplements and medications to help her feel more comfortable. Getting the app set up and connected to the collar was super easy. After a brief warmup‚ I started to see her vital information come through on the app. Once I had a few days of data‚ I was able to look at her averages and compare graphs to see a broader picture of her health. I used the collar for two straight weeks before beginning this review. This was enough time to gather plenty of real-time data and to unlock her workout score. I still have about a month until I get her full health profile and about two months until I can see her pain and wellness scores. But even in this short amount of time‚ PetPace has been incredibly informative and a great tool to have. I can already tell from her posture score that she is dealing with more pain and stiffness than I thought. I’m also impressed by how much exercise it takes to get her heart rate up—I think that’s the sighthound blood in her! One thing that I love about this product is the real-time heart rate notifications. Ragz has a history of anaphylactic shock and we still don’t know what she is allergic to. If she ever were to go into shock again‚ the collar would sense the drastic heart rate change and alert me on my phone right away—even if I’m not home. This gives me some serious peace of mind. There is plenty to love about this collar‚ but also a few issues I ran into. I liked the phone app a lot‚ though I did have to spend some time exploring it because it has so much to offer. But one minor issue I encountered is that it takes a moment to load each page as you navigate through the app. Even going from the home page to a detailed look at a specific vital and then back to the home page requires time to reload. A bigger issue‚ though‚ is that the GPS feature does not seem to work well. The GPS never records our walks and the data it provides from Ragz walking around the house is not overly accurate (it shows her wandering well beyond our property lines even when she’s confined indoors). I know the company is still working on updates to this since the “safety zone” feature is not yet available‚ so maybe this will be fixed with time. Also‚ in addition to the battery issues I wrote about above‚ I also had issues with the low battery notification. I only receive the 20% warning about 15 to 30 minutes before the collar dies completely. Despite these minor setbacks‚ I have been really impressed with the PetPace collar. I have already learned a lot about Ragz’s health in just two short weeks. And I am confident that once I make it through the 12-week startup period‚ I will gain even more valuable insights into her well-being. Check Price on PetPace Conclusion If you’ve ever been worried about what your pet isn’t telling you‚ the PetPace collar is exactly what you need. This highly advanced device uses multiple sensors‚ AI algorithms‚ and over a decade’s worth of research and constantly growing data to provide a clear picture of your pet’s health and well-being. By monitoring seven vital statistics and compiling data points to provide unparalleled insight into health and pain levels‚ PetPace tells you what your dog or cat can’t. This collar has already helped Ragz‚ and I know it will only prove more valuable as she gets older. The post PetPace Dog Collar Review 2023: Our Expert’s Opinion appeared first on Pet Keen.

Click to Skip Ahead About Pet Pleasant Overview Product Reviews Our Experience  Our Final Verdict We give the Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Quality: 5/5 Packaging: 4/5 Ingredients: 5/5 Ease of Use: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Check Price on Amazon For every dog owner‚ bathtime is a big deal – you must keep your pup feeling (and smelling) clean! Finding good products to use can be tricky because there are so many considerations. Luckily‚ Pet Pleasant makes this process a lot easier by offering a shampoo and spray made of safe and pleasant ingredients‚ helping cleanliness be a much simpler process – for both your pup and yourself! At a Glance: What We Reviewed Fortunately‚ you can buy the products individually or as a package that includes both a shampoo and a spray – intended for your pup to continue smelling fresh long after the bath itself! Image Product Details Our Favorite Honeydew Pet Shampoo Aroma therapy helps calm your pet during bath time Keeps your pet smelling good long after the bath Made of gentle ingredients‚ such as oatmeal and aloe vera Check Price Honeydew Pet Spray Uses aroma therapy to keep your pet calm after the spray Keeps your pet smelling clean in between baths Very gentle for sensitive pets‚ using all-natural ingredients Check Price About Pet Pleasant The Backstory Behind Honeydew Pet Pleasant by Honeydew is a sub-division of Maple Holistics‚ a company that focuses on natural ingredients to solve common skin and hair problems. Founded by long-time friends Ben and Motti in Cleveland‚ Ohio‚ Maple Holistics took a stab at remedying hair loss and sensitivities – with great success! Although Ohio was the beginning‚ the products are now produced in a state-of-the-art Farmingdale‚ New Jersey facility. On the Honeydew website‚ you are led in with a bold proclamation: “We create products that feature naturally derived ingredients that help you get results.” This already expresses the company’s philosophy‚ which establishes great confidence between myself (the consumer) and the brand producing the shampoo and spray! Honeydew believes in distinct principles that each product is meant to follow. The first is a formulation by experts… which must effectively feature naturally derived ingredients. The products must be cruelty-free and environmentally conscious‚ naturally making most of them vegan. All the formulations are done in-house‚ and the brand never tests on animals – they test it on themselves! Those who create the formulas have to try them on their own bodies. Pretty neat if I do say so myself! Which Types of Pets is the Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray Set Best Suited For?  The Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray is heavily marketed towards dogs‚ primarily because cats aren’t bathed too frequently. However‚ the ingredient list is fine for our feline friends as well‚ so I see no reason that it can’t be used for both! The ingredients being so gentle and well-formulated allow both the shampoo and the spray to be used on puppies‚ dogs‚ and senior dogs alike. No consideration is needed for pet age because it isn’t specific for a certain point in your pet’s life. Overview Check Price on Amazon When it comes down to putting something on or inside your pet‚ the ingredients matter the most. As my dog has easily irritated skin due to medical issues‚ I value the quality of the ingredients the most. The Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray surprised me on this front. The Ingredient List Many shampoos have a list of ingredients that sound like they just popped out of an experimental lab… because you cannot fathom what they are. The shampoo and spray have an ingredient list that can be easily read and understood! Made predominantly with lavender‚ oatmeal‚ aloe vera‚ and jojoba oil‚ the ingredients are gentle and soothing on the skin. The other ingredients include Calcium Gluconate‚ Evening Primrose‚ and the like. Many of these ingredients are those used on people with allergenic skin‚ so that builds a trusty rapport as I am one to use products on my pup that are also safe for me. What is also worth noting about ingredients is what is not on the list. There are no parabens‚ sulfates‚ formaldehyde‚ or BPA. It is gentle if accidentally getting in the eyes: pain-free! Honeydew‚ as a brand‚ prides itself on using naturally derived ingredients‚ being environmentally conscious‚ and being vegan‚ so there is a lot of assurance that the ingredients used in the shampoo and spray fit within these set standards. The Aromatherapy Theory A big part of this shampoo and spray’s advertisement revolves around its aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is the idea that certain natural scents have a positive psychological impact on humans and animals. The claim is that a smell such as lavender elicits a mental response to relax‚ helping the body relax. Although there is little actual scientific data to back this up‚ there are a lot of real-life experience claims to state that there is a connection between smell and specific physiological responses. Aromatherapy has been used for thousands of years. What this has to do with the Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray is that the whole set releases a mild aroma that is meant to keep your pet calm. Once more‚ though aromatherapy is more theoretical than scientifically proven‚ I felt like my dog relaxed during the bath once I used the shampoo.  The Set In Unison The shampoo is (of course) for bathtime‚ while the spray helps keep bathtime at bay for longer. When timed out right‚ the spray did help maintain much of the positive effects of the shampoo‚ saving my dog from needing to have four baths a month! Once the shampoo’s lavender scent began to fade‚ that is when the spray was used. Quality Overall‚ the quality of both the shampoo and the spray is top-notch. From natural ingredients to the careful thought of aromatherapy formulation‚ nothing about either product felt like corners were cut. The quality is critical considering this is going on my dog’s skin. Both products had no unpleasant residue and left my dog feeling clean and soft for much longer‚ a big feather in the cap for product quality. Product Reviews   1. Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo Check Latest Price My experience with the shampoo was overwhelmingly positive‚ significantly due to the ingredients used and how much smoother bathtime went. My dog’s coat dried in half the usual time and was left untangled and soft.  Pros The bottle was aptly made for one-handed use (more on this in the experience section) The scent wasn’t overwhelming‚ it was a light smell The ingredients are soothing on the skin No greasy residue left in the fur after the wash Helped the fur dry quickly and easily Detangled the longer fur‚ such as the tail Cons The packaging could be a bit better‚ as the set arrived sticky and wet (as if something had leaked) There is only one size option 2. Pet Pleasant Pet Spray Check Latest Price The pet spray is a great way to delay having to put the pup in the bath‚ and I enjoyed the results. Lorelei continued to feel clean and smell lovely‚ designating bathtime to twice a month rather than four times a month. Pros Lovely lavender scent that wasn’t overwhelming It did not leave any greasy residue on the coat Added a bit of a shine Did not irritate the skin Made of good quality ingredients Cons The packaging could be a bit better‚ as the set arrived sticky and wet (as if something had leaked) There is only one size option Our Experience With the Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray I feel like I always need to preface any review with my pup – because Lorelei is quite special! She is a rescue pup that came to me in horrid condition‚ and it took quite a few years to bring her back to peak health. My poor pup has had quite a battle with health issues as a result of this‚ ranging from belly problems to skin sensitivities. Lorelei came home with severe dermatitis that caused her to lose much of her fur and continues to keep her skin sensitive to this day. As such‚ I am very cautious about what shampoo and cleansing products I use on her‚ as she has been on a medicated shampoo for many years until I could finally wean her off of it. After carefully researching the ingredients in the Pet Pleasant Dog Shampoo &; Pet Spray‚ I felt very comfortable trying it out on my pup. She has never been a fan of bathtime (after having such itchy and irritated skin for years‚ who would be?!)‚ so I also liked the idea of aroma therapy helping keep her nerves at bay. The shampoo and spray set arrived in a non-descript Amazon package‚ wound by plastic wrap. Upon first grabbing the set‚ I noticed it was a bit sticky. Although there appeared to be a leak causing the tacky packaging‚ after wiping it down‚ all was good‚ and the bottles remained completely full. This didn’t impact the shampoo and spray performance or my use of the set‚ but it was worth mentioning! The set arrival time was perfect‚ as Lorelei was due for a bath after a fun playdate with her puppy friends. Smelling pungently of dog‚ my nose was ready for lavender delight. Once the water was warm‚ I placed Lorelei in the bath and had the shampoo on hand. This might sound like an odd point to bring up‚ but the shampoo squeezed out of the bottle in an easy‚ one-handed way‚ with just the right amount of pressure needing to be applied. I often bathe my pup with a single hand‚ using one to hold her in a single spot while the other applies shampoo. With this review‚ one hand was occupied with a camera‚ so I had to bathe her single-handedly! This bottle made that even easier! The first thing that caught my attention was the light smell‚ a lovely lavender scent. It wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t smell artificial (if that makes sense); it was just sweet. I feel like my pup also noticed because I felt her start to relax. Lavender paired with warm water probably made her a bit drowsy (in a good way)! As all dog owners know‚ minimal fighting in the bath equals a much faster bathtime. The shampoo came out at the correct thickness as well‚ not too runny to slide immediately off of her fur but not so thick that it became a hassle to get it foaming. It lathered on with ease‚ getting right through her whole coat quickly. There was no greasy or oily residue‚ something I also very much appreciated. With greasy shampoos‚ it becomes so hard to get it all out during a rinse – and my pup immediately gets flare-ups if any shampoo remains left in her coat. The Pet Pleasant shampoo rinsed out so quickly‚ that I could feel it leaving her coat within a few moments. Lorelei got turned into a burrito in her towel with a little towel rub down‚ which to my surprise‚ left her much drier than other shampoos I have used on her! This instance alone cut my bath time in half because blowdrying her was so easy. Her fur poofed up dry mere minutes after running a warm blowdryer (it was on the lowest heat setting!). I didn’t even need to run her brush through her coat‚ it felt like there was a detangler within the shampoo. This was especially evident in her tail‚ which always has knots after a wash (much like my hair; like mother‚ like four-legged daughter‚ I suppose!). I like the silky smooth feeling left behind after blowdrying‚ again‚ without a brush needing to be applied. Over the next few days‚ Lorelei remained soft‚ with a bit of a shine to her coat. Her skin remained completely un-irritated‚ and I saw no adverse response or reaction to the shampoo. This was a massive breath of fresh air because many years were spent fighting skin problems. The smell faded within a few days but was so Pleasant while it lasted. Granted‚ that is where the spray comes into play – once the scent subsided‚ a little spritz brought the lavender right on back! Like the shampoo‚ the spray was not greasy or oily‚ leaving her coat feeling nice. This is such a great in-between product because it really did keep me from needing to bathe her frequently. Check Price on Amazon Final Thoughts I felt like the Pet Pleasant shampoo and spray was well worth the value – and I’ll definitely be using it again! From the good ingredients to cutting bathtime in half‚ my pup and I are delighted with the results. She gets to smell fresh and remain clean for longer‚ and I don’t have to spend as much time bathing her. It sounds like a win/win to us!
